Friendly staff on arrival. shown to our room and surprised as it was spacious with clean comfy beds. Shower was nice and hot but the windows need seeing to as one wouldnt close and one wouldnt open and toilet system was dripping all night but slept well. Close to shops and bus routes. We would stay again as it was a budget room and you get what you pay for x

Very pleasant stay, staff were very friendly, room was clean, and check out was fast. Highly recommend staying in this hotel and would definitely go back. Exceeded my expectations. 🅿️ 10/10

We visited here for NYE and the staff was very friendly and helpful unfortunately the standard of the room was just awful. The carpet was dirty to a point where you could call it a door mat. The walls had wires sticking out, the bed sheets had hair on it and pillows were covered in dust. The bathroom looked clean but the bath had sharp edges which could cause an injury. It is unfortunate as the staff was amazing and the building has a lot of potential but it needs a big makeover especially in terms of hygiene and safety.

First room we were given was awful. It was not clean, the cups were stained, the bin was full. The toilet was blocked with toilet paper and didn’t flush. The beds had plastic hanging off them. The carpet was stained and all the plug boards were hanging off the peeling wall. After being asked to move, the second room we were given was slightly better. It had a working toilet but still stained cups etc. The shower did not work properly but we made do with what we could. The hotel isn’t in a great location and beware at night it’s not that safe. The hotel is open 24hrs, so, convenient if you want to go out and isn’t too far from either the city or Fallowfield. Staff were friendly and polite although tried to get more money out of us by telling us the wrong check out time but this was swiftly sorted in the morning. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again. It’s cheap but not worth it. Didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast.

Amazing room, very good value for money. The receptionist was very nice and it was in a great location. We had a very comfortable stay and the surrounding area was also very lively and bubbly. By far the best hotel in Manchester and having been around the UK quite a bit I would say it was in my top 5 for anyone looking to backpack with a couple of friends. Very hospitable and 100% pushing P - 10/10 would come again.

Got there, staff were fairly friendly but we couldn’t have our keycard because of door faults, got to the room to find some stains on the bedsheets, spider in the corner of the bathroom and mould in a lot of different places, me and my friend headed off to a concert and came back later to another staff member being in who weren’t aware we were staying until I simply said “room 29” so literally anyone could have said that and broken in and got our stuff, so security definitely needs improvement, I also wasn’t ID’ed whatsoever, I only just recently turned 18 so I still look fairly young, so I found that very odd, some of the curtains also weren’t hung onto the rails and we found a very small bloodstain on the bedsheet, it’s alright to stay here if you’re broke and are going to a concert in Manchester somewhere with no ways to get home easily, but avoid as much as you can basically.

Booked a double room here as it was the cheapest option we could find at ÂŁ50-ÂŁ60 a night. Didn't feel it was worth the price but as there were no other options cheaper it was ok. We stayed here for a band in Manchester Academy, so location was good for our stay. About a 10 minute walk to the venue. Also lots of shops and food nearby or food delivery available. Parking is available for a cost, but only ÂŁ3 for our 1 night I'm happy to pay to have the car more secured. Staff were very friendly. Hotel felt dated but also cosy and felt safe inside. Room was ok, but shower didn't drain and shower doors didn't open or close very well. If i returned i would always look for somewhere cheaper, but would be happy staying here again if nothing else available.

The staff were incredibly friendly. My husband and I arrived very late with our baby and the staff were so helpful. Considering the time they were still incredibly friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and shower was great.

The shoddy appearance from the outside upon arrival was worrying. Walked into reception to an awful smell which we then found was in all of the hotel. Really scruffy hotel with bodge jobs from plastering to bath fitting. Had no choice to stay as nowhere else was available. Please do not stay here, it may seem a cheap price, but in reality it’s a rip off to be charged to stay here.

It's just that I pass this place every time I really want to go somewhere and I'm just disgusted of the look and everything there are better opportunities really close so don't waste your money.

Friendly and cheerful staff, spotless and well heated rooms, tray of teas and a kettle in each room. A bit of peeling paint here and there but nothing that would affect your stay. No TV but free WiFi. Bring your own shampoo!

Good experience with this accommodation, the room was clean and equipt, the staff were very professional yet friendly, the rooms are very reasonably priced. We visited as we went to see Rhcp at the old trafford cricket ground and this was the most cost effective room nearby, would recommend

Nice affordable hotel in the middle of a Pakistani neighborhood. So many halal restaurants around. The hotel itself was good. However, we had some electricity problem in our room but it was sorted out.

OMG what I dive, Avoid this place it smells like nothing I’ve ever Smelt before as soon as you walk in , when the creepy man showed me the room witch smells off dampness, I told him no way and he tried to charge me £5 for parking on the property, I’m going to report this place to the environmental health department. No one should be Conned out of there money.

Not worth £65! Shower looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months the build up of dirt was disgusting, the best sheets were broken and dirty with hairs and what looked like tea stains, the cups provided were dirty on the inside and outside, we had England pillow cases on the bed!, and the receptionist was very rude! Won’t be returning highly recommend not staying here!

I didn't even stay. I should have asked for a refund but I just wanted to get out. It was rank. The toilet hadn't been flushed and it was full of diarrhoea. My worst nightmare.

Its filthy. No amenities to make the stay comfortable. The toilet is broken. Water kept running all night. The owner is extremely rude. He was shouting at us to leave the room at 11 am cos his cleaner lady came.( I wonder what cleaning was he talking about!) No customer service. Though the night duty person at reception was pleasant. Never going there again. Would not recommend.

My room door had to be slammed, in order to close. After checking it, I left in morning to attend a family funeral, when returning after 11.30pm..my room door was visibly open. This made me uncomfortable and did report this to reception. It is thought the cleaner may have not closed it properly... However rubbish was still in the bin . My shower doors would not close shut and the first night was kept awake to about 3a.m by someone/neighbor pumping music.
