The store is stocked with everything dog foods fresh, frozen and dry natural treats, toys and much much more. Gary's knowledge is fantastic and always has time you. I went in Christmas Eve and spoke to Gary he always asks about my dog and has time to watch a few videos this is what makes visits special good old fashion customer service people that care and listen. Called in just for a browse. My friend bought her cat a toy. I was impressed by their stock. Lots of large bags of dried foods, lots of raw meats if you're into that, lots of chews for doggies, but don't expect your Felix or Whiskas etc their not into commercial foods. Lots of cat and dog toys though. Now if you're into angling you'll know where this is, but otherwise its off the main drag. Good car park, good entrance, set out spaciously inside too.

Great raw dog food range. Super friendly staff. Rewards scheme in place. Well worth a visit even if it's not in the most "obvious" place.

Quite disappointed today, and I have been very happy with the survice until now. Went in with my husky, did my shopping as usual, did a bit of training with her in there as well. As I'm leaving I asked if I can bring in my other dog for a quick training session (I always ask). One of the employees said yes the other one said "you can't now sorry, M someone said you can't as you wouldn't do that in other shops would you". I was shocked! And yes I would absolutely do that in other PET shops i visit. Clearly dogs are allowed in there, as I also saw 2 separate people with pups walk in in the next 3 minutes. And I'd understand if i was coming in, training and then leaving. But just since the beginning of April I have spent nearly £200 in your shop. That was such a bizarre response to an owner that not only contributes a lot to your business, but also an owner trying to enrich their pet by engagement in various environments. That was extremely disappointing, I was very happy with the range of products but will be taking my money to a pet store allowing me to sit in the corner and reward my dog for sits and downs. PS: I said M someone as I can't remember the name mentioned by the employee, I assume a manager maybe

This shop is new to me, and from our first visit. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable about the products they stock. We had our dachshund puppy with us, and the staff made a fuss and had lots of cuddles.

Brilliant place to get your pet foods from very knowledgeable staff and dogs ( well behaved) are welcome in the store. My dog loves calling in as she knows she will be getting a treat purchased 😂

Hi, I've been there several times, the service is nice and very helpful. Products available, quite good selection and affordable prices. The only thing I didn't like was the return for which I received a voucher instead of money. It's like being forced to spend money there. It's not pleasant, even though I shop there anyway. And so I consider the store worth recommending.

Brilliant place for animal feed, excellent choice of kibble and raw food, and treats, the staff are very friendly aswell, we get our pooches food from here all the time hes now 5years old

Went to see and talk about puppy food. They are very good, and take time to get to no what your dog and breed needs. And what you want. No hard sell. They gave us samples to try. X

What an absolute life saver this shop is ! 9 weeks ago our old gsh dog "13 1/2" had become very unwell with a very poorly tummy. Trips to the vets , Antibiotics then Probiotic paste was the only thing stopping the mess. After along chat with Gary , we decided to try no grain food & 3 weeks on my boy is super 🙂 we know everyday is a blessing but he is happy & clean . I cant thank all of the staff enough , they are amazing .I've now Introduced my daughter to the shop , who as two puppies . So they will be seeing alot more of us 🙂 Keep doing what you do guys , you are amazing 🙂🥰

We went in for advice on diet for our new puppy and the gent in there helped us with everything, any question we had he could answer, really knowledgeable about what he does and passionate which is great to see. Me and my partner came in as my staffy who has allergies wasn’t eating his hypoallergenic food anymore so we thought we’d try raw diet Gary was so knowledgeable and helpful my dogs allergies are definitely better and my dog is much happier I wouldn’t go anywhere else now and would highly recommend !!

Gary very helpful, knows almost everything about what your dog needs, food good quality and great choice. Dog is happier on the recommended diet and looking healthier than when on tin. Prices not too bad either.

I came into the store today as a new customer not knowing what to buy for my new pups. Casper gave the best advice and it paid off as the pups love the Tribal food. Thank you for finding the time to explain. Excellent customer service.
