DONT BOOK HERE AT ALL...... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Through COVID we checked in as my wife is a medical worker and the entire place was so unhygienic and not cleaned that we ended up leaving after the first night... we have mailed the owner many times and still no refund. I want my refund and will not stop posting about this until we get it. Booked through bookings.com and still no feedback... I have pictures of the previous peoples food still in the cupboards and bacon in the freezer...including surgical mask in the cupboards and rock hard loaf of bread. Terrible.... I will be waiting for my refund and a call. Totally unacceptable.

Absolutely shocking service, waited outside for half hour in the rain and cold, lady was very rude told us “can you not have no patience”. Kept calling us saying 5 minutes until it became 20/30 mins saying there’s someone coming and no one attended. Said to ring the doorbell, we rang about 20 times and apparently there was someone inside but not answering which is weird. Ended up getting off and gave a complaint to booking.com Would not recommend!

Good clean apartment with comfy beds, clean kitchen and bathroom. The included breakfast wasn't as expected, 4 butter portions, 4 jams, 4 eggs and a loaf of bread. Also 2 open packs of cereal and half a bottle of milk weren't as expected. Should advertise as self catering with some provisions. Otherwise very good.

Unfortunately was not happy to have to share washing facilities i.e. Shower & toilet with other guests. That was not mentioned in booking, also no where safe to park. Even saw a local having a wash under a make shift shower in the back yard where we had to park ☹️Did not stay on the 9-8-18 left within 5 minutes will be asking for a full refund today.

The worst night ever. How can anyone find this place acceptable ( unless you re a moneyless student) . A sham' description deluxe bedroom ) 2 old and uncomfortable matresses with ikea table in a bad and very noisy Neighborhood. Paper thin windows and walls and shared bathroom and hair!.. Once asleep at 3 am after street noise went down was woken at 5 am because of a mouse in the room. Am still waiting for my reimbursement

About 4 km to centre. Nearest bar 1.5 km. Restaurants nearby, nearest only 30 metres. Free Wifi working. Had all necessary items for couple days of stay. Bus to Centre goes 10 m from The Place.

Great Location only 15min to City Centre on the 24 hour bus route. Room was clean and tidy. I was able to cook for myself. Affordable way to stay in Manchester

Very helpful people there to meet us. Clean and comfortable. A good cost effective choice for a stay in the University area of Manchester

Me and my wife stayed here for few days for the Metallica concert. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Both Ziyad and the owner where accomodating, friendly and attentive, excellent hygiene and cleanliness throughout the building, very comfortable living in all aspects. Would definitely recommend

My partner and I stayed over the weekend. Everything was perfect. The staff was brilliant, very kind and polite. The room was clean but the best was the location.

The rooms are perfectly clean and tidy. My family and I will definitely stay here next time!
