Great advise about the different types and makes of food suitable for a puppy and our older dog. Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to do the best for their pets.

We’ve been going here for a few years now with our 2 frenchies. You always receive a lovely welcome from both of the owners. Luckily for the dogs they always give free treat bits for them to try. The product range pretty much covers everything you need, they always introduce new treats too to see how it does which is good to have something different. The food they sell is all natural and nutritious so you know your getting good stuff from them. Overall would recommend to anyone that has pets. Even though we’ve moved 30 miles away we will still stay loyal to pet express

Ordered animal bits for my Dachshund and his friends, before bank holiday. Darren got in touch with me to ask if I wanted to keep the order or cancel. Also he mentioned I have a lot of chicken bits Dachshund's are known to have allergies to chicken. That's what I call excellent customer service ( even though I knew this ) what other supplier would mention this. Received our package today I have a very happy Dachshund and I'm sure his friends will be too. Wonderful products & prices I'm assuming the animal bits are super tasty 🙂 Thank you Darren and your team Will definitely order again from you once we've managed to munch though this. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good selection of natural dog treats!

I stumbled across this place and after some friendly advice from the lovely staff I went away thinking about the dog food we used. I did some research and everything the staff said was spot on. We’ve been using the Hunters grain free for well over a year now and recommend it to every dog owner. Every time we go to stock up the staff remember us and are very friendly. They always help me with the heavy bags and often take them to the car for me. I couldn’t fault the place. Excellent knowledge, service, products and prices.

What a goldmine for your pets. There is a fantastic range of raw food to choose from and our dogs love their Hunters Complete Dinners. Well worth a visit, as they have a vast knowledge of dog nutrition. Really helpful and friendly staff.

Fantastic place. They have absolutely everything that you could possibly want for your pet. I went on Saturday for the first time, I wanted a Julius K 9 harness for my Frenchie ( Frankie) The lovely lady fitted it for me and Frankie looked fabulous. Great store and staff amazing. Will be going back a lot. x

Asked advice from staff he asked what food we fed them pedigree puppy food 🤦‍♂️ told us he didn't advise that and reccomend his stuff was a instant success it's been 5 days now no runny poos thank god my new go to place. A good traditional pet shop. Good stock. They also have an aquatic section. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Lovely friendly staff very helpful. There is a small step on entering but room to swing a pram inside. I went to buy sawdust, very happy with purchase. They sell lots of items including pet fish.

We order a selection of dog treats from here monthly, as we’re too far away to visit the shop, and would highly recommend. It’s great to have a variety of natural, 100% meat treats and our dog absolutely loves the lamb grills & rabbit ears. Each time we order our package gets dispatched the same day and arrives in perfect condition [usually] the day after. Thank you!

Spotted shop by accident today. But god im glad i did. Guy is like a dog guru really knew his stuff. Helped me more in 10 mins then the vet did a few months ago. Will be calling again next time im in the area. My dog loved the food and the camel skin treat. Highly recommend👍

Excellent place! The owners are knowledgeable and friendly. Saved me an absolute fortune and returning to the vets by telling me what was wrong with my dog, and they were right! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even seek them out for veterinary advice before the vet themselves!

Very helpful and really friendly. My dog was really fussy, but with help from the owner, we found a food that she really enjoys.

2nd order from these guys delivered within 24 hrs perfect. 1st order I placed few weeks back - they realised they were actually short of some of the dog food flavour I had ordered and phoned me within 5 mins to discuss option( refund or alternative) took the alternative and delivered smartly again. Also had a chat with Darren about the kibble, but he couldn't better what mine are currently on.

I've been all over to big named stores trying to find a metal crate and a plastic dog bed! Had everything I needed here! Very knowledgeable, too!
