We
accept
it
is
room's
above
a
bar/restaurant
as
the
name
indicates,
innkeepers
cottage,
and
not
a
Top
range
Hotel
and
as
such
is
a
reasonable,
if
towards
top
of
expected
range,
price.
The
rooms
are
very
basic
but
clean
as
are
the
general
hotel
facilities
although
a
very
nice
bar/restaurant.
It's
also
well
situated
for
road
network.
In
terms
of
facilities
the
lack
of
lift
was
noticeable
and
meant
as
an
87
year
old
being
on
top
floor
wasn't
ideal
although
didn't
want
hassle
of
move
as
only
a
bed
for
night
and
so
didn't
say
anything.
Like
I
say
it
was
a
clean
basic
room,
needed
windows
open
for
fresh
air
although
this
meant
were
subjected
to
a
constant
meat/food
aromas
as
the
kitchen
vents
were
directed
straight
at
room
211.
It
was
sort
of
fresh
air
and
was
a
relatively
warm
night
so
was
a
toss
up
between
open/shut
window.
Had
dinner
in
the
restaurant
with
guests,
it
was
nice,
if
pricey,
with
nice
attentive
staff.
The
staff
were
very
receptive
and
facilitated
early
check
in,
which
was
a
great
help
as
I'd
flown
trans-atlantic
through
the
night.
Overall
was
happy
enough
with
stay
but
if
was
to
recommend
to
others
would
definitely
suggest
a
first
floor
room
and
on
opposite
side
from
kitchens
was
a
must
do
request.
Like
I
said
it
was
all
on
the
higher
range
of
cost
and
one
little
gripe,
which
added
to
the
cost
was
the
price
of
my
nice
but
expensive
port.
Was
presented
with
a
25ml
measure
that
barely
covered
bottom
of
glass
and
so
asked
for
a
top
up.
I
was
always
under
impression
that
a
port
measure
is
50
ml,
hence
large
would
be
100ml,
it's
not
a
spirit.
Feel
I
paid
double
what
I
should've.
