    Just been to this chippy , omg amazing...fish was beautiful lightly battered and my partners was scrummy too, £17.40 for two fish 2 chips,peas and curry a bit expensive but worth every penny

    Had this chippy last night what an absolute joke of the prices plus my 2 year old daughter has fell I’ll with food poisoning won’t be going again was a great chippy wen akky run it

    Went a while ago when the new owners took over and the batter on the fish was thick and soggy. Went tonigh and the fish and chips was awesome. Will be going back

    Been going here since 1987. New owners and very nice people. The food was nice, but a very large increase for what I was charged by the old owners. Up from £3.90 to £5.80. I won't pay that much again.

    Freshly prepared and cooked while you wait. Proper old fashioned chips and fish just like when you were a kid. Generous sized portions and lovely friendly owner. Deserves 5* rating

    I wish I could say it was tasteless but unfortunately it had a taste and it was disgusting. Only accepted cash and everything was cold and greasy. I don’t think the owners know what they are doing.
