Unfortunately it was the worst hotel apartment experience in Uk. We arrived at 6 pm and our apartment was not ready claiming that there was a problem with the shower door! They promised that it will be ready by the next day offering us a two bedroom apartment instead because the manager was unavailable! The next day the apartment was not ready and they said that we still cannot move in till the next day. the manager and the staff were extremely rude. Add to that their rooms are very small and there is no cupboards and dressing tables available. If you have a booking with them, it is better to reconsider your reservation and save your money for a better place. They ruined our stay in Manchester and our kids were very unhappy.

When it comes to the apartment then it was a five star, decent size for my party, clean and tidy and had everything I needed to cater for my three children. Morrisons local right on your doorstep made life so much easier and ample party nearby, not attached to the Aparthotel though. Shame that other residents didn't stick to the fact it's a no smoking Aparthotel and it wasn't just tobacco that was being smoked, if you get my drift. Granted this is not the Aparthotels fault at all, but the smell was very obvious and it wasn't someone just walking past as we were on the 5th floor. Overall though it was a great stay, well equipped and clean and tidy, having a washing machine/dryer and an ironing board if it was needed.

Fabulous apartment, everything provided. Clean, bright .Only one thing to mention- 2nd bedroom a bit cramped. However, not really an issue as beds/ bedding very comfortable. So close to train station, a much added bonus. Walking distance to almost everything, Inc lovely Christmas market. Would recommend.

The apartment was decent. Bed was okay. But the house keeping was rubbish. They only changed the bedding once in the 5 days I was there. They never replaced the teas and the soaps. Even though I put the card saying I wanted room service. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work and even after letting the reception know 5 times it wasnt fixed. They charge £100 deposit which I don't know if I have got back or not as the receptionist has no information on it when I called the hotel nor can I see anything in my bank account. I'm quite disappointed with the service of the staff. Feel like they don't get proper training. It was a special occasion that I booked the aparthotel for and I feel like I should have booked a Premier Inn instead. Will never be staying here again!

Staff were really friendly. The place is pretty cool. Our apartment was lovely, interesting architecture, nice they kept in the original structures. Really clean and well stocked for both short and long term visits.

Old Indian guy at reception is very rude. He was very aggressive and rude with me. If you’re considering staying here don’t. The reception workers are very racist, they are only friendly with white people. They see Asian guy and become very rude and aggressive. Old man at reception with broken leg, very rude I was going to break his other leg. Thank you

Beautiful rooms, with a medium or big size kitchen, sofa and TV. It is always clean! Really enjoy this, wish I could live there ahaha. However the lobby/lounge room is pretty gloomy, wish it be a bit more brighter and vibrant!6

We really enjoyed our stay! Staff were really polite, the green tea in the room was the best I've ever had! Rooms were clean and spacious. My only niggle was that our kitchen seemed a bit delicate, plus I couldn't find the cutlery (but I'm bad at looking for things?!)

Generally speaking, friendly staffs, good facilities and great location. One receptionist working at night is very willing to help. Sometimes the marks on doors and mirrors are not noticed by the cleaners so the marks are not wiped off. The towels are very clean though. Rooms are not sound-proof. The bedroom is so small that the gap between the bed and the closet can hardly allow an asian of normal size to pass.

A very nice apartment hotel. Great location. It's within walking distance to most places, for most people without being noisy. Got a gym for those who wants to keep fit whilst travelling aswell. They also had daily cleaning which (unfortunately) isn't that usual for these type of hotels, so that's a big bonus.

It was good overall have some comments that the doors need stoppers as would always slam, no way to keep them open in the apartments unlesw you put something in the way. Other than that good experience and great location

Pleasant stay over the past 3 days, friendly staff. Clean apartment, tidy rooms, everything you'd need for a city break! Not far from the city centre or Manchester piccadilly Station.

The apartments are nice and in a great location. However, the service and the attitude of the guy at reception is appalling. Dry, abrupt and rude. Talks to you like you’ve just booked a room in a hospital as opposed to a luxury apartment. I understand you need to inform guests about the rules but to talk down to them as they were kids is not on. I’d suggest Aparthotel looks at its recruitment process or provides its staff on training on how to deal with customers.
