    Well, we were flying from Manchester back to Madrid. Our thoughts were that the flight would be shorter in time and distance than the Ryanair queue to check in 👇👇👇👇👇Just two prople on the check in desks, can Ryanair actually sink any lower credibility wise as to how they look after their customers? Bring on British Airways budget flights. Or avoid Ryanair at all costs and if your flight destination is an option from Liverpool then travel from John Lennon airport. Cheap nearby car parking, through check in within 10 minutes, relaxed atmosphere in the terminal and the bonus of a better airline called EASYJET 👍👍👍👍👍

    Apparently they don't care about the bad reviews all around the world. I am not sure if any sustainable business in this planet can afoard to have a 1 star rating in all their branches, but they do. How dare you closing the online check in 3 hours before a flight and then charging your client the price of the flight ticket just so they can check in. Shameles...

    I understand its a low cost airline and the seats wont be comfortable etc but it is really becoming disgusting and gross. The plane and seats are so dirty and gross. Really allowing a few extra minutes for the staff to clean would not be too much to ask as a customer

    Missed our flight thanks to their incompetence. Arrived 2.5 hours earlier to check in, only 2 people working at the check in desks… one desk occupied for 1hour by one travelling family. Instead of opening another desk they kept going with only one person. After telling staff that our flight is at 9am and it doesn’t look like a lot of other people won’t make it as well they just told us on multiple occasions we’ll be alright. They even tried to call the manager. Once we got to the desk we were told luggage drop off is closed for this flight. The lady at the desk even admitted it was their fault, but they wouldn’t compensate for any loss. We had to rebook to a different airport which is way off where we need to go to. Thanks to this incompetence we had to pay another additional 1200£ plus the extra hours of travelling.

    Have to say. Having heard a lot of negative things about Ryanair I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service we had on our recent trip to Portugal. It is cheap and cheerful but the staff were absolutely fantastic. I would definitely use them again

    I flew with Ryan air on Sunday morning from Manchester to Alicante. When you book your flight just like other airlines make sure you click the right option for luggage. If you just want to take a 10 kg on as hand luggage it's cheaper. If you want to take a bigger case 20kg it's more but you pay when booking. If you download the app you can check in online ( standard procedure) for most airlines now. You can also store your boarding pass on the app, so everything is in one place. Flight left on time, arrived early. The staff were helpful on board and at the airport. Yes this is a budget airline but efficient and reliable.

    Dreadful diabolical airline. We checked into Marrakech airport, checked our bags in and waited at the departure gate, flight got delayed by several hours due to staff shortages. Then eventually the flight was cancelled and after sitting in departure all night we were taken too a hotel 2 hours away literally in the middle of no where and just left saying somebody will be in touch tomorrow, nobody ever came and everybody had to sort their own way home and pay the hotel for subsequent nights while they sorted their new flights out themselves at their own cost.

    Ryan air should learn about how to be a respectful budget airline from the Japanese Peach Momo Airline - value for money, clean, and decent basic services and more importantly the staffs like their jobs. Ryan lacks all of these, and just seeks to charge extra fee from customers whenever it can. I paid for priority, FastTrack and hand luggege, and seat selection and they still found ways to charge you in front of the boarding gate! I refused and ended up purchasing another ticket from another airline. Don't consider Ryan air if you have choices @-@

    Parents due to come over to visit their recently born grandson. Father got up to go to the bathroom as they hadn’t started boarding yet. Came back to the doors closed, even though the previous plane hadn’t finished disembarking and could see passengers on the other side of the gate door, waiting in a queue to board plane. Staff said nothing they could do. Company clearly promotes staff to utilise any power trips they can, go out of their way to provide the worst service imaginable. Disgusting customer service. Might be the cheapest airline but common decency costs nothing.

    I am not happy with Ryanair at all, because I could not log in through facebook or gmail into your website to finish the check in on the way to Santorini. At the airport I was charged 124,30 euros for check in as your policy is this: how you make money by stealing from customers. As soon as we got to Santorini I could log in to check in for the way back. Why charge such a high rate for the check in at the airport that takes only a few seconds and your worker rates are not this high. Next time it will not be flying by Ryanair for sure. THEY ARE THIFS

    Worst air travel company ever. I clicked 11.02 flight 3 times. It ended up booking it for 11.03, regardless showing 11.02 on screen before confirmation. Too bad I did not make screenshots. No way to resolve it. Only bots and obvious action on your account. No humans there anymore. That is what these thieves want - robb you and show no face. Avoid whenever you can. Take screen shots when you reserve. And compare to others. What seems cheaper ends up more expensive than British Airways or others at the end of the day. I lost hundred quid. You've lost the client. Forever. I wish you all the worst, greedy bstrds

    Cheap airline i.e you get what you pay for ,but costs do add up for any extras! A small bag is allowed on board at no extra cost i.e if it confirms to regulation size! Despite conforming to this rule several passengers did not bother ! No one bothered to check as to do so would delay the flight ( for fines to be issued and bags checked in hold). The lack of communication is a big issue i.e we waited at the Gate for an hour ,which is not excessive , but long enough in a que ,on your feet . No one apologized or communicated any reason for the delay ( what customer service). We ended up flying with Malta air for some reason ? although we ended up on the right plane ( no explanation for replacement.). The price for reserving a seat is excessive however as if one did not bother doing so by paying the extra they could end up sitting next to you( Any spare seats allocated to you on board). The most important factors for this Company are obviously business related due to it's popularity re it's pricing, once all add on extras are excluded, and the condition of it's aircraft( to ensure it's mechanical condition and airworthiness, as passengers are not cost effective in comparison with value of an aircraft .You can be assured by the safety record and cheap cost of the flight, but do not expect any extras by way of the courtesy of communication ,and expect delays!

    Everything about Ryanair sucks - except possibly the price. But even that is only true if you don’t have any luggage or any particular requirements. If you do have anything like that, then you pay through the nose. I only ever fly Ryanair when schedules determine that I have zero choice. I’d rather pay more and fly with an airline that is competent and doesn’t deceive you with hidden charges.

    Just arrived at Manchester on the 5.50am from Malta. I just want to say the Cabin Supervisor on this trip was exceptional. I never asked for her name, but she did say she had worked for Ryanair for 11.5 years. Don’t want to say what exactly happened, but if there was going to be a big problem to sort I would like her in charge. Well done to Ryanair. Never thought I would do a review for this company.

    For me, this is the worst airline in Europe. I try my hardest to avoid this company, though sometimes it's your only option. They say its low cost, I say "who asked for this?" I can not imagine that customers were in need of an airline that is so poorly managed and were willing to pay a few % less than the competition. If you have to travel with them, do not buy into the blatant scan of priority boarding. Everyone has to board! All you will get is loaded into a stairwell while they process the remaining passengers. You gain nothing and will pay for the displeasure. The planes are generally always untidy. Their check-in system is always the worst....Example, my flight today from Manchester: Stand in a huge queue for weighing bag and check-in baggage, then go to next queue to place bag infront of staff to be shuffled off. Makes absolutely no sense. Why add an automated system to then go and wait for staff to approve the bag again on their scales.

    Disappointed from different points of view. Correctness and clients care ;it s a bit stupid to see they announce delay, and after a while, they update to finall call .. They are also using two different measures for the same services, asking for more money for two different clients in the same conditions. I feel that they just try to take you more money without any care about their clients. I felt cheated. Worst experience from this point of view.

    This airline is by far the worse in the world. They do not care one bit about the passengers / clients. For someone who travels a lot i have had the worst experience of my life with them. It had to do with them changing the flight time which did not leave enough time to pick up my luggage and check back in (With Ryanair again). Check-in agent at starting airport mentioned "just leave your luggage and claim it when you get to your destination and they will sent it to you within a day." That never happened, after numerous calls, emails over 5 days they did absolutely nothing. I had to interrupt my vacation to go back to pick up my luggage incurring more costs than the flight was worth. When dealing with support they just did not care to help just site policies and a big F-U basically.

    I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred during my recent flight FR2580 16th June from Manchester to Bordeaux, which was an hour and 20 minutes. During the boarding process, I witnessed a male member of the Ryanair boarding staff take issue with the size of the woman's suitcase, leading him to berate her loudly, though she was completely polite and hadn’t said a word of dissent!! "Directing her to place the suitcase into the provided measuring frame he shouted "If there's anything sticking out, you'll be paying for it right now!” She did so, and It fitted snuggly inside the frame, But your agent wouldn’t accept it. Agressively claiming the width of the case exceeded the dimensions by 1 cm . "FOLLOW ME !! he said loudly !! The young woman, visibly frightened, trailed off behind him. What a Creep !! No doubt you scammed the poor thing for €70 ! The entire scene reeked of abuse of power. Why should your staff be So absolutely Hostile for absolutely no reason ??? By emphasizing respectful and courteous behaviour, you can foster an environment where passengers feel safe and valued during their journey with Ryanair. Personally I hate flying Ryanair ! It is always unpleasant , but it is often the only option I have ! I sincerely hope that you will take prompt action to address this matter and prevent similar incidents from happening again. I look forward to your response and trust that you will handle this issue with seriousness it deserves. Neil McCarthy

    The flight was delayed 4 hours last minute, my whole vacation plan is ruined, im gonna miss the busses, trains, and on top of that the first ray of the festival is ruined…….. i can’t express my disappointment enough :@

    Amazing employees! Well except for one woman that kept me, a disabled kid that was starving standing up for 20 minutes while she was talking to her colleagues and joking around about coffee!? Thought flight attendants are supposed to be nice and at least beautiful! Her lips looked like animal baloons! Anyway… I complained about me being disabled and if I don’t eat now i will faint. She gave me an eye roll and only then she saw a seat available where she can push the cart! Horrible started crying because of her… Also my mother got some atitude from her honesty idk how she is still a flight attendant. Way to end an amazing holiday! Btw it was on the flight from lanzarote to Manchester. On the 05/01/2023 flight no FR2132 leaving at 11 am hope they change her. Also all of our Ryanair flights were delayed or cancelled! So once it was obvious to why they would delay it bcs a passenger got sick but other times… we had to wait 4.5+ hours bcs the pilots didn’t show up 🤦‍♀️

    Missed the flight due to Ryanair previous flight was late + 1.5h waited for luggage. ryanair did not help and offered to pay full price for ticket next day. beware of that very low service company. Let's call them Lateair

    Please can you improve your environmental policy online (there is so much waste of packaging: I asked to put my tea in my takeaway cup to save the environment but they threw away a paper cup to give me a tea bag which seems ridiculous) Please clean the seats (I had to ask for a cloth to clean my seat and there was no cloth or spray to remove dirty food stains) There are way too many promotions onboard, plus treating humans like cattle at every phase of the journey

    Just got off a flight to rome and the windows were that bad we flew over the city and couldnt see out of the windows they was all cloudy think they need a wash the boys 20 years of dust and grime get it sorted. Rock hard seats may aswel be made out of stone

    There is always endless waiting, the staff are always so disorganised that customers are made to stand and wait for several minutes at each session, and unnecessary time wasted in between can be reduced if the staff are well prepared in advance. But Ryanair seems to highlight the uniqueness of airline services by the time customers wait!

    Worst costumer service, canceled phone talk by saying you said order number incorrect, stand in a lane again, and ive waited in a lane for a 1hour, she gave me only 30sec to talk with her :), i had correct reservation number next to me, but she didnt let me to tell this and canceled phone talk like im a trash for her

    Anyone else out there being blackmailed by Ryanair into paying flights that were cancelled during the pandemic and then refunded? They waited for us to get another flight with them and are threatening to not let us check-in if we don't.

    Can’t fault the airline, staff very friendly. The seats however are very uncomfortable for the 4 hour flight and had to stand up a few times. Sometimes you couldn’t understand what the staff were saying on the speakers due to the face mask they were wearing. All in all a good flight but the seats be warned are not comfortable at all
