Lovely experience at Nora Eve! We were made to feel very welcome, all of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Lois was our assistant for my appointment she was a really nice girl, very patient and not at all pushy (which I found was the case in other bridal shops) Thanks ladies for making an experience that I personally find can be quite stressful, feel relaxed and enjoyable. Listen to Lois. She knows her stuff! Had such a great time at Nora Eve. For reasons I don’t even know I actually got my dress from somewhere else- huge mistake!! I am going back to Nora Eve for the one I originally wanted. I have explained everything to Lois who has been so helpful and booked me in for a fitting. I had such a lovely experience at Nora Eve. This was my first time dress shopping so I didn’t really know what to expect or even what I was looking for but the ladies at Nora Eve made me feel so comfortable. The ladies working there are super knowledgeable and even though I had no idea what styles I wanted to try they pulled a perfect dress on the first go and by dress three she had found THE dress. I can’t wait to come back when it’s time to pick up my dress!

I had the most amazing experience at Nora Eve! It was my first time properly trying on any dresses and we booked a sample sale appointment which was fab, Jenna was amazing and pulled dresses without me even picking things out. I found my dress here after going back the following day where I had Lois help me, who was equally as amazing, to try one on again and I’m so thrilled! Couldn’t recommend more x

The experience of finding a dress in this shop was amazing. It was the first shop that I went to so we tried on lots of different styles. I liked the fact that they had an online service which you could favourite dresses that you liked before you went and they picked those dresses out whilst I was there. The lady pulled out a wild card which was different to any of the other dresses I had tried and a style which I didn't think that I wanted. It turned out to be perfect and I fell in love with it. The experience of buying the dress and going back to try it on again were all amazing. I found my dress all thanks to the ladies of Nora Eve Bridal Boutique.

I had my first appointment today at Nora Eve, it was a wonderful afternoon! I was able to try on so many different styles to find the style that suited me best. I didn't feel rushed and I could try on dresses more than once, which was great. 😊 Thank you for a lovely experience!

Cannot recommend Nora Eve enough! From the start of my wedding planning I knew I wanted to visit this shop as they stock one of my favourite designers! I booked a VIP appointment for me and 3 guests, and it was absolutely amazing! My bridal stylist, Lois, was so so lovely, super helpful and it felt like having another friend along with me for the experience! I actually ended up choosing a dress that was Lois’ recommendation- I can honestly say I wouldn’t have pulled the dress out myself, but the girls clearly know their stuff because it was PERFECT! So a huge Thankyou Lois for helping me find the one!!

Absolutely blown away by the lovely Lois and Jenna at my appointment yesterday. They were both incredible throughout my visit. Lois got my vibe straight away and pulled the most beautiful gowns for me to try. I was so worried about not finding “the one” but I had the opposite problem and struggled to decide between a few! The girls at Nora Eve are absolutely amazing!! Lois was so knowledgable and passionate about the dresses and made me feel so comfortable. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, and made the whole experience so much fun. My first ever bridal appointment to find ‘the dress’ and I found it in the first half an hour of being there - the experience was honestly everything I hoped it would be and more, and I was made to feel really special! What can I say, from the moment I walked in I was treated like a queen! The lady wanted to know about me and my fiance and our journey so far, she asked about the wedding and brought out dresses based on what I had said, and she was spot on in her choices! I am proud to say I am a Nora Eve Bride! It was an amazing experience and I cannot wait to go back to collect my dress. 10/10 experience! I went wedding dress shopping feeling apprehensive, nervous but excited! I brought my mum, mum in law to be , MOH and bridesmaid and as soon as I walked in and met Lois I was instantly put at ease! Lois was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. We had cocktails, chatted, got emotional and I got to try on the amazing dresses. Can’t believe I found my perfect dress on the 1st apt and it was honestly one of the best experiences- I want to do it again 😩 Also Nora Eve has a wide range of dresses from different budgets and I was able to get my perfect dress within budget! thank you so much! Belinda made me feel at ease and was very intuitive to dress styles. The lux experience was really special and was thoroughly enjoyed. I said yes to a dress that I had seen on the website but it wasn't in my selection. It really is a magical dress and I feel amazing in it. Thank you again Nora Eve. I had the BEST time here on Tuesday. Belinda was amazing, she listened to what I was trying to explain and knew exactly what I meant and what would suit me. She made the whole experience perfect. I now have some tough dress decisions to make!

Really lovely experience trying dresses on in a really gorgeous place. Jenna was lovely throughout my appointment and I said yes to the dress last year (2020) I tried on a sample size 10. Unfortunately when my actual dress arrived in store in my size (size 6) it looked and felt like a completely different dress (I have pictures to show the difference) I took my dress to a seamstress and it had to be completely reconstructed to try and make it look like the dress I tried on in the boutique. The seamstress was amazing and tried her absolute best for me but I still feel if I had known my dress had looked so different in just a couple of sizes smaller I would of definitely chosen a different dress. I then had my dress steamed at Nora Eve and left it with them for a week. I went to collect it the day before my wedding. When I arrived I noticed straight away there was marks on the front. I was then made to feel like it wasn't them that had done it and also had to travel back later on that evening to collect my dress once the marks had been removed which completely ruined the evening before my wedding. The only person that was polite and actually apologised was Jenna. I was promised a call back about this and never heard anything so I feel really disappointed, which is what brought me to write this review.

Amazing experience, I'd recommend this bridal shop to any bride-to-be! From the moment we walked through the door we knew we were going to have a wonderful time! Sipping prosecco with your nearest and dearest choosing your wedding dress, what more could you want! Belinda was fantastic, so friendly and knew exactly what I wanted before I did. Nora Eva has an absolutely amazing collection of fantastic designers, with the most stunning dresses. The staff are so attentive, yet not in any way over bearing, there is absolutely no pressure at all to spend a certain amount and the staff really listened to my budget and stuck within it. Lois who was assisting me, bought out so many dresses that suited my shape, I was overwhelmed by the beautiful choices as she really had an eye for what would look good. After just a one hour appointment and 6 dresses later I said yes to the dress. The team at Nora Eva really take care of you. They have a gorgeous new space at Glass Yard, Chesterfield and everything about the space feels special. The bridal gift bag, picture of saying yes to the dress are all fabulous touches and what sets them apart from the rest. I couldn’t recommend the team highly enough at Nora Eve.

I recently had my first wedding dress experience with Nora Eve and it was everything I wished it was going to be. Their consultant Jenna was absolutely brilliant, she went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Wow! What a fabulous bridal store! Such an amazing range of dresses and no pushy sales tactics. I felt completely at ease and was well and truly looked after by the lovely Jenna. Jenna is polite and professional, she could teach other bridal consultants a thing or two!! She listened to everything I said and took it all on board bringing out some fabulous dresses.

From the moment we stepped in Jenna was absolutely amazing. From providing the bubbly to going through how the appointment would work, the process was just so much fun. Even after giving 5 choices from the website for the appointment, Jenna helped narrow down the style. I went in thinking I knew probably which dress I would come out with - I was wrong - Jenna found me the one x

I guess I had really high hopes due to the local reputation and the expectation I would be a Nora Eve bride. I felt limited to what I was allowed to try and told the first appointment was just to get a feel. I left and immediately saw a dress on social media I would have loved to try. At no point we’re any of my family offered a drink of any sort or even an additional chair! My Mum sat on a chair with my 13 year old the whole time. There were some lovely dresses but I found the one elsewhere. I would still recommend the shop but based on the dresses not the experience.

What a beautiful Bridal boutique! We went for a quick browse, ended up finding my wedding dress. Massive thanks to the wonderful girls who work there, for making such a fuss of us (especially my 2 year old Daughter) who was made to feel like a queen. Lois was fantastic. I went to Nora Eve to try some wedding dresses tor the first time ever! Even though we didn’t find where to go straight away the staff were brilliant and very helpful. I felt right at home, even though I am shy and nervous I didn’t feel like that at all I was very comfortable. Very friendly staff and some lovely lovely dresses!!

Recently visited Nora Eve Bridal Boutique and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I am not local to the boutique so made the special trip to visit. I was greeted by Lois who was A M A Z I N G! After having a bad experience at a boutique local to me, I was feeling very nervous about visiting anywhere else. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Sassi Bride and their sister shop Nora Eve helped me to choose the most absolutely perfect dress for our big day! I've never felt so amazing in all my life and they made the whole experience really special too. I never imagined I'd go home with my dream dress at the end of my first shop but you just know when you've found 'the one'! I got my dress 'off the rack' from Sassi Bride and took it to Nora Eve for some minor repairs. Dawn, their seamstress, did a flawless job - you'd never have known the dress wasn't brand new. Nora Eve welcomed me back for an impromptu fitting close to our wedding too (I'd lost weight and was worried the dress wouldn't fit!) and they helped me to pick out a beautiful belt/sash to wear with my dress. Everything was so smooth from start to finish and the staff were all fantastic. They made me feel like the most important person in the world, not 'just another bride'. If I could do it all again, I would go back to Sassi Bride/Nora Eve in a heartbeat. Thank you SO MUCH team! xx

After trying so many dresses, visiting so many ateliers I must admit I was a bit hopeless and I started looking around for more options. I found Nora Eve website and I saw 3 dresses that I liked so I booked a bridal appointment via phone where I was reassured that all 3 dresses will be available for me to try on (until then I visited so many ateliers that didn’t had the samples available). We arrived one afternoon at Nora Eve and found a very elegant, spacious and cosy shop (that wasn’t reflected in the price of the dress as noticed in my previous experiences). We met Lois which was so so nice, friendly, open to help and creative! The perfect person that you need (and want!) to help you pick your wedding dress. She brought me all 3 dresses, tried them all, loved them all but somehow Lois felt that may have a better option for me. Asked me if she may show me something else, something bigger. I was open to that and then she brought me THE ONE!! Tried it on and I instantly felt like it is the perfect one! I had few other appointments booked for the weekend and I really wanted to try everything so I said to Lois that I will go, see what it is to be seen and be back if this is the one. Lois very confident told me: yep sure, go and try everything and I am waiting for you to be back here soon! Loved her confidence in their product! Everything that I tried after that wasn’t good enough, I was only comparing everything with THE ONE. Sunday afternoon called Nora Eve and Lois very joyful scheduled a meeting for us for the next day. Went there, tried it on one more time and bought it immediately! On my wedding day I felt amazing wearing it! Could pick a better one than THE ONE! Thank you so much Nora Eve for the amazing experience and thank you so much Lois for all your help and enthusiasm!

The service at Nora Eve is perfect - they make you feel at ease and are very genuine to help you find exactly what is right for you without any pressure. Lois was absolutely amazing; she listened to what I wanted, gave lots of choices and advice and just overall went above and beyond throughout.
