The hotel is clean and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. It is a little bit noisy as the hotel looks out on the main road however the noise is easily overlooked with the windows closed. Rooms are perfectly heated and the mattress was comfortable. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating for latecomers. The hotel is easy to find and well indicated with parking spaces in the front and in the back. Good value prices. Would recommend!

Stayed here on our way back to Scotland. Was a clean apartment, receptionist was welcoming and helpful. It is a good location for checking out Manchester. Have taken a star off room because the beds are pretty uncomfortable. It bothered my partner more than me though.

This Hotel was be far the worst one I have been to in my life. The room described online is nothing like when you get there. The floor looked like it has not been vacuumed or clean for weeks. The room smelt of a bad body odour. The mattress felt like it had not been replaced for god knows how long. The sheets had nasty dirty stains on it. The food was terrible might as well have starved. The people who run the Hotel have a attitude like I dont care when i told them the problems.

We booked an apartment for 4 people at Westlynne Apartments, a three-star property that charged us nearly €400 for a single night. For this amount, we expected an apartment with certain standards, but what we found was well below the level of a three-star accommodation. The decorations were very minimal, the bathrooms were reminiscent of Baghdad in the '70s, and it was a lovely surprise to discover that every time you flush the toilet, the bathroom floods. The walls were dirty, the sheets were dirty, and the Wi-Fi was non-existent, far from the typical English precision and care. Furthermore, it wouldn't be so bad if the price for this "magnificent" experience hadn't been the same as a high-end hotel in the center of Manchester. It's unacceptable across the board.

Location is excellent; it's close to a Metro tram stop and a main road with good bus services. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a small hotel with a family-run feel to it. Room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The only thing that we thought was missing was air conditioning. A fan was provided. The hot drink facility in the room was appreciated. Breakfast was good and at a fair price. And we also appreciated being told (when I phoned them) that we could check in about an hour before we were scheduled to.

Stayed here for two nights while attending the United game, 6 mins walk to the tram station which is 20 minutes to the centre or 25 to old Trafford. Friendly staff, reasonable priced beer at the bar and the room was spotless/very comfy bed/pillows

The hotel was clean and taken care of. That being said the rooms have no phones. There is no elevator. No AC in the rooms. The people were nice. Twice I had to ask them to make up my room. They gave me new towels but never took away the used ones. All in all, wouldn't stay there again.

Not a bad apartment. Very sizeable, and quite comfortable. There isn't a lift so you do have to climb the stairs, but not bad at all. Can't have a hot shower - 2 people at a time, as the hot water capacity is limited but it starts up pretty quickly once its down.

Hiya, me and my wife stayed for one night, everywhere was very clean and the staff very friendly. With covid still about there was no full breakfast but you could help your self too as much cereal ,toast and pastries as you wanted all in was a good 3 star hotel, would definitely go back.
