Very clean, fresh and nice atmosphere. Service is great 👍🏿

Bought this BBQ Chicken Salad and it tasted gooood. Compared to other restaurants of a similar nature Wendy's provides alot more when it comes to the Salad. They're ahead of the rest by far.

This is the world's slowest Wendy's. Too many cooks in the kitchen as many of the staff just sit around and talk to the manager.

Not satisfactory service...I did an order of 5 and the only serve 3 drinks I had to go bk to the counter for the other 2 drinks....customers service needs to be improved

Not worth the effort burger was cold and got water when I ordered lemonade

Not bad, better than the alternatives, wish they were a bit faster and had more than one toilet also customer service could be a bit better staff don't greet you and security never open the door but food is good and reasonably priced.

I don't understand why they aren't more packed. One of the best fast food establishments ever. The staff is friendly and their food is well prepared.

Friendly atmosphere. Food not bad. The kid's meal needs toys, because they are looking forward to it. Especially those that visit from abroad

I used to love Wendy's I don't know what's happening at this location. They don't have the triple classic and it's like they just buy regular burger patties from wherever they can get them from, cause they are not square it's just regular round patties. I know the shape of the patty has nothing to do with the overall quality of the burger, but it's Wendy's and that's what they are known for. It's like Wendy's HQ doesn't communicate with this branch or cares about them. They don't have the condiment counter where you can fill up the little cups with whatever condiments you want they just give you ketchup with everything.

I think most people know by now that Wendy's isn't particularly a place for large eaters. However I can say that I do love their fries and burgers (beef) even though they're quite small. The customer service for the Mandeville branch is really good and the atmosphere is always clean and fresh.

Nothing wrong with the food,service or atmosphere based on my experience. The food is good, workers are friendly, the store is clean. The prices though are running away. I thing if one spends $1,750 for a salad, you could at the very least have a bottle of water with it, just a thought. Order any other meal and it comes with a drink, so why not these? Anyways, no other problems.

The burger was amazing. The spicy chicken burger hit home. If you can't handle the heat, please don't bother, but it was great. The drinks however was way too sweet, it took a bottle of water to be diluted but prolly just a bad day.

Service was excellent and the food was promptly prepared. The burger was juicy, and the chicken wrap was delicious even if it was smaller than I expected

I had a pleasant experience at Wendy's Mandeville. The staff was polite and helpful. My whopper and fries were nicely done and their fries are popular. I wished I had ordered a large vanilla frosty instead of the small. Absolutely delicious and refreshing.

It's a nice little restaurant that's never too overcrowded. The price for the burgers is outrageous for the portion. Luckily I usually get the Ranch salad. It's really good with great portion. The staff is friendly overall and kudos to the security guard who gives a friendly greeting upon entrance. My one complaint is the length of time it takes to cash out diners because the person who is cashing is also handling the food (packaging, making drinks, frosties).They need to get rid of that practice. The person handling money shouldn't be handling the food. Because they're doing that sometimes the cash register is unattended until they're finished serving the diners. I've never been to another restaurant where the cashier is also handing out food and packaging food.

My grand kids loved the frosty and the dave classic was really hot and delicious.

Went there the week before Christmas. The place was practically empty with customers but overstaffed and it still took forever for me to get my order. The customer service was poor and food was poor. Got cold fries and sandwich

I love the food and the ambience. Although workers need to read the ticket thoroughly before preparing the meal. With that said, will the supervisor who spoke down to the worker infront of me show some restraint? This was in Mandeville.

I had a cheese burger with bacon,it tasted different from Burger King (in a good way). It taste fresh/ less processed

Perfect franchise in Mandeville City. Thier burgers are not my favorite the spicy chicken combo is a must thou. 7/10

Staff was courteous and accommodating. Atmosphere was clean and friendly. Food prices were on par with the other fast food places. Although my children says the burgers were small 😄

Order a jerk chicken sandwich when I reach home it was beef sandwich and I dont eat beef the first Time in mandeville the experience was awful

The customer service was good & efficient , I enjoyed my sandwich just that on both accounts that I went there they added tomatoes and onions on my order when I told them explicitly not to. Differently from that I definitely recommend…
