Was very satisfied with my stay at premier inn Denton, was plenty of parking spaces, the staff were so very welcoming and couldn't do anything more to make you feel welcome. The rooms were extremely comfortable and absolutely spotless, we had evening meal at the restaurant next door which was booked for us by the lovely receptionist and breakfast was also booked for us too, the food was gorgeous. Everybody was so friendly, always an hello, and good evening. Would recommend this premier inn to all my family and friends.

Decent Premier Inn. Slightly dated in the corridors. No decaf in the room. Too hot at night but the bed was very comfortable and I slept well. No USB charging points in the room which isn't good enough for 2022.

Rooms were really clean an spacious. Well laid out and a great use of space.. Really friendly staff would've given it 5 ⭐️ if it wasn't for the traffic you could hear most of the night due to its location but I probably would put me off a revisit

I like Premier Inns, usually stay at the Mottram Wood one but stayed here as better for bus's to Manchester. Room the same good, functional set up but no USB port on the bed-side lightswitch so remember your plugs. Staff friendly, Brewers Fare pub yards away. Marked location down as just off the Denton roundabout which travellers will know is a pain in the proverbial.

Always welcoming and the staff are a credit to the Premier Inn brand. Nothing is to much trouble and always have a smile when you arrive and leave.

Free parking, which it bonus especially when you have a packed car and kids, no worries on finding money. Easy location to find. Plenty of parking. Relaxing atmosphere when walking into reception. Staff excellent service and polite. On spot with checking in no issues... Room was fresh, clean and tidy. All essentials stocked up tea, coffee, toilet roll, towels etc.... When asked for an iron staff retrieved that within minutes. Upon leaving staff was friendly and helpful when asking few questions regarding area. Staff I came in contact with Rosa, Christine on reception, Cheryl who was on maiden duties. Definitely will be returning for future stays. Home from home stay.

We stay here to to attend a family wedding party, while getting ready the electricity had tripped just has we were leaving told the staff who were on duty 27th may 2023 what happened. On our return the electricity was back on also a box off chocolate and a card, also because it was a hot day they did everything they could to keep the room cool also offering cold water and ice lollys during our stay and fan in the room. The staff were great nothing was to much trouble for them. Thank you.

We had booked a double and a family room for 2 nights. The single bed had not been made up in either room. The hotel has interconnecting rooms, but we were put opposite sides of the corridor

Spotlessly clean and comfy bed. All staff were polite and informative. Breakfast and evening meals at Brewers Fayre next door were perfectly cooked and well served.

Nice and clean. Very nice service (Kate from reception) room in the good standard, big free car park.

No air con. Room at 30 degrees. Shambles. Only told us when we checked in so couldn't make alternative arrangements. Glad only booked in for 1 night. But don't worry, you get a fan to blow the hot air around.

Amazing staff who actually care. Wonderful lady at reception greeted us asking how we were ... And have we been before etc. Also in the restaurant the staff were so good.. three of them said goodnight to us as we left. Fantastic service.

Very nice welcome and all staff lovely. On entering our room, it was immediately obvious that despite regulations, it had been smoked in! Room was clean and comfortable other than the smell. Window was wide open despite it being cold, wet, and windy, presumably trying to get rid of stale smoke smell. One towel had 2 large tears in it. Attached Brewers Fare so so.

No air con. Corridors are bit creaky. Rooms fine. Staff great. No lift to upper floors. Bit noisy with windows open.

Room was very clean. Restaurant was busy but still accommodated us for evening meal even though we didnt book. Breakfast was lovely and all staff were pleasant and helpful. Only negative was there was only 1 hand towel and 1 large towel.

Rooms could do with a revamp, and odd smell but apart from that staff were awesome (moved the mother to another room cos of smell) and the food place next door does a good brekkie.

Great Stay! As usual! The same receptionist that check us in when we arrived was in the desk next morning! Lovely chatty lady! Also a House keeping lady with really short blond hair, she was extremely friendly and funny! I Will come back.

Met all expectations. Free car park, always got a space without trouble. Clean, comfortable and modern feeling room. Staff friendly and helpful. Decent restaurant/bar adjoining hotel 👍🏻

Room 29 degrees with no way to cool down. Room clean and tidy but unfortunately highly unsafe for our toddler. Avoid with children as very very hot. Staff gave extra fan and told to get ice from bar. Gutted we used to love this place. Won’t use again.

Well. It's not exactly the Ritz. Started here as part of a wedding group and was thoroughly disappointed with the stay, upon entry you'll be greeted by one of the rudest staff members you could imagine who insists you must (shushhhh.. no noise) throughout the building. This is also backed up by signs everywhere telling you to tiptoe (which in itself is an ableist statement for some people who cannot walk easily without difficulty) plus the second floor had no lift access, not that they tell you. Our room had what looked like old dry bog roll that had clearly been thrown at the walls all over it, the only plus side was the brewers fayre pub connected, other than that this place was rather lacklustre indeed.

Lovely comfortable room, not heavy on the pocket at all. Room was clean, had all the necessary appliances, clean towels. It can get a bit chilly at night inspite of setting the temperature on the thermostat.

I stay regularly in Premier Inns. However I won't be back to this one. I hadn't picked up that it was so close to motorways and major roads. On arrival I asked for a quiet room, and was told there wasn't one as the noise was all around, but that the double glazing was 'quite good'. It wasn't good enough. Even with ear plugs I had a poor, short, interrupted sleep. In addition the room's decor needs tlc, eg peeling paint, peeling door laminate and dirt on grout in bathroom, a marked carpet in bedroom, and most worryingly a smoke detector partially covered in what looked like dried up wetted tissues, presumably by a smoker. I reported the last item to reception, who were apologetic: I do hope something is done about it as it's a safety hazard. Lastly the main 2 waitresses in the Brewers Fayre at breakfast next door did not have masks, nor sunflower lanyards to indicate exemption, at a time when everyone is required to wear them. All in all not the standards I expect of Premier Inn. Someone else was complaining in about the road noise too as I left.

Lovely accommodating staff. Comfy bed and clean room and bathroom. Didn't take up breakfast so can't comment there. Ample parking. Vending machine in the lobby. Mask on hand if you forget yours.

This place was great, the staff were helpful, the food was great quality, the rooms were clean and overall, it was a great place to stay (especially pre-match days). The only thing I would say was the free Wi-Fi, it was decent but sometimes can take a while to download. But I would say a really good place to stay

Young lady on the desk on arrival was very helpful as my mams room was very cold and no heat on in it. When we came back at night the room was lovely and warm. Sheets spotless clean. Carpet could do with a clean and bathroom door doesn't close

Well, I stay here for my visits to a construction site nearby. The rooms are clean and quiet and functional and the hotel is easy to get to from the motorway. Perfect if you really just need a decent place to spend the night without any hassle or unpleasant surprises!

Catalogue of issues with 3 rooms - wrong types of rooms being allocated, window jammed open, anti social, noisy couple accommodated by local authority smoking cannabis. The hotel staff could not be faulted, they were kindness itself, but these things should not be happening.

Another great nights sleep while visiting family - stayed several times now. Staff always very friendly and the premier Inn always clean. Pub next door is a bonus too x

I have stayed at this premier Inn a couple of times, it is looking a bit tired now and needs fressioning up a bit, but I imagin it is tricky to keep on top off maintenance work as it is popular. I had a good night's sleep, there is a safe place to park your vehicle, The staff are friendly helpful and the breakfast always goes down well, for the price it does the job.

Stayed here during the summer and it was easily the worst hotel experience of 2022, primarily because of the rudeness of a member of staff. I was so annoyed I even wrote a letter to the hotel manager, but did not receive the courtesy of a reply. I reluctantly booked for this week as there were no other options, and I had low expectations. This time however it was totally different, the room was clean, but what made the difference was the young lady in reception - friendly and helpful, and a really great ambassador for the hotel. Any business is no better than their staff, and this most recent experience goes a long way in demonstrating that. Her older colleague would do well to spend some time watching how she deals with people.

Staff welcoming & friendly, very responsive to requests & prompt. Rooms clean & tidy & as always very comfortable. Easy entry off the motorway. Staff at the restaurant were excellent, my Aunt felt unwell suddenly & they were fantastic.

I don’t agree with the cleaning arrangements waiting 2-3 days for house keeping is a big no-no covid 19 has passed so get back to older routines met Natalie in restaurant who was approachable at breakfast also met Leah (think that’s her name) she was stressed & not very friendly but I need to mention Charlie & Letiya absolutely amazing warm kind friendly girls who were at reception they are the the perfect couple to meet & greet you when you come to stay at any premier inn if you have awards or employees of the month there 2 are on top of my list

We’ve stayed here a few times now and we love it. What really sets the place apart are the staff; always cheerful and friendly, even when they’re absolutely maxed out. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
