First time staying in Manchester and I’ll never stay anywhere else again. From the lovely staff, beautiful apartments fantastic locations couldn’t fault Cove what so ever. We knew of the parking situation before we arrived so found a multistory across the road which was expensive but as we excepted. The beds were so comfortable and we were offered spare linen for the sofa bed and provided with extra tea and milk free of charge. The staff were absolutely amazing the whole stay, so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The location couldn’t be more ideal. Will 100% be returning as we had a wonderful time.

The apartment was spotless and very modern. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessities. We had a great stay and the apartment had a very homely feeling. The bedroom was nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

[April 2023] All 5 stars for their room, service, and location. We stayed 2 bedroom apartment that is well stocked well maintained and clean. This however comes with the price, but it all worth it. Just few minutes walking to Piccadilly station and garden and a block away from the National Express bus station.

Fantastic place to live for a few days. The location is fantastic, located in the city center. 24-hour reception and friendly and attentive service. The parliaments are very cozy so you feel like at home. The reception has water, tea and coffee available 24 hours a day. A place to repeat if we return to Manchester.

Would highly recommend! Great apartments- spacious, friendly and pets allowed. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We arrived before check in time and were let into our apartment early. Book parking at the hotel ahead of time as there are limited spaces, but it couldn't be closer- you can get the lift into the hotel from the car park! Great location, we were able to walk everywhere! Would definitely stay again.

We recently rented a two bedroom apartment. We found it spotlessly clean, well equipped and spacious. The location was perfect- really central. The staff were the most memorable part of our stay. Everyone we met was really friendly and helpful. They had good knowledge of the area which helped make our stay that extra bit more enjoyable. They really couldn't have done more for us. Particular mention to Lee and Ishor. Thank you!

Pros - It's a good central location, handy for shops, restaurants and train stations. The apartment I stayed in was spacious, well equipped and very clean. It's an excellent choice if, like me, you prefer to cook your own food, don't want to feel boxed in and want the convenience of a washer dryer (which of course hotel rooms don't usually include). The shower was great with excellent pressure and nice shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap provided. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and I notice many reviewers have said the same thing. Front desk staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. I had no need to contact the staff for anything during my 3 night stay and I was left undisturbed throughout - something I appreciated greatly and which added to the feeling of being in a home rather than hotel environment. Cons - Not a good choice for those who aren't self-sufficient when it comes to cooking, laundry etc (but that's not the Cove's fault! ;-) // There was no hand soap in the kitchen (but this is a minor niggle as pretty much everything else was provided - including non-bio laundry liquid, washing up liquid etc) // Although the windows kept the cold out, they didn't do the same for the noise. I could often hear people, vehicles etc late at night. However, again this is to be expected in a city centre location and is more than compensated for by all the reasons I gave as pros. Summary - I would definitely stay at the Cove again when I'm in Manchester!

Family of four in a one bed plus apartment for the weekend. Very comfortable stay, easy and friendly check in, secure parking, perfect location. 2mins walk to Piccadilly Gardens for transport links, 5 mins to bars and restaurants in Northern Quarter. Will definitely be back.

I have already reviewed via Agoda but not everyone uses Agoda so I thought I should leave the review here too because we enjoyed our stay so much! After having travelled to Manchester for a conference and a bit of a holiday, I would certainly recommend Cove Minshull Street. Everything important is within walking distance, the rooms are clean and extremely comfortable, the water stays hot with perfect water pressure, and the staff are amazing. Our particular thanks go to Jack and Michelle who were always ready for a chat and a smile - you made us feel so welcome.

Great location. Decent apartments equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed and quiet. The best part is the service from the staff. Thank you!

Highly recommended for those of you who want to stay in manchester, the location is very strategic, close and within walking distance of piccadilly station and city center. The rooms are quite large, plus there is a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and cutlery. There is a washing machine and soap that can be used along with an iron.

Fantastic apartment-hotel. I've stayed here twice and am staying again in a couple of months time. I don't want to stay anywhere else in Manchester now! The apartments are lovely and spacious, nice decor and very clean. The beds are super comfy. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is free coffee at reception. The only thing they don't have is Aircon but there were 2 powerful fans in the room!

Nice and lovely apartment hotel. Staff are friendly and always ready to help you. Everywhere is clean with one small exception - mentioning below. Location is amazing - less than 10 min walk from both Manchester Piccadilly and Piccadilly Garden, where you can find other transportation easily. The only bit of downside is the ventilation - since our room is facing toward the inner courtyard, the air is still even we opened all the windows. They got a powerful fan which really helps, but they may need to clean the button of the fan more frequently. Other than this, Cove is a wonderful place to stay. P.S. They setup a WhatsApp number for guests to contact, but I find the number "Not registered". Maybe because I am using a non-UK phone number. Still, the staff is always available at the lobby.

Great apartments, everything you need, and very clean. Love the extra little bits like nice coffee and even a free coffee machine in the lobby. Great location. Definitely recommend 5 stars all the way.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an apartment hotel, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The location of the hotel was fantastic, providing easy access to various attractions and amenities in the area. The facilities offered were top-notch, exceeding my expectations in terms of comfort and convenience. However, what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding friendliness and warmth of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. As someone who was alone in a new country, their hospitality made me feel loved and supported, creating a sense of home away from home. Admittedly, the price of the apartment hotel was on the higher side compared to other alternatives in the area. Nevertheless, every penny spent was justified by the overall experience and the level of service provided. The quality of the accommodations, coupled with the exceptional staff, made it worth the additional cost.

The best place I have stayed in Manchester. I was greeted by Jack on reception, they really couldn't do enough for you. The apartments are generously sized with modern furnishing and super comfy beds. The car park is underneath the apartments with a good size spaces (very unusual for the city centre). Location is great and a 5 min walk to the Deansgate bars. Will definitely be staying again.

This place is amazing! I stayed over with my girlfriend for her birthday and when we checked in a staff member Jack gave her a box of chocolates and a small bottle of wine. Throughout the stay we were truly welcomed! The rooms were so spacious and look just like how it is online, even better! The rooms were VERY clean and homely. I had no issues with anything. The location was great, there is a hot drinks machine downstairs which is available 24/7 and there is a nice gym studio that is onsite which is also really good.! Highly recommend! Thank you to all the staff for making it a great experience!

Paula was very hospitable and made me feel welcome instantly. She accommodated me and my party and supplied me with the information and advice I needed on my vacation. She made my stay.

Excellent central location, that takes dogs and has parking underneath. Jack on reception made me feel so welcome, super friendly, attentive staff....really makes all the difference. Comfy bed, great kitchen, bathroom and lounge area. Worth spending a few quid more to get an apartment like this rather than just a hotel room....I shall deffo be back!

We stayed three nights, and enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great, apartment is clean and attractive, staff are friendly, and the amenities are useful, especially the washing machine and well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend.

We stayed two nights. The staff was really friendly and always up for a chat. They had great recommendations! Checkin was simple. Location was great, really downtown but not too loud at night. The room was clean and spacious. The interior was modern and stylish. Bed was really comfy. Bathroom was very big! Only minus: not very much daylight in the room and no possibility to let in fresh air since windows don’t open too wide.

I have been staying here for over 6 months on business and the rooms are great, amazing location and staff are all lovely and very accommodating. Couldn’t recommend more for business or holidays!

Stayed here during Pride weekend in 2022. Second stay at Cove. Apartment was great, lots of space for a weekend. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, cooking facilities, washing machine and big tv. Walking distance to pubs, bars and restaurants. Piccadilly Gardens tram stop is 5 mins walk away. All the staff I encountered were really friendly and helpful. You can grab a coffee in reception too.

Stayed here on 29-Oct as a family of 4 incl 2 teens. Absolutely perfect. Loved the space we all had and how immaculate the decor and cleanliness were. We stayed in a 2-bed club apartment which included slightly earlier/later checkin/ checkout. The complimentary goodies were a nice touch. Parking was underneath the building chargeable at £10/nt. This is definitely the way forward for us instead of 2xrooms in a hotel. Thanks Saco. Can’t wait to return.

I reserved a double room back in February for my partners birthday, I had messaged them about parking the day before and they kindly added onto my reservation (£15 a night) all seemed to be fine. On the morning that we were due to travel up for our city break I got a phone call from Spain saying that my room has been cancelled and they cannot accommodate us anymore, at first I thought this was a scam and just dismissed it, then the booking app sent me a message confirming the cancellation. I tried to call SACO but nobody was there to answer the phone, I messaged them and called about 10 times over a 2hr period but nobody was able to answer, I left a message too but again nobody got back to me. Finally about mid day they send me a message and say that the room has no furniture and it’s being renovated… how does this happen? Surely they have visibility of bookings? Just overall poor communication from the company. We were unable to find another accommodation that we liked and had to cancel plans already made…

Nice, clean, well appointed and equipped, good staff and great location. They have their own car park in basement, with lift access. No A/C and windows that only open a small amount meant it was uncomfortable in hot weather.

Very central location. Short walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and sightseeing. Spacious apartment with good kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. Our apartment on the top (5th) floor was bright - perhaps lower floors might be less so.

Absolutely perfect! Me and my friends stayed here last Friday, the apartment was so clean and really nicely decorated, the location is central to everything you need and most of all the team are so helpful, I left my boots there and they’ve packed them up for me ready for a courier to collect! So grateful, thank you so much!
