😠 Falling apart, terrible customer service. I paid for a premium apartment but it was in a terrible state of repair. Lights hanging out of the ceiling, broken shower, broken mirrors, peeling wallpaper, chunks of plaster missing out of the wall, 2 very badly broken chairs, a loose, broken side table,... People often mention broken, room, shower, work,

Falling apart, terrible customer service. I paid for a premium apartment but it was in a terrible state of repair. Lights hanging out of the ceiling, broken shower, broken mirrors, peeling wallpaper, chunks of plaster missing out of the wall, 2 very badly broken chairs, a loose, broken side table, curtains ripped out of the ceiling, broken oven. That is not even to mention the fact that it was dirty, the balcony wobbled in an unsafe way, there were no hangers whatsoever in either of the wardrobes and many lights had no bulbs or didn't work. In the bathroom, out of 3 lights, 1 worked, 1 didn't work and the one above the shower was literally hanging out of the socket on a wire. I complained about having no cooking facilities and was told I should go between two apartments, using the kitchen in one and carrying food into the other, whilst dressed in pajamas! I rang the office to complain and was berated and lectured to by one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to (and I've worked in customer service for over 20 years). Amongst shouting at me and saying I was being rude, he advised me that apartments were cheaper than hotels so I couldn't expect everything to work as it should. He didn't even apologise. I wrote an email to complain and received no response whatsoever. This is a terrible place to stay, it feels worn down, unclean, unsafe, it doesn't deliver the facilities it claims to and when you complain the staff are incredibly rude and aggressive. I would rather sleep on the street than stay there again, because at least sleeping on the street is free, and the street lights work. If you want to see it for yourself, look at the pictures for this location, myself and other guests have added multiple pictures showing how dirty and broken the facilities are.

Never have I ever been to a bad hotel. Never visited Manchester before and wanted to have a shower to refresh ourselves before dinner and a gig... Asked more than multiple times if they could give us shampoo and conditioner as they were empty. They were never filled up... Bad staff. Also had another guest that asked us about our experience; they had been waiting for hours for their room to be ready and the room wasn't ready... They had a baby with them and this is December; I think it'd obvious that it's cold! Never going again. The only good thing was that the decor was modern and lovely and the bed was comfortable. Me and my other half would've liked to have washed!

You get what you pay for really. It could do with a lick of paint but it was clean. A couple of things were broken but we were only there for one night. I was happy with the amount of mirrors, the size of the bathroom and having a equipped kitchen is always a plus.

Location was great as it was close to the HILTON my conference was at. However, it was a nightmare to find! Even when trying to book a UBER or taxi, I waited longer than usual. I wasn't too happy with my room -although it did serve its function as a place to sleep, because the apartment was dirty (bedding and carpets), the bathroom did not have a working light or shower curtain and there was a heavy smell of cigarette smoke. Thankfully I only had to spend one night here.

Great price in a reasonable location. Rare to get a space this big in the centre of town for the price we paid (very large living space with decent sized bedrooms and bathroom) however it was let down by a poor level of cleanliness throughout. A few crisps were in corners of rooms and the rug was a plasticky mess filled with dirt and dust. It didn't spoil our stay however which was lovely and we would return (although we would also ask the room be thoroughly cleaned before we arrive!).

First room had busted and dangerous floorboards in the hallway, fridge and freezer not working, and no hot water because of a clearly leaking boiler. We got moved into a second room which had no bedding meaning we had to make our own bed, the TV didn't work, radiator didn't work, no door on the shower fridge meaning water all over the bathroom floor and most shockingly a male staff member let himself in our apartment and then bedroom at 1.30am with us sleeping there. Staff attempted to be helpful but clearly are overworked and disorganised. Shocking experience.

Location's great - right in the middle of Manchester city centre. Nice building, but poorly maintained rooms (1 toilet seat & lid missing, many light bulbs need replacing, toiletry supplies not replenished, floorboards falling apart in hallway), though the rooms were clean and warm. Service from receptionists has been a mixed bag.

First room stank off weed an fags. Asked to move. 2 nd apartment still had a odd smell. Not fresh. En suit loo was blocked with poo! No shower door. Carpets an floor very warn marked and stained. Holes and marks and damage to most off the furniture. Might off been lux ten yrs ago. But now its very run down. Kitchen stank. Was not freshly cleaned. Had to open all windows an doors to get fresh air thru out. Tea an milk with kettle left in kitchen but no cups or mugs!!! No plates. 1 pot/pan. Reception service basic. He looked run down an tired like he slept in the chair. But nice enough. Would i stay here again? Maybe. It was just a bed for the night. Nothing else. We paid 60 each between 3 off us for a night so cost was ok. But i would not pay no more to stay here. Its description off its services etc is not what you get. At all. Its not lux. Its old warn down battered been abused rooms. That smell unclean.
