Rang yesterday for info regarding nail clipping for my dog who is anxious when it comes to nail clipping, the lady on the phone was really really polite and friendly, popped in today and I honestly cannot fault the service we received at all! Very very polite and friendly, made to feel comfortable as soon as we both walked in, was in and out in five minutes and my dog was very happy and didn’t seem bothered about having them cut at all. The price was very fair and I cannot recommend this place enough. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish

We have just discovered Puppy Dog Tails & have taken our Pomeranian there for his last two cuts - I cannot recommend them more! It’s the best groomers we have ever had for him! The owners show Poms so they really know how to cut him! He comes back looking super cute every time. I won’t take him anywhere else anymore - I drive from North Wales just to take him there 😘

My favourite pet store in Manchester. Karl the manager is a legend and will go above and beyond when you need advice or help. The same applies to Sarah and the rest of the staff. I have fish from here still healthy and happy years later. I don’t use for grooming services but can tell when I’m in there that they look after the dogs with care and love. Just a great place and worth supporting.

My dog always comes back looking great, and hes happy to go back too, which means he must like it! Highly recommended.

So obviously I think I have the cutest puppy on the planet but oh my gosh when he walked out from behind the counter after his 1st puppy trim I was so excited. I thought he was a different dog! He looked amazing, even cuter and was super happy.

They spent the time to immaculately groom almost every hair on my dog's body. He has shaggy fur that grows a bit wild. He's now the neatest, smartest dog that I've seen, but still has his cuteness. The servicewas also done with a friendly, warm smile. Stanley can't wait to return !

Puppy Dogs Tails take such fantastic care of my Pomeranian who is extremely nervous about brushing he just went with them and when he was being brushed in front of me it's like she had a different dog!!!! He came back a beautiful knot free dog i bring him here every 6 weeks now. Thank you girls so much Hugo loves you 💗
