We stayed here last night, last minute for 3 people. Room 302 was lush! Didn’t want to leave. Will be using this place regularly now. The guys on the phone and on reception were amazing!

These apartments are an absolute shambles. The staff dont know what they are doing and they also dont know there own check out times. I stayed here just 2 weeks ago and ive been fighting to get my deposit back. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor which firstly the lift didnt work and we had to walk up the flights of stairs with heavy luggage. Secondly when we arrived we rang to ask them where the car park was and they took about 5-10 minutes answering the phone and at the end of it we still didnt know what car park he was on about. He was not clear at all. The car park turned out to be a 5 minute walk from the apartment so with luggage its just a struggle. Cost me £20 at the car park for an overnight stay. Thirdly i have had troubles with my deposit as they have charged me for a sofa bed (which is broken) that was not used as we had a 2 bedroom apartment and didnt even need the sofa bed. We arrived late at around about half 11 - 12 at night and we went out that night also so all we did was sleep for the remainder we had there. AVOID AT ALL COST. Not worth the hassle with them. They dont even get back to the emails and calls. They avoid your calls and tell you, you will need to speak to so and so and it just keeps going so AVOID.

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel on 21st january 2019. Got to say this was the worst hotel ever. We paid a deposit and still havent recieved it back in our account. The hotel was awful we had uncomfy beds and a shower hanging off the wall also a loose toilet seat and no tea towel was provided. Will never stay here again do avoid this hotel as its terrible place

Comfortable, clean room, and friendly staff who helped out with every query we had about the rooms and local area. All we could have hoped for on our trip to Manchester! Would definitely repeat the experience.

Great location for being right in the centre of the city. Common areas smelled a little bit of many nights out and was off putting. Rooms looked good on initial entry but after 5 minutes you started spotting; damaged sofa cushions, burn marks from irons on the carpet, mildew in the bathroom and the mattress in one of the bedrooms had collapsed so the wife and I kept ending up in the sunken middle. Cheap, great location, clean enough for a night or two but I would probably book somewhere else next time.

Rooms were great, comfortable beds, smart bathroom and the kitchen had everything we needed. Location was perfect right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of plenty of boozers. Asked the geezer on reception for recommendations, sent us to a top burger joint called Almost Famous, highly recommended. A great stay overall

Well number 1 haven't even been to the place but when i tried to book it i did not have sufficient funds in my account to book. I was sent a confirmation email that i will not be charged a cancellation fee. Few days later i see that they have took money out of my account. I emailed them 'TWICE' with the confirmation proof and they totally ignored me! If this is their customer service then i am glad i didn't stay there and will never book with people who are scamming people in this way. So for those who are thinking of booking be careful! Absolutely disgusting!!

Pre booked the apartment online, when arriving was greeted by a rude, smelly member of staff behind reception. We was asked for a £100 deposit even though this was not stated before booking however we reluctantly paid it. After looking at other reviews noticed how the atana apartments would do anything in there favour to make sure they kept your deposit. The room was left cleaner than when we arrived and atana still had the cheek to say we was smoking in the room. We had chosen a room with a balcony and both happened to be none smokers, when arriving there was no mention on not being able to smoke on your balcony. The atana apartment is a con.

Disliked · The property fraudulently kept my £150 deposit. It was initially processed as a ‘pre-authorisation’ but was then charged 2 days later without my knowledge or consent (which is illegal), for bogus ‘damages’. My husband and I were out for dinner and a gig, so we checked in, put our bags in the room, left to go out and came back only to sleep in the property. We used none of the living room/kitchen facilities and were in the property for a max 8 hours. We have not been provided with any evidence of the ‘damage’ we supposedly caused and the property is refusing to converse with us via phone, email or IM. We are having to pursue legally to obtain a refund of the deposit they cannot provide a reason for having illegally and fraudulently kept my deposit.
