DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We pre-paid for parking to see an expensive show at the theatre. Arrived to find that the gate was closed and the car park was full. NONE of the telephone numbers worked and nobody was around to sort anything out. They are now claiming that booking does not guarantee you a space which isn't in any paperwork that we have received from them. We missed a large part of the show finding alternative parking.

Good location for train station and Empire theatre. Seems secure

Multi-storey car park as expected difficult to park if you have a bit bigger car. Car park is not very big and it was hard to find space on Friday morning. Unfortunately lift didn’t work, what I heard from a few people it happens quite often 🤷‍♀️ car park is next to train station so if you have suitcases and park on level 6 as I did be prepared for a good workout. Make sure you don’t stay longer than 2 hours( that cost £4,50) after 2 hours is £11. One good thing it’s really close to the city centre but hopefully I don’t have to park here again.

Very handy for Lime Street Station but prices expensive as you would expect, being a hefty minimum of £4 for up to 2 hours (which is perhaps why there always seem to be spaces available even though the car park is relatively small). Be aware that once youʼve coughed up the requisite fee, the automatic barrier only allows you 20 minutes to leave even if by staying longer you wouldnʼt have incurred any additional expense. This is somewhat ridiculous as the ticket records what time you enter and so presumably it should be a fairly simple matter for the system to determine whether you have paid the correct fee or not. Also note that if you have reason to use it, you may wait in vain to receive a response after pressing the button to call for assistance at the entrance/exit barrier (though there should be a member of staff around somewhere who can help and if the booth happens to be empty try phoning the number given on the door).

Easy to park for Liverpool empire though expensive. A cheaper smaller car park a little futher up a lot cheaper £6 all day v £11 for 4 1/2 hrs We tried to get the lift down but wasn’t working so ended up walking down . Fine on way back up though

It was really busy in the car pack and the lift was work and me and mi care had to packing on the top floor and I fell over on the way. Back I hut mi hand I have to go to the hospital in Liverpool

As with all car parks it's a bit expensive but, as it's in the middle of town, necessary.

I went there 14th Feb night I arrived 1230 and left 0115 It charged me for 2 hours That's a scam

Don't park here if you have a big car - drove in normally and heard a scratch, couldn't see anything that could of been a problem but could definitely hear the damage. Very tight, another big car was coming out as I was going in and they couldn't give me room. I now have a big scratch bill for parking for an overnight stay in London, never again!

Seems like free parking for dropping off and picking up.

VERY tight car parking spaces and not the cheapest. Motorbike spaces good. They say not guaranteed but I've never had a problem finding space. Only a quid but not massively keen on the handing over of the money without proof of payment though but it is what it is.

Super nice and clean, good for kids, cheap, good place, near Liverpool one.

Easy parking for a concert at the theatre next door. Very tight parking but otherwise fine. Arrive with plenty of time to get space
