I went to visit UK Airsoft Nottingham, after a friend recommended I try them out. Upon entering, I was welcoming by a male staff member (I didn’t catch his name) and he introduced me to everything! He had great patience with me and gave me so much of his time, just so I would understand what kind of sport Airsoft is. He explained how the guns work and the differences between brands and certain models. He helped me decide on which rifle I would like to purchase and he even let me pick it up and get a feel for it. I think this company do genuinely care about their customer’s satisfaction when shopping and they make it known from the beginning they are there to help if you need them. Again, I don’t remember the staff member’s name, but he was a tall lad and super friendly! If you’re reading this, thank you! Get yourself down to the store and go have a browse!

Been here today to get some airsoft guns with my husband and his best friend today we drove over an hour to come and we ended up stayed for 3 and a half hours because it was a great laugh. The staff are so friendly. James was very helpful he taught us everything we needed to know, and we will 100% be coming here for all our airsoft needs.

Whilst I haven't used the shop itself much all the staff have great knowledge of the hobby and have always helped me with any issues with my kit or questions regarding HPA. It is also by far one of the best sites I have played at with great engaging game modes, consistent marshalling if you bring any issues or feedback to them, they are also always improving the site both with new modes and building upon what's there. All the reason is why it's my go to regular site 👍

Fantastic place, staff are friendly and helpful. Doesnt mattet if youre looking for a RIF or just ammo they have you covered. Also has an airsoft CQB site, i think runs thurs evening and weekends. Small but very face paced, great games ive never played anywhere else.

only went to get advice because i have not yet got ukara, ended up buying gun within 10min as i was told you can buy it and we will bring it the the site for you to use. How cool is that, going tomorrow to get side arm lol

Great place. Staff are sound and have good banter. Nipped in to buy some mags and drop a gun off for repairs because I broke it somehow. Prices are alright however you get the benefit of having it there and then and for having the ability to pick the brains of the staff who are all experienced.

Came in today just to have a look (we all know how that goes) and walked out with a new Airsoft gun and accessories. Quality service as always from staff (James) was incredibly patient whilst I decided on my purchase and more than helpful.

I attended today with zero knowledge of airsoft, but intrigued to learn and get started. I wasn’t sure on what equipment I needed or how to start, one of the staff members James talked me through everything I needed to know before purchasing any equipment or playing my first game. From the get go, UK airsoft where extremely helpful and friendly. I spoke with James on the phone about a feed issue I had that I couldn't resolve. James suggested coming down to the shop to go over the issue, I felt welcome from the minute I walk through the door. The whole team where very pleasant and helpful, I handed the gun over to James and within 20mins he had found and resolved my issue, what a legend and a gentleman. Extremely helpful guys and ladies and I will definitely be revisiting the shop from now on. Thank you all at UK airsoft, top class service.

An absolute class shop and cqb area, the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. They have really quick delivery service with it being to your home or to Nottingham from the Sheffield shop. They have new stock regularly and have a good price for everything there. Overall there is nothing bad to say about this shop.

First visit today and as I’m New to airsoft I was totally in their hands. Jamie’s knowledge is second to none and had a great friendly but professional manner. I got kitted out with all I need to start my airsoft journey. I’ll definitely be back. Big thanks to Luke too.

As per usual the UK Airsoft were pleasant and welcoming. As this was our first visit to the cqb site they were very helpful. The layout and games worked will with the site, managed to fit plenty in, and as every they've got a great selection of stock in.

I first went to this shop knowing nothing about Airsoft about a year ago. James, who is a staff member, let me and my two mates shoot his gun at the electric range to try it out. A year later, I have just purchased my first M4 and Glock-17. The lady that has helped me was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and you can tell they all love it. They teach you how to look after your gun and are always on hand to help out if needed. Couldn’t thank them enough. They’ll get sick of me soon because I’ll be in there a lot. 😂

So yesterday was my first visit to UK Airsoft and what can I say. I was welcomed by 2 mambers of staff behind the counter who was polite and respectful. They was well knowledgeable and answered all the questions I asked. I was then given a tour of the well stocked shop and shown the attack sense range they have on site. The store itself was clean and tidy. I asked to look at a few Rifs and they was more than happy to take them off the wall so I could get a feel for them. I was asked to put a pair of gloves because of covid but I was cool with that. I noticed a few airsoft players come through the door kitted up and I asked what was happening. I was told they also had a CQB venue next door and if I would like I could be shown around. The staff member handed me a pair of clean glasses and the tour began. The venue is massive with loads of tight corners and close fighting. The Marshall on site was also outstanding from the play I watched. They was onpoint during the game and could easily be seen by all players with the very sleek uniform making them standout. I would highly recommend the shop and site for anyone looking at starting or looking for a new place to play. Also have a nice car park with plenty of spaces.

Amazing customer service by knowledgeable staff members. great selection of guns from beginner to more advanced. i highly recommend for everyone who is looking to get in to air-soft and for those who are already apart of it.

Great shop, great staff and a CQB arena on-site. I was new to Airsoft 5 months ago, and the guys that run and staff this place are really helpful. No hard sell, and take the time to advise you and help you pick the right product(s). Prices are also good for a retail store, and there is an attack sence range on-site, so you can test your potential purchases. They have a good selection of Airsoft guns on-site and get regularly updated stock. There is a CQB arena on-site, surpprisingly decent coffee/drink's selection, toilet facilities, and they also run a great woodland Skirmish site in Sherwood forest. They offer the whole package and then some. There is dedicated parking for the store as well, just don't forget to add your registration to the parking tablet in-store, it issues a free ticket. I hope it stays good long term, but so far, great stuff!
