Extremely helpful and very kind!! I don't leave the house very often one because I can't I'm 99% house bound and 80% bed bound so I'm extremely nervous when I do. First time going in there as I never seen it before. I'll be honest I thought it was going to be like a pound shop style, which there's nothing wrong with i love them. But if you get my drift. But it wasn't. It had the bargains dont get me wrong oh boy did it have bargains I couldnt believe!!! But it was all top quality named products. I bought lots of things from harness lead quality toys excellent non slip bowls more toys squeaky toys there is a massive range of toys from tiny to massive. Then treats tiny and healthy huge ranges of makes and for a £1 /£2 its great. And They are all fresh healthy made. Then puppy toothbrush and paste shampoo, clicker for training, eye and face wipes for puppies the list goes on an on. I spent about £90.which I was on my way to pets for you and I would have definitely easy doubled that in price if not more with exactly the same named products!! Get your bums down their and you become a member which I did free and got I think £20off thanks to all the staff today that helped me and the lady at the till who helped carry all the stuff to my car and load it and hold my puppy now thats service with a smile. Haha thanks again everyone see you all soon!! U give me confidence to come out again xxxxī

Love this store! I recently bought a puppy and needed lots of stuff for her, but there's so much to choose from in there it was mind-boggling. Thankfully the staff are really friendly and helpful, I got everything I needed and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Staff are brilliant, always have been. Great store. As of end Dec 2021 the parking is free up to 45 minutes, however you do need to get a ticket, and do not forget to get that ticket, or it WILL cost you a fine!!
