We first came across this company in our local book shop - beautiful earrings which were perfect for my 11 year old daughter. So many cute and fun designs and also sterling silver, perfect for newly pierced ears. I’ve also bought some earrings and necklaces for myself and have received lots of compliments. Emma at Lucy & Jane was absolutely amazing! I cannot fault how professional, efficient and lovely the customer service is! The necklaces are so beautiful and delicate. I ordered the silver pine cone necklaces for my bridesmaid favours, and on seeing them, I purchased them for my flower girls too! Emma put each name on a lovely card inside a box in a very timely manner which added to how special my wedding party felt. What a great little business. I’ve purchased twice from this lady and the service was so fast. I asked for the earrings to be here by wednesday if possible and I couldn’t believe it when they were hand delivered today. What an amazing gesture. I’ve had so many purchases from here, my favourites are my T-Rex studs 🦖 Most recently I got the jubilee crowns, corgis and soldiers, the corgis are the cutest 💕 They don’t irritate my ears, the customer service is wonderful. I was once refunded the amount of a discount that I had missed from my order… who does that after checkout?? 💕

Emma's attention to detail is 2nd to none. Her range of goods are beautiful and she will strive to give you the best customer service. Having looked at her stall in Kenilworth, I saw that she sold a guinea pig necklace. Much to my dismay, she did not have any in stock but she took my email to let me know when she had them in stock. As a result, I received an email from Emma yesterday informing me that the guinea pig necklace was back in stock. I ordered from her site straight away (with 3 initial discs) and within an hour she had emailed me a picture of the necklace to ensure that I was happy with it (I was thrilled!).
