great place to grab a sandwich or pie all barm cakes,bread and pies are made on site the lady who owns the shop is great and also has great staff working for her. the shop is always clean and tidy and nothing is never a problem and they are always happy to help

Great old fashioned bakery and they do good sandwiches too. My son and nephew love the cakes from here.

Don't be fooled by the simplistic look. This place baked the fluffiest cream donuts with real fresh cream. The triffle is my son's favourite. Their breakfast box is definitely good value for money.

Superb family & friends party catering. The big tray hot meat & potatoes pie, chicken tika misala and vegetarian food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed it.

Nice food, but the muffins were hard.

I recently contacted Marie to provide catering for an event I was hosting, she was more than accommodating with my requirements and made the whole experience stress free. She was very flexible and went way above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble for her. The platters were beautiful and we had so many positive comments on them the sausage rolls were the best sausage rolls our guests had tasted! Fantastic service, delicious food and very reasonable prices for the quality and standard of presentation will definitely be using Allens bakery again for all our catering needs. What these ladies do in that small kitchen is beyond magic! Have had cakes, sandwiches, hot pots and a buffet for a funeral and have NEVER been disappointed. It's never any trouble to cater for your needs. Thanks Marie and the team for your wonderful service x x

The lady who owns the bakery is very rude and contradicting. No disrespect to any of the other staff as they’re all lovely but I will not be spending my hard earned cash here anymore as she doesn’t deserve it!
