Absolute shambles trying to collect a parcel - waited over half an hour in the cold with a small child and it wasn't even that busy, however they seemed to be having loads of problems with other people's orders too. They clearly have zero control of their stock room or know where anything is, and not even so much as an apology.

It's not bad little store great for free parking. If you have ordered a parcel it great pick up place. Like all next stores they don't believe in staff so not many about especially in the evening it quite poor to be honest. Best to go at mid day if you need help with anything.

Good selection of clothes. Fast friendly service.

When I walked in and had a look around, I think I only saw 1 member of staff and she was behind the till serving someone, now, as much as I dislike being asked whether I need help or staff pestering me, I did find this rather strange. The shop itself was clean and the clothes and shoes were well organised, in size order etc. Which is always a bonus in my eyes. The selection of items was alright considering the size of the store.

Good range of clothing for all. Also sells house hold items, beding, soft furnishings, lighting, furniture, bathroom . Can click and collect orders. Free parking available. Staff are really helpful. A great store with plenty of choice.

Sale Time :-) . Have found some very good offers not available online. You can use changing room unlike other shops so bought everything without blind spending.

Love it here for all my sons shoes and always have a good size range in stock. Friendly staff and good service.

It would have been nice to get a thank you off the assistant at the till when you had spent 100.00 no customer service to busy talking to another assistant

Went here to browse. Parking no problems for all people. Entrance for all people. Went round the store just browsing on this occasion, nothing purchased. No toilets available for public. Left store.

Very nice little store with a variety of things on offer. Super helpful Staff. Always pop in when on the retail park.
