Attended the Care Roadshows event. Really well attended and a packed room of exhibitors. The venue is excellent and the staff were all half and friendly.

Extremely well organised. We booked a hospitality package and everything was spot on, from the parking to the meal. The venue was excellent. Able to view the races in comfort, especially when the weather is poor. Highly recommended

What can be said. If you know then you know. Best views from the boxes on the 5th floor. I noticed Madri is the course beer. That’s a brand that’s cone from nowhere in the past few years, isn’t it. Think about it. Who’d heard of Madri two years ago… 🤔 Big retail park next door. Excellent M&S.

Lovely big racecourse with lots to see in between races. We visited for the Grand National so it was absolutely heaving but having said that we didn’t have to queue long for food, drinks or toilet facilities because there were plenty of them. Viewing of the racecourse was easy and there were plenty of big screens around too. All in all a great day out.

Had a great day on Grand National day at Aintree racecourse. Great facilities lots of places to grab some food and many bars for drinks. We had tickets for Lord Daresbury stand which had a downside of many stairs to get to the stand and no lift so we didn't venture up there. Staff were great. A wonderful day all in all

I’m trying to tick off all the big racecourses meetings in the U.K. and I have to say for my first trip to the grand National - what an experience. Aintree is probably the best course I’ve been to 👏🏻👏🏻.

Great day apart from the weather! But what can you expect in November. Aintree has a nice racecourse which is easy to get and close to the train station. Good day out for a big group!

Fairly easy to access and ample free parking. Great views of parade ring, winning line and Mildmay course. To view Grand National course you would need to be high up in one of the stands. Usual food and drinks facilities with usual above average prices. On course and tote bookmakers. All in all a lovely well managed course and a great day out.

We bought our tickets online and had problems at the gate, and we had to go to the ticket office as one of our tickets couldn't be scanned. We paid for the stand where we could sit down, but the ticket office gave us replacement tickets that were of less value, and we were refused entry to the stand we had paid for. But never mind, we had an OK day .. lots of lovely, polite students everywhere , were pleasant, chatty, and funny, which made our day

Attended the Silver Birch Restaurant on Ladies Day. Had a great time! Had a three course meal, followed by afternoon tea. It was good for mass produced catering and the service at the tables was good too. You could place bets inside or there were 5 or so places directly outside which was convenient given the weather wasn't great

We had an amazing experience on Sat 3rd December in the Classic Restaurant in Sunloch our package was 2 Courses I can honestly say we have been going to this meeting for over 12 years and this was our best experience yet. The food was exceptional all hot & tasty and plentiful and very efficient in service. There was no waiting for drinks and no waiting at the tote. Great atmosphere. Also my Mum has a Mobility scooter and she was treated with great care and respect by all the staff. Loads of TV screens and much improved commentary system. Well done

I was at a Shetland Pony Show which was well attended. Classes were very good and the Champions excellent. Buffet lunch was provided which was again excellent. Thank you Aintree for hosting the Show. Weather let us down as at the very last class of the ponies the heavens opened with thunder and lightning! Never mind a lovely day out Judging the ponies. Thank you Aintree x

Great venue & experience, shame about the usual rip off prices that accompany these special events.

Always good fun and well organised on arrival. The same could not be said for the bars. Fridges not stocked, run out of ice. These events are always busy, managing this should be a doddle.

We went a funeral of a dear friend of ours To say the food was a let down is an understatement They could not even get the tvs on to show his tribute Overall A really dissatisfied visitor On what should have a celebration for his poor family Would recommend you stay clear

We booked our room directly with the hotel staff, who were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room on the ground floor, and the mattress in that room (16) was very pleasant. It's not too hard and not too soft, just right.

Come here regularly for the running events taking place, most recently in December 23'. Great venue perfect for a range of events and would recommend to anyone in the city, always a lively atmosphere. Easily accessible with onsite parking and nearby bus and train stations, suitable for wheelchair users or those with disabilities. Although the toilets are a bit too old fashioned and are really outdated with only 2 cubicles in the men's toilets and never any toilet paper. Staff here are friendly and always happy to help out, I always enjoy coming here.

This was our first time visiting Aintree. To start there is free parking (on non grand national meetings) which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff were helpful if needed. We tried some food from an outside vendor and even though it was slightly overpriced, it was very tasty and portion size was okay. Overall we will be back and we would recommend.

Attended a Chritmas night out here. The drinks are very expensive, cost me near enough £14 for two drinks. No choice with the meal which was soup, chicken breast with veg and roast potatoes with a smear of mashed potatoes and gravy and a very sickly chocolate fondant with a chocolate sauce. The soup and main course were very tasty, but there was not much on the plate to eat. There was a band on for the entertainment, again they were alright, some of the songs we couldn't hear what they were. No Christmas songs until it got to 12.30 and the night finished at 1.00am. Overall the night was OK but we won't be rushing back there.

We go every year to the December meeting and this was the best, we were in the Corbiere room that was not over crowded the food was hot tasty and plenty of it, the staff were excellent, from serving drinks to taking our bets, I use a mobility and I treated very well, the female security person made herself known to me and asked me to contact her direct if I needed anything, it was much appreciated than you.

Lovely area of liverpool. I use this place to charge my electric car and it’s a quiet place that feels like your far away from the busy city it’s actually in the middle of. The staff are always friendly and helpful and many around to help if needed. The area itself is super clean and tidy and well kempt. I’ve attended a few weddings and events here and it’s always amazing the function suites are decorated nicely bar staff are quick and helpful and amenities are clean tidy and have everything you need for a great function (hosting or attending)

Fantastic racecourse that is used for several different events other than racing.. I have ran around it in aid of a charity, been to concerts, displays and fairs and watched horse competitions. Great location, just 10 mins off Switch Island. Lots of free parking. Very clean and all staff friendly.

Attended a show which was good and parking OK,but not that close if disabled. Show was over 4 floors but there is a lift for feint hearted.
