I never new how much of a hassle it takes to actually cancel a gym membership, it’s ridiculous!! I signed up to gym24 when it first opened and I was paying for two memberships. I’ve had a change in circumstance and it prevented me from going anywhere near the gym at all. I thought it was pointless to keep paying if I’m not going, so I tried contacting the gym to inform them that I want to revoke the memberships I was paying for. I was Emailing back and forth to then be told about their ‘30 days policy’ that I was never ever told about. Baring in mind when I’ve had to cancel my membership from the gym before, it was done on the spot and no payments were took out. Gym24 are not even charging me for the month that I’ve attended, they’re charging for the upcoming month which is even more weird to me. I’ve now paid 3 months worth for absolutely no reason because they were making it so hard to cancel a membership. On top of that, there was no reassurance that it’ll be cancelled for definite, all I got told was “we’ll just leave a note on your account to say that you don’t wanna pay anymore”…yeah, good one 👍🏽 [Reply] - Okay and I understand your policy, but after what? I was never told about no cancellations policy whatsoever and was actually told I can cancel at anytime, yet here I’m being told that they will cancel my membership AFTER they charge me for another month’s membership that I will not be using?? It’s very stupid and is actually a fault on your staffs behalf and not mine!!

Great gym! Found it really friendly, staff were lovely, was nice and clean, plenty of equipment, had a PT with Karen she was amazing really knowledgeable and encouraging. Would recommend 👍🏼

Love this gym, attend the morning classes as well as train on my own. All the staff are super helpful and its just a nice environment to train in. It holds all the equipment that any advanced trainer requires. Big 5 stars frome me!

Loved rejoining this gym after its massive makeover. Great value with all classes included, knowledgeable and helpful staff on hand too, plus the fact that it’s 24hrs in a huge bonus. One happy gym bunny😊

One of the most friendliest gyms I’ve been to! You always feel welcome at any class people always talk to you & make you feel at ease. Amazing service for the monthly cost. Great equipment and amazing classes! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Would highly recommend this gym and the staff especially Karen. So supportive as well as informative. I was nervous and she instantly put me at ease. I’ve been to other gyms in the past and found they made me more self conscious, the atmosphere here is the complete opposite and I can not wait to continue my journey to a healthier me all thanks to Karen and Real Gym ! :-)

I have been to a couple of gyms before but I feel really comfortable coming to this one. Karen is really motivating, calming and pushes you to achieve your best. I cannot thank her enough. It’s a really good gym, wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Clean, friendly gym. Approachable and knowledgeable staff. Fantastic equipment and very recently been expanded and added another floor level of even more gym equipment! No contracts, very affordable and membership also includes all classes. Open 24/7, no excuse to miss my workout!

Been going here for 8 months. They’ve recently opened a second floor and there’s a separate area for classes or general use such as stretching/kettlebells. Friendly gym at a really good price as it never gets too crowded and there’s lots to chose from, especially the weights, the variety is brilliant. Deffo recommend.

Absolute hidden gym, great range of equipment, everything clean. Decent music and only a £5 a day pass. Well worth a visit
