These
apartments
are
an
absolute
shambles.
The
staff
dont
know
what
they
are
doing
and
they
also
dont
know
there
own
check
out
times.
I
stayed
here
just
2
weeks
ago
and
ive
been
fighting
to
get
my
deposit
back.
We
had
a
2
bedroom
apartment
on
the
second
floor
which
firstly
the
lift
didnt
work
and
we
had
to
walk
up
the
flights
of
stairs
with
heavy
luggage.
Secondly
when
we
arrived
we
rang
to
ask
them
where
the
car
park
was
and
they
took
about
5-10
minutes
answering
the
phone
and
at
the
end
of
it
we
still
didnt
know
what
car
park
he
was
on
about.
He
was
not
clear
at
all.
The
car
park
turned
out
to
be
a
5
minute
walk
from
the
apartment
so
with
luggage
its
just
a
struggle.
Cost
me
£20
at
the
car
park
for
an
overnight
stay.
Thirdly
i
have
had
troubles
with
my
deposit
as
they
have
charged
me
for
a
sofa
bed
(which
is
broken)
that
was
not
used
as
we
had
a
2
bedroom
apartment
and
didnt
even
need
the
sofa
bed.
We
arrived
late
at
around
about
half
11
-
12
at
night
and
we
went
out
that
night
also
so
all
we
did
was
sleep
for
the
remainder
we
had
there.
AVOID
AT
ALL
COST.
Not
worth
the
hassle
with
them.
They
dont
even
get
back
to
the
emails
and
calls.
They
avoid
your
calls
and
tell
you,
you
will
need
to
speak
to
so
and
so
and
it
just
keeps
going
so
AVOID.
