Food is great, ambience is great--very IGable and reminiscent of Street Life back in the 90s. Upside: There's a great selection of international cuisine. If you're all about variety when dining out, we highly recommend this place. Beverage selection is lit. We always go for coffee, tea, and cocktails. Staff are attentive in busing used plates and glasses out. They serve beer too. Downside: price point is more expensive than Korean buffets. Minus points for giving cake to every birthday celebrants but me, and when we finally asked for one, they misspelled my name. Awkward. They did it again when the kids celebrated their birthdays. They forgot to give them cake. Do we recommend this place? Yes Are we going back: On occasion, yes.

As in most buffets, refills can sometimes be slow. But loved the sushi and steak areas, beer, cocktails, yogurt drinks were plentiful. Staff were very easy to call. Salad area could be improved. Birthday celebrant was free and seniors had a roughly 200 pesos discount each.

The place is very nice and spectacular. There are a lot of food options and the foods are delicious. The price is quite expensive than the Vikings. Overall a very nice place to go to experience buffet.

I love the concept of The Alley. The staff are friendly and attentive. When it comes to food, its tastes good but I don't know parang ang konti ng selections but sulit na din.

Not the usual Vikings venue that I've been. Selections are vast compared to regular branches. The place has a lot more space for people. One thing unique about this branch is that they serve coffee. They also have a decent selection of alcohol as well (although from what I've heard, cocktails require an additional service fee). Overall a nice and fulfilling experience. And they have the signature bubblegum ice cream that I always loved about Vikings restaurants (although it runs out pretty quickly). Will come again!

Great food and drinks selection and nice store ambiance! The food is the usual offerings at buffets but I loved their espresso cookies. They don’t have a Korean section though. One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the plates. Some plates were greasy and looked like it was not washed thoroughly. Overall great experience.

We have gone to a lot of buffet places and this by far is our least favorite. Lines are way too long. Place is very crowded. Food choices are a lot but basically taste the same. Most of the plates are empty causing you to wait while the chef refills them. Desserts are dry. The only saving grace for me is their drink station. We loved the juice section and the choices available. I guess they made it way too big that’s why the lines inside are too long. Comparing this to other Vikings, I can say 2 stars is being generous.

I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and it was a great experience. The place was not too crowded making the ambience comfortable and inviting. Food was delicious and drinks are awesome. Kuya RJ and Hans stationed in the cocktail bar was very friendly and accommodating. Cheers to their great service!

Slam bang foodie place, probably the most thought out eat-all-you-can place in this part of Manila. Great concept of a food park slash food court, where you can take as much food as you can within 3 hours at lunch and 4 hours at dinner. Situated inside UP Town Center in Diliman, Quezon City. Gets pretty packed and chaotic on weekends, but the novelty and great atmosphere of the place may stay with you for a long time. Although, traffic in Katipunan Avenue is hellish, but you must visit this place if ever you are in the area!

Great selection of delicious food. I can say that this restaurant is more focused on quality of the food rather than the quantity, which makes it different from other buffet. This is not your typical buffet restaurant. Each food is perfectly prepared and have their own signature taste. The ambiance is very inviting, relaxing, good for kids, and instagrammable. The comfort room is clean and has bidet. The price is just right. I highly recommend this restaurant. I have been here for a couple of times and would love to come back anytime soon.

Amazing selection! It's a buffet that offers an assortment of food from various cuisines: Filipino, Japanese, Chinese, American, and more. I was able to try a bit of everything. Some dishes were really tasty while others were okay. I was just happy to be in a place like this. The atmosphere was very welcoming and piqued my curiosity. I really appreciated the thought they put into every section.

Very interesting and unique place. It looks like a food hall with each genre of food having its own place but everything is buffet. Really great concept. Lots of food but the taste is sakto lang. Price is also just right for the value you get.

The ambience of the place is good. It kinda reminds me of being in a food court tho. There are some comfy seats but the ones we’re in are metallic chairs, so they aren’t that comfortable. The reservation was easy to book. The staff were nice enough I think, they were more neutral, not welcoming, you ask them stuff and they would hand it to you without any word or expressions. The food was okay, nothing superb. I was disappointed with the steak station, there wasn’t a steak, they put old cold roast beef on a sizzling plate and put tons of gravy and called it “steak”. It was nothing like the videos I’ve seen on vlogs. I feel like I was lied to. I don’t recommend the Chinese food, it was awful, there lots of bones in the sweet and sour pork and the chicken. It’s also very tough and not freshly cooked. Their dimsums are also not good. For the Japanese corner, I liked the salmon sashimi, you have to request it since it isn’t on display. The maki are cold and the rice used were not good, it was unappetizing. The tempura wasn’t good. It was dripping with oil and was soggy. I liked the Mexian section, the sauces were good so it made the quesadillas, nachos and texmex good. I think this is the only part that was good in my opinion. The Italian section was just okay. The truffle pasta was good. The pizzas are meh, like normal bread with toppings. The seafood section was okay, the baked oysters didn’t have much flavor, couldn’t even taste the oysters. The paella was just okay. The fish in the fish curry was very tough and rubbery. The cajun mix was just okay, doesn’t taste much like cajun. The dessert section was okay, their cakes are not that good, the texture and taste is very subpar. I liked the brownies tho, they’re fudgey. The bubblegum ice cream tastes like childhood. They also have finger foods like charcuterie options, fries, and wings. There are breads, fruits and salads too. The drinks were great, I liked the peach tea, watermelon and minty lemon lime. They’re very refreshing. All in all, it was an okay experience, nothing stellar, less options than Vikings but same price. Between the two, I will choose Vikings, but if there are other options, I will choose neither.

For my daughter's bday, we selected The Alley UP Town Center to be the venue for her bday dinner. We were enticed by Tiktok videos & Google reviews to give this place a try. The Alley is indeed an IG-worthy place. Even the restroom interiors are so aesthetic. At first, we were overwhelmed by all food choices. We thought they have more choices than Vikings. However, we were disappointed to note that on our 2nd and 3rd time to roam around that the food spread is not that much. Even the desert has limited offerings compared to other buffets. We enjoyed the bite size-portioned salmon sashimi, tempura and calamares. The cheesy baked oysters came out around 6pm and was salty but we still had some. What we also liked about The Alley are the numeros beverage options-from juices to iced coffew, hot coffee, beer, and even cocktails. By the way, the birthday cake they give out to birthday celebrants are the best we ever had in most of the buffet chains in the country. Overall, sadly, we feel we would rather spend our Php 988+ per head in The Alley's main brand instead.

Place was very nice and artistic. Was easily packed with people right after opening. It was a little humid on the furthest tables where we were placed. The food was okay. I only liked the Thai stuff and desserts. I tried mostly everything and themed my every plate to make sure you get your money's worth. It's what you would expect in every buffet resto, lots of food and the tempura is always out right after it's served. Tip - skip the Filipino food unless you really want it. Ask them to cook the steak a little bit more and get a little serving if you want to try more food. Try the coffee as well. Bibingka was also yummy. Great place and nice experience but it's one of those places you'd only try once in my opinion.

Better than Vikings North Edsa. Staff is friendly, food is great, and ambiance is amazing. Its not too crowded when we went there. Pound burger wasnt available at the time, so thats sad. But everything else is 👌 We enjoyed our stay there, we stayed until the restaurant closed. The staff werent rude at all, they let us stay until we finished our coffee.

Food was great but our main purpose is for the unlimited alcohol drinks.. strawberry margarita is the cocktail of the day.. they have beers and other beer options.. any asking about the bday free.. yes on your birth date it is free as long as one paying customer.. after your birth date all you need is 4 paying customer.. although food is limited and you want bagnet pls ask the chef they always keep the bagnet..

Love the design of the place! Every stall represents the country in which the food or dish came from. There are also plenty of choices and cuisines you can choose from, there are even street foods (such as fishball, kwek kwek, and taho), lattes and iced coffee, beer, and both local and international dishes everyone in the family will love. The only problem I may have encountered here is that some dishes take a while to be refilled, such as the salmon and tempura. But all in all I do like the place and for its price point, it really is worth your money! You can never go wrong when eating here with friends and family.

The place is nice. Food selection is great. They strictly observe safety protocols. Quality of customer service is good, however, they will tell you they're still preparing the steak for 10 minutes at the steak station when you reach a certain number of orders. (I guess) I went 3 times to get the lamb steak, the fourth time they told me they're still preparing it for 10 minutes, so I went to other station, (the wings and fries station) then I saw them serve a steak platter to the person next to me.

the last time I went here was 1 year ago since there are a lot of other buffet restaurant that keeps popping up. I went here again because my 2 daughters are playing in kidzoona and it happens that I want a quick food to eat. most restaurants take 20 to 30 minutes serving time so I opted to go here instead so I can get my food fast and fresh! all my fave chinese dishes and pastas are still deliciously served. desserts like custom ice cream, cakes, pastries are still there. They also serve coffee and unlimited different kinds of fresh juices aside from the usual soft drinks. they also serve made to order bibingka rice cake and puto bungbo ng (i hope i spelled that right). Best part of my visit here is that I met another American family right beside our table. Their kids are the same age as mine. Very friendly environment and good food. still recommended for buffet inside UP town center mall.

Good place to have birthdays or celebrations. Offers a variety of food choices. Their seafood spot is the best continously churning out baked oysters. The buffet offers Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Filipino, Ameeican, and othee food choices. One of the good things about this buffet is that it also has unlimited drinks such as coffee, slushies, juices, teas, and beers.

Staff don't look like they really want to serve you. Some are nice but others are quite snobbish. The food is very average for the price and more than half of the food served was cold. It's ok to try it out here once but I wouldn't go a second time.

  • 5/5 Sheen Mae B. 5 years ago on Google
Best buffet I’ve been. Why? Its clean, the place is themed as a ‘food park’, you’ll get entertained by the place itself. Food were separated per cuisine and category for easier selection. The staff are friendly, food were great of course. Free beers, tea and diff kinds of coffee. They also have free cocktail (i’ve tried mojito 👍🏼). They even have fishballs, dirty ice cream, taho and BALOT (someone shouts balooooooot at night and go from corner to corner of the restaurant). It has a filipino touch so I find it appealing. And its cheaper than the others, 688 for lunch and 888 for dinner.

  • 4/5 Gina M. 5 years ago on Google
Really nice concept, amazing interiors, warm ambiance, friendly servers and staff but food was just ok. Its great to try for the first time, for the novelty and experience. Its like going inside a food park and getting unlimited street food dishes of each cuisine. If I'm paying for that price and going out to eat, I would rather go back to the original vikings. The cappucino was excellent though and went back twice. There is unli beer as well. My son was looking for roast beef or angus but the best you'll get is their version on a sizzling plate. Tempura was cooked per order and the breading tasted like Camaron Rebosado. Its such a hassle to wait (although they will give you a lighted buzzer). There are oysters which you must line up and order as well. Its delicious. Be prepared to line up though. If dining with senior citizens, you will end up lining up for them and getting their food, over and over again. The line does tend to get long and it will be an inconvenience for them.

poor food choices, barely had anything on the menu. they even ran out of desserts and told they wouldn't make any. WORST buffet experience we had! trust me don't even try going.

  • 2/5 Libay C. 4 years ago on Google
For a buffet place, this one's a bit disappointing. There aren't enough dishes to choose from, unlike, say, the one in Novotel Araneta Center or their main Vikings place. Sure, there are nice setups: a sosi turo-turo Pinoy food type, a sushi area, HK/SG type hawker corner, Italian food, cheese platters, dessert center, etc. It's jazzed up nicely but the food offerings in each area aren't really that appetizing. The coffee is good, though. This is a good intro to buffet dining in the metro, though. Then move on later to the ones where you get more bang for your buck.

A big shoutout to Kuya RJ (the bartender) for making our visit exceptional. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. 💯 While some other dishes were not as impressive but there were definitely some standout dishes. The tempura, igado, seafood paella and roast beef were absolutely delicious. ☺️ PS. The air conditioning was not cool enough. It made the dining area a bit uncomfortable. I hope they can address this issue to better the overall dining experience.
