Store assistant was very rude, and borderline racist with me. She questioned my personal style, even going to the point to ask me why my hair was done a certain way, or why i was wearing makeup. I came into the store expecting to purchase a nice dress, but I left in tears. Update: This occurred last night, I called today so that I could speak to the owner on the number provided to someone else below and it was the same girl. I calmy asked her how I could contact the owner and she just said "no" and put the phone down on me. Truly disrespectful.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was only in Manchester for 2 days, and found this spot. Despite me not having an appointment the owner came and opened the store for me. Asma was super helpful and altered my clothes within the day and brought it to my hotel. You guys definitely earned yourself a customer in the states. Looking forward to seeing the spring collection!!

First time purchasing from Imani studio, customer service was amazing even in lockdown I was messaged to inform me that my purchase was ready for collection, and special arrangements were made to make it convenient to pick up. The quality of the material is very good and the finishing looks so nice. Haven't worn or washed it yet hoping it lasts. Will purchase again if outfit lasts a while.

We had Googled as we wanted to attend wedding party and were looking for Desi dress. This was the first shop we went to, lots of options and price range. They went out of there way to give plenty of time to us, helped us in every possible way. The moment we saw the dress which we liked, there was no turning back! Alterations were done as promised. We bought 2 Sherwani's and 1 dress for wife. The comments given by parents and people at wedding party was outstanding. They did not know such a shop existed in Manchester. I required an unstitched designer suit to be sourced, stitched and shipped from Pakistan to the UK in 4 weeks. I received a very professional and bespoke experience where I received honest and professional advice regarding sizing, delivery turn around etc. I was updated regularly from the start to finish. I received my outfit in three weeks well before time which was excellent! I was feeling nervous about the whole experience as I had never ordered an outfit from Pakistan. I would definitely use Imani Studios again. I was interested in another designer pret outfit and that could be shipped out to me through them. So I would give them 5 stars excellent shopping experience.
