Drove all the way from ,Kingston for the experience with my 9 and 2 years old. I did not regret the trip. The place was very clean, great customer service and the staffs were very patient with my 2 year old (she’s a handful). My kids enjoyed all the games. The older one ensured she tried them all before she left. Definitely will be revisiting.

All I can say is.... It was a 1000/10 experience.... I absolutely loved it. And so did the children.

A very excellent place to take kids, amazing customer service, very attentive staff. Secure location. Very clean, cool and vibrant environment. Highly, highly recommend. I wish all businesses had this level of professionalism. Staff very interactive as well and helpful, they will tend to your children so you can have a chance to experience the different games for yourself.

Great and clean place plus friendly staff..

Token Escape was fun. The children enjoyed themselves. Walk with extra money cause before you know it...you'll get hooked to. The birthday package was perfect for my son's little crew. The team members were so friendly and accommodating.....walked in there like I knew everybody before. You'll be glad you went.

We went there for my little sister‘s birthday and had to spend two hours doing nothing because the tokens ran out so quickly. The place is expensive for nothing it’s not worth the price Do not recommend.

Token Escape was a wonderful experience for the kids. I was impressed by the level of service , the ambiance and of course they are affordable. The games were up to date and fun. I highly recommend this location

Amazing place. Wonderful customer service and the games are amazing. Definitely a place to visit.

Customer service is not the best and some of the games weren't working. Place is also too small you were constantly bumping into people. My 4 & 6 year old had to be dodging big basket balls because of how close they were. The place has potential but it needs to be more organized and staff needs training

Nice atmosphere & vibe. Tokens don't go a long way though as the games are set up to use at minimum two. So be prepared to spend a little extra for an even better time.

We went on a weekday so were the only people there! The music was very loud and we couldnt hear each other talk. The staff were ok. They need more rides and games for mid teens and more in general for the money
