This hospital is extremely money minded. They don't give you proper information about the patient and don't give any of the reports at hand. They provide wrong info and convince you that the patient is okay. Uneducated people will easily get fooled here. For my covid 19 affected father, until I personally requested they did not take a CT scan or even talk about Remdesivir. Extremely lethargic behaviour and careless. They promise you that they have all facilities and in an extremely emergency situation they told us to shift to a different hospital since they don't have proper oxygen facilities. They give a printed bill even in the pharmacy but for the total medical expenses it was a handwritten bill

I went to this hospital last week and the treatment was all good but their fees were too high. I requested a little less. But they not reduce the fees. Finally I was paid the treatment charges. Finally not satisfied from my side. It's money minded hospital, first payment next admitted, every hours once they visit given some bills asking money from nurse, but doctor not visited, uneducated nurses handling patients. OP card also fees.

In this hospital my grandfather admitted for The diyales .doctors gives very good advice and treatment for my grandfather now he is very good after the treatment and all sister also give vera good advice and will they take care tanking for your treatment

Extremly money minded hospital. They even does not give bill to patient.. They admitted only good condition covid suspicious patients.. They dont admit oxygen needed patients.. using people fear as opportunity to make money in this difficult pandemic period.. Only positive is nurses are so kind .. Mild cases dont rush to this hospital..

I thought Arogya hospital is one of the reputed hospitals in ramnad .I was admitted on 9 may 2023 for fistula ..Dr.Baranai Kumar suggested MRI SCAN, after MRI Scan they confirmed fistula and recommended surgery after MRI Report, on 10 may 2023 surger done by Dr.surendar he removed pas and other infection. Dr.Bharani Kumar is good and kind hearted but worst in leadership. There is no cleanliness in cot is full of dust, 5days they never change the night bulb,they didn't change bed sheet cover every day,they didn't clean or mop room & bathroom everyday and shaving befor surgery is done by room cleaning lady staff , they didn't dress the wound everyday and not responding ...only after complaining about the incident with dr.barani Kumar dressing of wound is held only on the last day of discharge. On 18 May 2023 one my cousin (doctor) everyday dressing my wounds, found the gauss piece inside the hole which is approximately 4cm length it cause me very pain after removing the gauss piece the pas itself came out and relief, i'm doing sitz bath everyday but with their carefullness my wound is delayed to cure Please be responsible and take care of every patient with kindness and not only on money minded I hope you're doing good and kind treatment with every duty done by their regarding staffs with cheif doctor guidence... I'm not highly recommend this hospital to everyone..

I gave one star bcoz that was the minimum ... if any option is thr below one star i will give that.... Totally money minded hospital ....

I am extremely satisfied with the care and treatment I received at Arogya Hospital in Ramanathapuram. The staff, including Dr. Barani Kumar and the duty doctors, were all very professional, compassionate, and attentive to my needs. They made me feel comfortable and assured me that my health was their top priority. The facilities at Arogya Hospital are top-notch and very clean, and the overall atmosphere is very calming and peaceful. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical attention in the Ramanathapuram area. Long Wait Times Issues with Staff Members No proper response from receptionist

I visited Arogya Hospital due to a sudden chest pain . The hospital had a huge infrastructure making me feel insecure .Part of me is suffering from chest pain . Holding my chest ,I walked forward . Seeing my pathetic state ,an nurse rushed towards me . She enquired about my state .I explained her .In a time ,I couldn't hold myself . But ,I can't suspect how the nurse understood me .She took me to a room .The doctor examined me . The doctor suggested the nurse to give me proper medicine .As the doctor,said I am injected with an injection .I couldn't guess ,what exactly happened there . Within seconds,my pain got relieved and I felt better . Before,few seconds I am scaring with many unwanted thoughts. Everything got vanished ,now .here the shocking and stunned part is they never asked me any fare .The time ,I extended they refused to accept . This caught my attention . Honestly,in this pathetic state in this crucial world no one will step forward to help us .But ,they did .I wish , people to visit hospital like this . This is best
