Carl is an awesome coach and all round good guy. He has helped me so much in my training to get me ready for my first fight. The atmosphere in class is always friendly and even though everyone is such high level I still felt welcome and like I was learning rather than being the punching bag Highly recommended to anyone who wants to get into a high quality fighting school or just wants to get fit and have fun.
