Thr room that I got was for a single person. So the room was pretty small. But considering the price in this time..when all other hotels were pretty much booked.,it was good. Have a look at the pictures, it a small corner room with slant ceiling. Just enough to spent the night. They have provided a little fridge, a microwave, and a kettle. Also there is TV in the room. Now the things which can be improved - There is no lift in the hotel. There is no cafeteria and the vending machine was also not working, so you have to bring water and food all from outside. The reception is at the back side follow the parking sign if you face any doubt of finding the entrance 🤣🤣

I arrived at this hotel on Thursday 7 December 2023. A friend of mine had booked it under their name and when I arrived I explained the situation and the hotel staff were able to confirm this from my friend over the phone. The room has a TV, microwave and heater. Neat enough and spacious. The staff were also friendly and polite. A nice short stay to rest your head for the night...

Rooms with just enough space, it has all the basics for a short stay. The staff was very friendly, they did their best with what they are working with. It was nice to have a microwave in the room and a kettle to boil water for a coffee in the morning. The hotel could use a bit of renovation, it would be nice to have a shelf to place some products in the bathroom and shower. But overall my stay was okey.

Could be great with a bit of love, care and attention but good enough for a lay over or pre Airport stay. The beds were spotless but the dusting was a bit lazy! There were stains on the carpet and chairs and marks on the walls. One towel and two bath mats (probably hand towels) was all we got for three of us so take your own. You won't be wowed by this one but a good budget option.

When I first booked this hotel I rang the reception to ensure that they can accommodate for me as I was travelling on bicycle to the accomodation. I was told over the phone by the receptionist that this was okay and my bike would be safe, so I decided to book the hotel to stay at for the night. Upon arriving at the hotel I went to check in, I then asked where can the bike be left, the receptionist looked clueless and insisted there wasn't anywhere to store the bike. I explained that I rang previously and was assured that my bike would be safe. Yet the receptionist would not let me stay with my bike. As I stood outside trying to frantically book another hotel due to the incompetence from this one, the receptionist was checking in other guests. He was allowing these other guests to stay that had not been booked under their name as someone else had booked it for them, at this point I was glad that I decided not to stay. I was appalled by the way I was handled,I felt dehumanised by the situation and the receptionist was trying to gaslight me. I will not be wanting to recommend this place to anyone. In the end, I have paid for a night and not used the facilities.

Didn't realise when booking this hotel was for homeless and refugees, nothing against either but was there for 4days and 3 nights, room not cleaned or bed, towels etc changed. Curtains massive hole. Wouldn't stay there again

Frankly, there is absolutely nothing commendable about this hotel. Poor service and non-existent because, no service was rendered to me at all. I booked the room online via Expedia and I was charged £61.20. I traveled from another city only to be stranded, dehumanized and insulted by the hotel's staff. The whole experience affected my mental and physical health. I called the hotel earlier to explain that I would be unable to meet up with the specified check-in time as it was written on the website that guest should call if they know they are running late. I was told right on the phone that I will have to pay an additional £10 for checking in after 11pm. I agreed to pay the money however, I was surprised about the increment, as this was not written on the same website. On arrival with my girlfiend we met no one at the reception, we could not even enter inside as we did not have the key (card) to go in. We were let in by a guest who we met outside. I called the off-duty number at the reception area, and the staff was so rude to me on phone. He insulted me and threatened to call the police if I do not leave the property. I tried explaining to him how I had called earlier to inform them I would arrive late but he kept talking over me and did not allow me to express myself. I was so furious about the whole thing but to cut the long story short. He said he will not give me a room and so we had no choice but to sit on the chair in reception all night. I feel I have been defrauded.

Way to home we book for a night and we choose double bed. Unfortunately the bed and the room wasn’t really satisfying. There’s several things which is not really working and broken inside the room 😬. Shower, lamps 😂 They adding views but i don’t Think that exactly consider as a view 🤣, they have Tv (didn’t able to connect with phone/no alternative option), no iron machine🤷‍♂️, bed wasn’t satisfying at all. good thing is amazing location with parking. Chatty/Friendly reception. They provide wee fridge, microwave which is good.

The place is in a good location. That's it. Reception are not helpful except on weekend when a different person works. Hygiene is very bad. Beds are dirty and covered by white sheets to hide the dirty mattress and pillow. Carpet is dirty and torn. Bathroom is small and dirty. I have stayed in many countries and hotels in the world and this place has to be one of the worst I have stayed at. I am disabled and have a disabled badge. One day the parking for disabled was occupied by non badge holder. Informed reception and he said its ok Park anywhere you like. Parking is used by everyone including non resident. Truthfully I wouldn't ever stay here again. Awful place.

We only stayed one night but it was lovely. We didn't arrive until late so we just had a laugh in our room then went to sleep. I think it was midday when we had to leave and there was a cleaner ready and waiting which I think is great. It was so cosy and comfortable I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I'd stay there again over any travel lodge.

My partner and I stayed here for one night, it's okay, but only okay... The room was clean, and so was the bathroom, although the bedding was rather badly stained, mattress topper needed a wash as well, so this massively has put us off staying again. We would have asked to move rooms, however (see 👇) There is nobody on reception until 3pm, and then they finish at 11pm, so basically noone on reception after that time, which quite frankly is very poor, only a mobile number for emergencies. This could be a lovely hotel if they just spent the money on it, and got proper staff.

Plenty of parking and the hotel is in a good locatiion. We had an attic room which was small, as expected, but clean and had everything we needed. Contrary to some reviews we read the shower in the attic was perfectly fine. The heated towel rail didn't come on but as we were only there for one night we didn't need to dry the towels. No problem with noise coming from outside either. Would certainly use this hotel.agziin.

We stopped here for a night in Manchester. We had come from Nottinghamshire for a show at O2 Victoria Warehouse so we didn't spend the full night at the hotel. We got back at early hours of the morning and went to bed. The room was clean and decent. There's off street parking and even parking for disabled! Very nice and decent hotel for what you pay, can't complain!

This could have been better. water was clogged in Bathroom and wash basin. No heater was functioning. Rate is good. Still focus on infrastructure and facilities is required by the management.

Exterior of the hotel on the main road side looks in very poor condition with broken and boarded up windows. Rooms were actually surprisingly good.

Stayed here numerous times now with my girlfriend. Rooms well stocked and very clean. Great location close to everything needed. The staff are fantastic, especially Tuhin who works on the front desk. We’ve had a couple of concerns and he has been absolutely first class & helped with any problem or question we’ve had. Lovely lad and a credit to the hotel. Definitely recommend!

Was a great stay . The prices for a nice could be cheaper as I paid £80 for one night apart from that friendly staff and welcoming and the room was cozy and had everything we needed for the stay.

Great reasonably priced hotel. Room very clean but the corridor areas could definitely do with a clean. Nice room though with everything we needed and very helpful guy on reception.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Mattress was YELLOW and duct taped together. Room was grotty and furniture was beaten up. Radiator was black, paint flaking off walls. Why they would continue to make this mattress with bedding in the state it's in, and not simply buy a cheap new one for 50 quid I'd beyond me. It is honestly like something out of a horror film. Please, do not stay here.

Stayed here 2.5 times. First time was decent...Big room decent bathroom, Netflix in room (cheers Shelley whoever you are) ,seemed clean. 4 stars 2ND Stay- had a very small room and paid same as first stay. Haha the Toilet..... It was so slanted that that when sat on toilet seat you would slowly slide to the left with toilet seat hanging 1/4 of the toilet.... The shower was very small in this room and when u bent over to clean legs and feet your back hit shower tap made it hotter/colder and off. Would rate 1.5 Stars 2.5stay Didn't mean to book for the date as wanted date to be on the second stay above. However I asked trivelles to cancel for us I literally booked it at the reception through booking.com..... they asked me to contact booking.com.... I did and booking.com understood that I had booked it and clearly was a mistake and they said they will waive charges as I rang so soon, and I after that had booked for the night I wanted aswell............ Trivelles refused to cancel and stole my money. Took my lady friend there to use the room as I couldn't get my money back 😜 won't stay again thieves lots better hotels in area needs renovation no food and nothing in vending machines Have a look in conservatory trampy as f***

Wasn't expecting much following the reviews on here, but make a judgement for yourself as I found the staff and the hotel to be pleasant- some of the guests less so! I stayed for work over a period of a few days, and it's clear that its the same staff every day from reception open till close. Im unsure if they are also the owners but it gives a very 'family run' style feel that is comforting. After my first night, I was asked how I was coping with the warm weather and to be sure to ask if I needed anything. I was also periodically asked how the room was, and felt extremely safe as a female travelling solo. The hotel is on a main road, but is neighbouring a nice residential area and a church, which gives it a peaceful feel. The amenities in the room are fantastic, the fridge and microwave honestly looked brand new. I'll be honest in that I brought antibacterial wipes to clean the sides following some reviews, but the wipes were as clean as they were fresh out of the packet after wiping down all the surfaces. While the room itself is a tad dated, it has more character than your standard travelodge! Honestly a great hotel with pleasant staff. Can't fault it and honestly wish I was working in the area again to return!
