Absolutely fantastic day with the kids. Bowling, arcade games, dodgems... Lots for adults and kids. They didn't want to leave. Also close to all the food and can get snacks whilst there. Just make sure you bring enough money on you or your card as every arcade game is like £3 min for one go.

It really is a fun space as it has different games that is sure to keep you entertained. There is a game for everyone. We went bowling and it was super fun.i will give it a 4/5 because the machine didn't save our progress at the end of the game, we had to print it out from the stand. This was from the vip section. Other than that, it was really fun.

Who said you can't have fun and stay safe? Namco Bowling made it happen! We had a great time with family. We booked 2 lanes side by side and played against one another. The place felt safe, clean and in line with the gov. guidelines.

I had an amazing time over here. The bowling arena is nice and they have multiple lanes to play. There is a student discount available. The other fun stuff is the car crashing arena. It is only 4£ each and it is absolutely fun to do.

Good for kids and not only. Be careful because it's very addictive in there. Some coin machines not working and some games don't give tickets because of fault, but one word to the staff and they will sort it out for you. Closer than Blackpool 😅

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here at Namco Fun scape. The kids loved the dodgems (bumper cars). The Virtual Reality rides and Bowling. There are other attractions here too, but those did not appeal to us. Staff were quite helpful and easily approachable.

These games are so much fun! You'd eventually become confused. However, there was no attendant on duty to explain the games that I didn't understand.

Went for a night at the arcade and decided to try the food here. Price, quality and speed impressed me with delicious starters and then a bbq chicken pizza. Great atmosphere and helpful staff. Will definitely eat here more often

It is Absolutley amazing gaming arcade for toddlers and older kids.my kids love playing all the games and collecting tickets that you can use to buy toys with at the end. There is a bar in a corner where parwnts can relax and have a drink.also, the bowling place is quite nice.

Turned our back on the ticket counting machine for a few seconds then another family stole out tickets. Told them they had taken them and they pretended they couldnt speak english. Told the man on the counter and he shrugged his shoulders and carried on watching them steal the tickets. He then served them in the queue and didn’t say a thing about them stealing tickets. Usually come here regularly but not now if they arent bothered about stealing.

Booked namco for my daughters 11th birthday party, our party host was amazing she went above and beyond for my daughter and her guests, I think her name was anima, not just during the party but in the arcades afterwards too, party price was amazing for what we received, we booked the teen party that included 2 games of bowling, food, and a dodgem ride for each guest. The food was delicious, so thanks to the kitchen staff for providing such lla lovely meal. We had an amazing experience & will definitely book again! We only booked the party 2 days before as my daughter originally didn't want a party so they managed to squeeze us in short notice and still provide outstanding service! Thank ypu so much to all the namco team.

Very clean and staff are helpful. It's great that there are contactless machines that allow you to purchase credits for rides and give change. My kids had a great day bowling, VR machines, and arcades. The only thing to note is that some of the arcades are £1 for literally one turn, which does mean the costs add up. Overall, nice day out.

Had a work event here where we had a large group of 40 and the staff were great. They were very helpful. The food was ok but you come here for the bowling and games. Would 100% recommend it to school groups like ours and will be booking again next year.

Great to spend some quality time with your kids. There's games for different ages. And at the end of the play, you can exchange your game prizes for some Candy and make their day the best ever. Kids love it. And you don't need to spend a fortune to make them happy.

Lots of fun, most machines and games in operation. Like that they have machines you can get cash/coins out from a card swipe. Various types of games, claw games and tokens. Especially liked the pac-man play until you win claw machine. Really liked the Japanese Gashapon station, never seen one of these before although some of them were quite expensive, £2 for 1 token and some were 3x tokens to redeem

StepManiaX should not be £1 for *one* song. That's a minute and a half on the cab. Two songs minimum. Three would be great.

Kids had a good time playing in the arcades... £50 down and went to take our tickets to exchange for sweets to be told he wouldn't let us swap all the tickets for sweets coz there's going to be customers who want them for the rest of the day... ridiculous!! We are talking about 10p sweets here! So we spend £50 and they are not willing to swap the tickets for £7 worth of sweets? What a joke... ended up having to swap half of the tickets for some stupid little plastic things!

been here on multiple times and today staff were incredibly rude they wanted to moan at me and family about any inconvenience it wasn’t only us they targeted us they was doing the same to another family neer bye two one staff was particularly rude i didn’t get his name however he was very impolite and seemed unprofessional aswell with his attitude t words paying customers i’m so unhappy with this experience i hope they can be better next time one

Nice place for children to visit and it will spend you as least half day.

I went on the bumper cars with my 4 year old cousin we got all checked up to make sure we wouldn’t fall out and 1 minute into the ride someone went into us and the she fell out of the cart and luckily I managed to get her before she could have any serious damage and they saw what happened and didn’t stop the ride to make sure she was okay The time was around 4pm rubbish staff not doing the safety checks properly if they did it right she would have not fallen out the cart and this could have been avoided If I could I would rate this 0 stars

I find it a bit disturbing that places like these are intended for children! I personally believe it promotes gambling. Not everything there is like that though, you can enjoy some of the arcades like the VR stuff, football, basketball bowling etc and have a good time with the family. It's incredibly busy and full of people so make sure you are ok with that if you go on a weekend.

We had a brilliant experience today at the Namco Trafford Centre, with the bowling and arcade games! Lianne especially, was extremely helpful and lovely member of the staff. Will definitely be revisiting in the future.

They need way more staff on weekends. 2p machines all broken/out of order and there’s like 5 of them, machines constantly getting jammed and no staff anywhere to sort it, wild goose chase finding staff and then waiting to get it fixed. Went to bowling and our lane was faulty the pins kept getting knocked down as resetting so sometimes took 10 mins of resetting just to get them to stay without falling, staff would come and help but every time it was resetting for new player we had this issue. All over lanes in use and we paid for a timed slot. Wasn’t cheap either really quite annoyed. The whole place just needs a service and new things

The arcade has a lot of different games which is good but they frequently don’t work and are usually dirty or covered in food or drink. When it’s a weekend it’s extremely cramped. Not a great place in my opinion. If you like arcades go to the arcade club in bury.

A nice couple of hours out for the kids. Think the bowling is so expensive now... But yeah. Also the addition of the little VR section is fantastic, the bad is easy, sticky floors but yeah nice enough place...

Good old fun! Had a couple games of bowling which we all thoroughly enjoyed - despite me coming last (out of 5 of us) on the first game, and second from last on the second game! Lol

Great so easy to park at the Trafford centre. parked near to orient. As you go in near the big stairway just follow.around to the right. Bar, food,. dodgems and more. We went bowling. Booked 6 lanes for an hour at 3pm in the afternoon. Good price would go again.

Kids enjoyed a few hours of fun here, lots of different games to keep them occupied. Bowling, dodgems and all the usual arcade games.

Staff friendly and helpful. Very busy though and have no control over people, mainly teenage boys rushing the queue. Bit intimidating for the younger ones. Maybe better on a mid week day.

We were having a great evening till the staff decided they wanted to close early we had paid for 2 games of bowling and we're halfway through the 2 frame at 10.35 when we were informed they would be closing 25 minutes which was fair enough but then the staff made us feel uncomfortable for continuing with members of staff pacing up and down behind us and down the empty lanes on either side of us with the rest of the staff glaring at us from the customer service desk. This was extremely rude and unacceptable 😤 if you are open till 11 then expect customers to be there till that time.l and if you don't want them there till.thatbtimebdont sell them 2 games of bowling. Your in hospitality and should make customers feel welcome and comfortable. It put a sour note on our otherwise good evening

A really fun and amazing day out. Was a bit hesitant to go due to it being half term and full of kids but the staff were so patient and really made it personal despite how busy it was. Enjoyed every moment and special mention to Leanne who ensured all our needs were catered to

Great machines and games but takes up too much money!! Had a great time on the table tennis and playing pool. Something for everyone to do. We always have so much fun.

Big shout out to Mark who went out of his way to make sure my son got onto the VR machine and set up the screen he wanted. He was very polite and helpful and radioed down to security to open the baby changing facilities for my toddler. Thank you for your fabulous service.
