Just outside the main city bit but within walking distance. Decently sized rooms and they do look nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness could improve though, and this is the main driver for bringing my rating down.

Lovely bar & lounge space. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Didn't partake of the famous Premier Inn breakfast on this occasion but I have done several times before and can highly recommend! Rooms lovely and clean, beds and pillows comfy. Cannot fault Premier Inn.

Rooms are great missing the Ironing and telephone in the rooms have to go to reception to get the ironing board and iron and then return it back. Great location walking distance to all places in Manchester. And great Breakfast as always.

Was very pleasantly surprised at the level of service and facilities at this hotel, considering the great price too. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. I asked for scrambled egg and my friend asked for poached. They politely said they would bring to us. 3 mins later, perfectly cooked and delivered to table. Great breakfast choices all round. Highly recommend for city centre room. 👌

You know what you get with a premiere inn. Good sized rooms with bath and shower. Complimentary tea and coffee, which is refillable. Hair dryer, ironing board, etc. Staff were all polite and professional. Sometimes, you have to wait at the bar. Food is good at dinner, and drinks are reasonably charged, especially for a hotel. Breakfast is the usual, breads and fry up. You must ask for scrambled eggs, but I had to soak up the excess water. Situated withing 10 min walk of retail park and 2 minutes to bars etc. Right near the studios. I would recommend and stay again

Good stay for 1 night, the premier plus room felt very nice and I would happily use again (though are on 6th floor) with additional items like a coffee machine and wifi. Breakfast is a buffet and there was a good choice, though not everything offered on the menu was there. I liked the fact that utensils were marked up so you knew what to use for what item. Only negatives, there is currently (May 2023) a building site next to the hotel which results in a lot of noise in your room, but also people on scaffolding with a direct view into your hotel room (can feel like you're exposed). The construction staff also use the restaurant for breakfast so if the hotel is full with guests, and then additional people who are builders, the food is gone quick, large queue and there can be a wait for a table. Probably fine on a weekend. Breakfast felt more like I was at a greasy cafe or truck stop which was a shame when everything else felt higher quality.

The cleanliness and proximity to town were excellent, and the breakfast was top-notch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly the person who checked us in upon arrival. My experience at this hotel was truly outstanding, and I have no doubt that i will have many more pleasant stays in the future. Thank you.

Stayed here for over a week and it was wonderful. The staff was always incredibly nice and helpful whenever I had a question. Lovely, clean rooms with comfortable beds.

Well OK it's not a 5 start hotel but you always know what to expect in a Premier Inn and what you do get is all good. Great location for us and a very peaceful night

My fiance and I stayed here for a night recently. We don't know the name of the employee who was quite literally the receptionist, bartender and waiter for us, but honestly he had such good vibes that his presence provided an emotional factory-reset for us both on a very stressful night of travel. I hope he's paid well for his services. 10/10 human interaction.

A really great premier inn. All the usual, easy check in lovely bedding, towels, tea coffee etc. but the levels of service and the location make it extra special. Great staff, so professional, lovely breakfast with a view. All in all recommend this as a great central place to stay for Manchester. I'll be back 💖

Great hotel, would definitely recommend. Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Bed was comfortable and everything worked well. I only paid £55 I think, which for a very good city centre hotel on a Friday night is pretty good value. There was a bit of a queue for check in on arrival so I used the self service and the machine was a bit buggy - eventually worked, though. On departure there was nobody at the desk. Otherwise, pretty much a perfect mid-range hotel.

Premier Inn hotels are generally smart, modern and well equipped and this is no exception. I'd go so far as to say they're the best of the budget chains, you rarely feel like they've economised on anything and the staff are genuinely friendly. Only slight gripe was that the self check-in machine didn't work for me and it took a little while to find a human replacement. Otherwise a relaxing stay.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Room pros, nice shower, great view, powerful hairdryer but could do with more USB ports, so remember to pack a plug! The drink vending machine was out of order but overall pleasant stay and would come back again.

The staff at reception were friendly and check-in was a breeze. The room itself was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was neat. The basic room included amenities such as a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities, and free Wi-Fi. Additionally, the value for money at Premier Inn Manchester City Centre West is exceptional, considering the quality of the accommodation and the prime location. Overall, I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Premier Inn Manchester City Centre West, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manchester. It's the perfect base for exploring the city, and I look forward to returning on my next trip to this vibrant city.

Feel as though the amenities have been cheaped out on in the room compared to previous years. No chance to try the food on this occasion but the staff were lovely and helpful

This was my first ever stay in a Premier Inn, safe to say I AM DEFINITELY COMING BACK! 1. Staff: FRIENDLY, EFFICENT, WECOMING, and sooooo personal! Simon and Ryan also another kind lady who I did not catch her name, all made my stay very pleasant! I missed my first breakfast due to jet lag and they were able to just switch the breakfast to another day so that I did not have to pay extra. I requested a few extra towels since I didn't know I need to inform front desk to have my room cleaned, they provided anything I needed in a clean paper bag. 2. Room: SO CLEAN AND TIDY! Honestly when you are traveling from another country on holiday, you need nothing but a tidy room, comfy bed and clean hot shower. And that's exactly what you get with Premier Inn! I was so happy how clean the bedroom was, you get a king size bed plus a sofa bed on the side, flat screen TV, AC FULLY WORKING, strong water pressure shower and clean toilet! Tons space in the room. 3. Breakfast Buffet: DELICIOUS with so many options! You get milk, juice, fizzy drinks, water and coffee machine! Full English Breakfast bar, salad, fruits, yogurt, Cereal options, for 9 pound, WORTH IT! 4. Store luggage after checked out My train down London was not till 6:30 PM, they were kind enough to store my luggage for me with NO COST! Honestly a lot of previous reviews about AC, breakfast, room etc none of them were true or at least not to my experience! I am absolutely coming back!!! Also the location for the West City Center Manchester was the one I stayed in, EXCELLENT LOCATION!

Location is great. Rooms were nice and clean but the air con was broken. I have to say I did receive a refund for this though and the customer service from that team was impeccable. Service from the staff in the hotel was odd - took about 10 mins for the barman to understand that we wanted to pay for 2 bottles of wine. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, big respect to them. The manager/duty manager was so rude, when I was explaining about the air con she interrupted me and was basically telling me I was wrong.

The best thing about Premier Inn is the sameness. The rooms are identical - it doesnt matter where you go, you know the room layout, the shower will operate in the same way, the spare pillows will be located in the same place. It feels comfortable and familiar. The only small problem is the height of the bed - if you're under 5' you might need an accessible room, or a small step stool! At this location the staff were most attentive and helpful. We were the awkward customers who wanted (needed) special orders for our breakfast, which were accommodated with speed and a smile. We felt so very welcome. The location is a short walk from many attractions - we were in town for a theatre visit, and it was an easy, approximately five minute walk. We've stayed here before, and will likely return in the future.

Hotel great. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Only issue we had was that there is no onsite parking. Had to pay £25 for over 6 hours at the NCP car park over the road. If I knew that would of booked somewhere else as money is very tight these days!!!

Great location . Walking distance from Hardman boulevard . Possible to walk from deansgate station.( maybe not if you have luggage) smooth check-in and easy checkout. TV wasn't functioning in the room but didn't bother me. Spacious room and quite clean.

You know what you're going to get with Premier. Great staff in this one and reasonable prices. I'd have given it five stars if it had it's own parking but there are several car parks very close by.

Friendly staff but checking in was an arduous task and they seemed to be short of people to help. Well located for many restaurants, pubs and clubs. Comfy beds, but air conditioning was erratic.

Nice room and fairly well situated. It was quite expensive though and I had to wait about half an hour at breakfast until the buffet was ready after going down in the middle of the available time slot

My favourite Premier Inn! Staff are so friendly and can't do more for you. Breakfast great and bar open late. Great for short breaks in Manchester. Beds comfy too and very clean

Excellent value for money. Very clean and comfortable. Very well insulated, despite ongoing building work around the hotel, nit disturbed at all. We stayed on the 6th floor 'the quiet floor' premier Inn plus rooms. A 13 minute walk from Deansgate. A 10 minute stroll to centre!

Always happy with premier inn. The staff are friendly, rooms good and clean and the hotel is in a good location. The reasons I've gone 4 stars rather than 5 are: Not enough staff checking people in when it was really busy and the same on the bar; very slow I wasn't offered luggage storage on check in and would've been charged £10 to check in early if I hadn't chosen to wait 15 minutes - that's never happened before. Quilt was very warm and pillows were a bit odd - one wasn't very big! I think they'd been caught out by the unseaonably warm weather though The location wasn't quite what I wanted for the Christmas Market- not their fault but just making that comment for the info of others. And I am being picky - I love premier inn

Rooms are lovely, staff very friendly. Really enjoyed the breakfast and lots of choice. The only thing I will say is the cooked breakfast could of done with being a bit warmer but didn't stop me from eating it all. Could definitely visit again.

As always, the same high standard as I have come to expect from Premier Inn. The room was immaculate and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was a good base, just a short walk from Spinningfields and the cocktails we had enjoyed earlier in the night. The hotel also had an option to store luggage once we checked out. They asked for a donation for this, which we gladly paid as all the money went to their chosen charity!

Lovely hotel with lovely rooms, even a sofa in our room. Shower is powerful and there is a bath with luxury toiletries too. I’m happy with the room and stay so far, however the only problem is the windows don’t open at all so it would be a problem for someone who doesn’t like heat as the aircon isn’t the most powerful. Overall I’m happy.

Superbly located. Technically, in Salford, but only a 10 min walk across the R. Irwell to Manchester city centre. At £39 for a double room plus £10 for a full breakfast, it was excellently value. The bed was comfy, but a bit creaky, but not enough to disturb my sleep. The room facilities for adequate if paying a lot but at that price were excellent.

We got upgraded to premier plus rooms when we checked in which we weren’t expecting and the rooms were really good. Clean, comfy, quiet and relaxing. Had fridges and coffee machines! Air con was a little loud but we turned it off after a while anyway. Staff were really friendly. We spoke to a very lovely man behind reception on the evening of our stay who said he worked in the kitchen and joked about them giving my dad a cupcake with a candle in because we were there to celebrate his 60th. Next morning at breakfast, the kitchen staff came out with candles in brownies with cream and 60 written in chocolate buttons singing happy birthday to my dad! Really good touch and much appreciated and wasn’t expected at all. Great service and would definitely come back! Thanks!

Reliable Premier Inn type room (312). Perfectly adequate. Bar/restaurant downstairs. Air con adequate even in July. Only one hand towel despite room booked for two people... not sure if that's normal or an error. Barely any loo roll left in the room by housekeeping. Grouting etc could do with an update. Great location for the purpose of our stay... we went to Menagerie for an early tea; Firefly for a cocktail and Joule for beers.

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
