I'm
giving
this
review
from
the
perspective
of
someone
who
used
to
live
in
Mandeville
but
now
lives
overseas.
The
hotel
is
in
the
middle
of
the
city
and
allows
you
to
access
the
entire
town
because
of
its
central
location.
If
you
don't
mind
walking,
you
won't
need
a
car
and
taxes
are
readily
available.
They're
food
places
all
around
and
lots
to
do.
Mandeville
is
into
your
typical
tourist
destination
as
there
are
no
beaches
close
by.
But
if
you
want
to
be
a
part
of
the
Jamaican
culture,
this
one's
quiet
town
it's
a
good
place
to
start
as
you
have
lots
of
interactions
with
the
locals.
That
being
said,
if
you're
looking
for
somewhere
quiet
which
has
food
and
a
little
entertainment
on
property
then
this
is
your
place.
The
property
is
older
but
will
suit
all
your
needs,
especially
if
you're
just
looking
for
a
place
to
crash.
I
did
live
in
Mandeville
but
had
the
opportunity
to
stay
in
some
of
the
rooms
and
use
some
of
the
facilities
as
well
and
they
were
always
clean
and
good
to
go.
Service
was
always
excellent
as
well.
Tip
:
if
you're
looking
to
stay
here,
call
the
hotel
directly
as
you
may
get
better
rates
than
what
you
see
online.
