I was pleasantly impressed with Hotel Indigo Manchester. We booked over 20 rooms and every one of them was lovely. The shower rooms en suite were stylish and clean. Nice unique touches here and there and the service was polite and efficient. The hotel bar was great in the evening - a good place to end up since its a bit quieter late in the evening vs options in the town centre. Prices also very reasonable. The breakfast was good but nothing to rave about - typical standard English breakfast similar to what you'd get in a Premier Inn but served to the table instead of a buffet. It's a great location and I'd highly recommend. A lovely step up from good old reliable Premier Inn!

My daughter and I stayed overnight at the Indigo Hotel in Manchester and I couldn’t recommend it enough! The room and all the communal areas are maintained to a very high standard and it was spotless. The service from every member of staff we encountered was outstanding. All the reception staff were welcoming and friendly (sorry I did not remember all your names apart from Jane but I’m sure you will know who you are!) and couldn’t do enough for you. Leana and Leah in the restaurant were efficient and delightful. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had and we enjoyed lunch so much the first day, we ended up going back the second day! We had a fabulous stay in a great location in Manchester whilst going to see Harry Styles, the hotel experience was just the cherry on the cake and they certainly know how to treat people with kindness. Thank you Jane and Izzy ❤️💛

Really nice hotel, very chic. Good bar and very nice, comfortable well equipped rooms. Near the arena and not far from the car park. The only negative points were night time room service and breakfast. A good night menu is offered but when I enquired only very limited options were available. The night porter was very apologetic though, and gave me some complimentary snacks instead. This shows the good point of the hotel, just excellent service throughout, from reception to the night porters I mentioned to the breakfast staff, all of them were interested, pleasant and competent. The English breakfast was a bit small and not really what I expected, could have been better for the price, but overall an excellent experience and would recommend.

Very disappointed in the room I was given. Travelled with a number of colleagues who said what an amazing hotel this is and their rooms were great. Then I find out they paid over £70 less for much better rooms. The room was small, the towel rail fell off the wall when I hung my towel, the ironing board crashed to the ground when I went to use it and the kettle wouldn’t switch off so filled the room with steam. I arrived really late after a long train delay and the check in experience wasn’t welcoming either. Not a pleasant stay. Good thing was the air con worked and the room was quiet. Floor 13 is obviously not the place to be.

The hotel room was nice and spacious, and the location is really good. Everything was very clean, and basic necessities such and soap and shampoo were provided. There was a fridge which had plenty of room, and the shelves could be removed, which we did remove to store an open champagne bottle. Outside noise from the streets was zero, and mostly no noise from the corridors outside the room. The downsides are checkout being at 11am, which is too early compared to other hotels. When asking for a late check out we were told to call in the morning. This defeats the purpose of a late check out, which is usually desired for extra sleep. If I have to wake up to call reception in the morning, then I'm just going to wake up and leave, as I won't be going back to sleep. The Internet was pretty bad. Watching YouTube on the provided TV was hit or miss. Some times it worked fine, other times the connection was so bad that the videos would constantly stop and start. We were given a menu and told that everything is available 24hrs each day. But when ordering food at 4am we were told the only thing they could make is margarita pizza. Good stay, but a few improvements needed

Great location, next to Victoria Station, perfect for Manchester arena. Free upgrade to superior room, which was a nice surprise! Friendly staff, great breakfast, part buffet, part brought to your table. Nice bar,not expensive for 4* hotel, approx £11 for a pint of cider and a pint of Camden ale. amazing room. looking forward to returning in December

This is definitely by far one of the best hotels i have stayed in, located in the heart of Manchester! Rooms are super clean, comfy beds and the room service is first class. Also the hotel staff are quiet friendly, they would help you to make your stay comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Stayed for one night after a concert at the Arena, perfect location for that and a quick walk to the city center as well! The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable and we loved the rainforest shower as well. We arrived for check in at 3:15 (check in according to our booking was available from 3pm, which is already a little later then other hotels offer) but were told the room wasn't ready and that we had to wait another 20-30 mins - found that a little inconvenient as we already only had a short time in Manchester and wanted to make the most of it.

Stayed here for NYE with my friend. The hotel were absolutely brilliant and I would definitely stay here again. Very central and right next to Victoria station which was handy. The lobby was beautiful and the staff were so helpful and kind. The rooms were gorgeous and so clean. We had breakfast included and every day was fantastic.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel late June 2023, and have to give it a five star rating. It’s a beautiful hotel. The staff were excellent. I have nothing poor to say about it I highly recommend this hotel.

One of my favourite hotels in Manchester! Rooms are superb, what you would typically expect from a high-end hotel in a city centre. Location is great also, 3-4 minute walk from Exchange Square tram stop and 8-10 minute walk to Northern Quarter where there are loads of bars and restaurants. Breakfast is on the lower ground floor, good options with a cold buffet and hot food to order. The eggs royale is great and my favourite!. I don't typically get to stop here as the room rates are usually out of my company policy, but every now and again they do drop below and I jump on it! Would highly recommend.

Really nice modern hotel. Quiet, stylish rooms that are properly dark with the curtains drawn- so many hotels let too much light in so you wake too early. Weekend rate of about £100 is pretty good.

Really nice hotel, very well appointed and friendly staff. Only criticism is the outside of the windows were quite dirty (room 101) looked like they are hard to get to to clean. Breakfast options are excellent

Wonderful one night stay What made it was the friendly and happy staff from reception to dinner team to the breakfast team - they really made a difference. Dinner was good, hotel standard. Breakfast was lovely, hot food cooked to order so fresh and as you like it. Room was lovely, only comment was that it was too warm and we couldn't get the aircon to work so we took the quilt out of the cover and then slept great. Lovely, comfortable bed, great power shower - whole design of the room made you think someone actually thought about having easy no nonsense light switches and controls for the shower away from where the water comes out. Great stay for us, lovely room and an even nicer team of people. Thank you. .

Great experience at hotel indigo. Really well laid out and modern hotel. Rooms are excellently fitted out. Breakfast was also great with plenty of attention to food allergies etc. Brilliantly situated for NCH venue and Victoria St station. And the best bit is the price. Excellent value at under 130 B&B. Def recommended and will go again.

Stayed at Hotel Indigo before a concert at the Arena. Ideal location for the Arena and shopping. Very clean and comfortable room (we were in the newer section). Breakfast was OK, you can choose what you want from the continental selection. There is a variety of cereals, baked goods, breads, cold meat, cheese, etc. If you have the hot breakfast this is prepared to order. The hotel team throughout were very friendly and welcoming.

We had a great one night stay at this hotel, from the friendly and pleasant staff on the reception to the the lovely staff down in the breakfast area and the staff again at reception who allowed us to leave our bags for a few hours whilst shopping, everyone was friendly, accommodating and had a smile for us, the room was very nice too I must add. Next time we return to Manchester we will certainly look to book this hotel again without a doubt.

Useless, came with friends for a gig, turned up with 3 out of the four couples. Checked in we even double checked that the last couple can check in later the answer was yes. We later find out an hour before our gig that the room for our friends the last check in is no longer available, after the gig we go see what the problem is. We got told there is no more room even though they booked over a year ago.they said there was nothing they could do, couldn’t put them up at their sister hotel or anything. What made it worse was people was checking int the time as our friends were getting told there is no rooms. The place is a shambles and they would care if you had no where to go. Really put a downer on a great weekend! Very poor! They will take money over bookings and see you roomless

We stayed here to attend the Chris Brown concert at the AO arena. Perfect location, very polite and professional staff and 10 out of 10 rooms. Clean, comfortable and very welcoming. We were lucky enough to have met a few of Chris browns dancers and the staff treated everyone equally. It was lovely to see how professional this hotel runs. Would 100% stay again

Fantastic hotel let down by a few small points which you don't expect from a premium hotel. Showers ran hot and cold, sink hot tap never ran hot and drained slowly. Despite having a timed breakfast slot, you are made to queue for over 10 minutes to be seated, when most of the tables were clean and set. There was even a queue for reception, so I didn't bother to feed this back, but I will do it later via email. Some easy fixes here.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Manchester. Very clean, the staff was very kind and helpful and it is perfectly located right next to Victoria station, next to National Football Museum and within 5-20 minutes walking distance from whatever you might want to visit in city centre. Highly recommend it.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Absolutely perfect room, literally haven’t found one fault. Had all the little touches I always look for in a hotel. The dreamiest sleep I’ve had in months, first time I’ve woken up without a sore neck in years! Absolutely immaculately kept with no dirt to be seen. Such attention to detail in the decor and the bathroom products smelly unbelievable, so much so I’m going to buy them when I check out if I can. I will 100% be back to stay, oh and the lovely Aida on check in was a joy, what a welcome. Came here for our engagement night out and we won’t forget our lovely stay. Thank you 😊

We have stayed here a few times over the last couple of years and it is always a great experience. Clean, modern rooms and a good bar/restaurant. Perfect location for events at the AO Arena or if arriving via train into Manchester Victoria. Car parking is £15.00 for 24 hours (a five minute walk from the hotel). Lastly, the staff have always been friendly and professional. All in all it’s a great hotel in a great location for visiting central Manchester.

Couldn’t fault this place and will be looking to book again when I am next in Manchester. Was attending an event at the arena and the location of the hotel is perfect from when we arrived at Victoria as it is just next door. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was perfect, nice and clean. Beds were comfy ans the facilities provided was great. The view from the sixth floor was nice. It was a nice option to have your breakfast in bed for an extra £5. We preferred to eat downstairs and enjoyed the concept of it not being a buffet style hot breakfast and it’s made to order. It was piping hot and tasted really nice. 5 stars couldn’t fault it.

We stayed for one night in a twin room. Our room was spacious and clean. The shower was amazing! We had a comfortable sleep and enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the morning. The bar was busy and noisy even at 11pm during the week but we couldn’t hear anything once we got to our room. Checking in was a little hectic, there was a large queue going out the door and it took a while for guests to be booked in. Apart from that faultless and would stay again. Great location.

Lovely welcoming friendly staff. The hotel was really busy on a Saturday but all the staff really attentive. Room amazing spacious and clean modern decor bed huge and super comfy. Also the whole place really quiet at night. Breakfast extra all cooked to order and great quality. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location in downtown Manchester, which most of the malls, restaurants and sightseeing spots are in walking distance. The hotel room is decorated with the industrial atmosphere which shows the history of the city. Bathroom is huge and tidy, and room are very comfortable. Highly recommended to stay here if you visit the city.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. This site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you choose this place you won't be disappointed. Very nice hotel, clean and contemporary. Good bar, didn't eat in restaurant so can't comment. Stayed in an accessible room, it was huge and very comfortable. Bed was fantastically comfortable. Only slightly issue, no plug in the sink... Not a big deal but makes shaving awkward.

Room was nice and bar was lovely. The service in the bar was great! Probably wasn't worth what they charge considering what is offered by other chains of a similar level. Reception staff were hit and miss. Checking in/out was fine. Leaving our small case a few hours before check-in generated the same response as forcibly removing a kidney.

Stay here for two nights, upon arrival staff where friendly and welcoming, we got a free upgraded room on the top which is what I asked for, the room was clean modern and a good size. Beds was comfy overall worth the money. The food on the other had not so great. It’s well presented lacks in flavour, and was heavily greasy worst part of all there in 10% fee for service which I don’t think was worth it, so avoid food breakfast was nice though had a good range of options, coffee was very cheap nasty stuff so was impressed there over all we would stay again and eat else where.

💖I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff from the minute I arrived with a very unwell husband (travel sickness and a disability) we arrived early and was shown to our room was given drinks and then having managed to go see the show strictly arrived back to find the lovely staff member (sorry I have forgotten your name) a hot meal and drinks had been arranged for us. ( kitchen closes early on a Sunday) .from the lovely room to the perfect bathroom and a fantastic breakfast. All the staff are lovely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially anyone who has a disability so once again a big thank you for making our stay and my 60th a lovely memory .

We stayed twice within a week due to postponement of concert. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. It seemed on the Sunday that they had mini pastries for some reason when on Friday they had normal size, no idea why. We had dinner at the hotel in Thursday evening and the food was lovely. Service seemed a little slow for some reason but we'd allowed sufficient time. Excellent location for the arena. We loved our stays.
