Excellent food. Smiled staff but the boss to much kind... Proposing show us the city to a group of young female foreigners.. We didn't come back although the plates were massive and delicious

The image portrayed online was nothing like reality. An attic room with slopping roof so unable to walk about safely. No chairs - TV with only 2 BBC channels in alcove - had to perch on edge of bed to watch. Bed very uncomfortable - bedding /towels a disgrace. The manager Jack - when on duty (not very often) totally uninterested. Very basic breakfast. As food not kept cool or covered could not risk eating it. Edward who works in the bar was very nice. He served us lovely coffee and tried to help us with our concerns with the room. Would not recommend to anyone.

Thank you very much for your warm welcome. People are very nice and very helpful. I really enjoyed my week at your Hotel... It is amazing. I am so grateful to the director Dr. Ahmed. You were so kind with me. Thanks all of you. Awesome staff.

We love the ambience of this place, never too packed and excellent food. Great selection of drinks too. One of my favourite restaurants while in Manchester. Free parking; 2 menus (Italian and grill/halal/curries). Great staff too.

Stumbled upon this restaurant and was very impressed. The menu had a great variety both Mediterranean and Italian. The food was lovely. The service was outstanding. Very helpful staff, even gave me some extra wine! If I'm in the area again I would be more than happy to visit again.

Food was nice when it finally arrived but the service was dreadful. Had to wait ages for a waitress to take our order, then waited an hour for a starter (how long does it take to dish up a plate of hummus?) then another hour for main course. Wouldn't have minded so much but there was only one other table occupied when we arrived at 5pm and staff were more interested in standing around than engaging. Shan't be returning I'm afraid.

Awesome staff . i won't get bored even if I go there alone at the bar and have long funny and good conversation with the staff. And such chill and quiet place. Well done.

Mmm what a lovely place that I won't experience ever !!! This due to the hotel response individual who was very rude and obnoxious, in dealing with my issue; of cancelling my booking that was booked over 11 months ago.. no feasible explanation was given why this has happened.... One very disappointed potential customer....

We went for our 2018 Christmas dinner, 9 adults and 2 children.i had been planning this from September 2018 and had made many phone calls to the management to reassure all would be ok. It was a total disaster, there was only 1 waitress on who had been there 1 month and a young chap who had been there 1 week, that's what they had told us. They were clearly inexperienced as what was unfolding before us was all to much for this poor waitress to deal with. First when we arrived at 3pm we were shown to our table, but not one person came and asked us if we wanted drinks, we had to go and order them ourselves that was ok I didn't mind that. After 45 mins the waitress came to take our orders from starter, main and dessert. Sometime later they started arriving all at different times so none of us were eating together, the food was cold the scallops were very under done and nobody ate the food it was sent back and then we spoke to the manager about the food and the poor quality, our children never got their starters, their main meal came first, I told the waiter to take it back as they hadn't had their starter, he said what will I do with the food and I said "I don't care just take it away and bring there starters" I could see the other table was having the same problems as us so my husband spoke to the manager and we got £20 of our £100 deposit back and left. We were so unhappy our Christmas day had been totally messed up, even after all the planning and talking to management nothing could be resolved. We left and went to curry mile were we had great service and lovely hot food. I will never go back to the Rampant Lion as this isn't the first time I've had problems there.

Tried taking payment 24hrs before I arrived, then cancelled two rooms I had booked when card refused them as I had agreed to pay on arrival . I rebooked and got different rooms on arrival at £50 extra. Two tiny rooms. Later I found out the cricket had overrun and hotel prices had gone up and coincided with student graduations. Continental breakfast was stale bread and meat layed on a table open to fly,s and insects, no refrigerator. The breakfast server was busy cleaning, I had to go looking for her and had to stop cleaning to get us our drinks. ( She did her best and was apologetic.) when I spoke to the manager when leaving he was not bothered as I was only staying one night.

Shannon one of the staff was really helpful and accommodating, breakfast was ok, small selection of continental foods. Room was large, really warm but had a fan. Room was dusty and tea set dirty, but we had our own wine, so didnt persue it. Quite far from the centre and wasnt easy to get a cab (after spice girls at the etihad) but lovely and quiet.

Was not impressed at all. Staff were friendly, but the rooms were outdated and extremely basic. I've also never stayed at a hotel that starts serving breakfast as late at 8 30 AM. We had to leave early, so the staff offered to leave a breakfast outside our room. Unfortunately, they forgot to leave any cutlery so we couldn't eat most of it. What we did eat was extremely unappetising.

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
