We had a fairly good experience. We had to wait for a long time for the food though, like an hour. Furthermore, the food was generally too salty. If they had not put too much salt on the fist, they would have been perfect.

Nice food and great portions. I was the only person in the restaurant, for most of my meal, that Friday evening so the atmosphere was a bit flat. 👍🏾

Prices are a little expensive but good and tasty sea food. And atmospheres are also nice. We can enjoy the meal at outside table or outside 2nd floor or inside. But it takes time for food.

Close to the real thing but not the same. You get to select your own fish but that's as far as it goes in terms of similarity. The cooking is good, not great but good. I like the brown stew fish with fry breadfruit. The fry breadfruit is great

This is a must visit restaurant on the beautiful island of Jamaica!!! We called ahead and placed our order and from the moment we approached the restaurant, we were met by a beautiful lady called Princess who greeted us warmly and offered us hand sanitizer. We were escorted to the roof top dining area and were offered delicious fish soup straight away. Now the main meal, where do I begin? Every plate/ dish was cooked to perfection 🥰 All of us were tasting each others dish and marvelling at how great the chefs prepped and cooked each element 😋 I am definitely going to revisit the establishment before going back to the UK. The atmosphere is authentic, music to the point of conversation can still be held, bar with non alcoholic drinks and it's inside and outside dining. The fish or lobster you want is picked then with a wait time of 45 mins/4 orders... Everything is freshly prepared. It is worth the wait, since orders were tasting well done, in fried, grilled, jerk and brown sauce... Bammy and festival was on point many other sides to order from. Pricing was very reasonable. Will def come again.

Owner is sitting there playing dice with bartender. So bartender didn’t tend to us until we kept staring at her. Food is good however I ordered a crab and I don’t knw how old that crab was but there was absolutely NO MEAT in the CRAB. THATS INSANE. At least they comp’d it.

The environment is cool and relaxing . You get to select your fish to be prepared along with the side dishes done to order. Price is competitive with other locations.

So disappointed. Have visited many times before but will not return as food was salty and prawns/shrimps was tough. The steamed three tail snapper was edible but not worth talking about. Paid for food which was not worth eating. Not to mention the chips was fried in old oil. Never mind.. won't return.

The food was great! The steamed fish, jerk fish and foil wrapped roast fish were all well done. Full of flavour and just a tad bit spicy. Because of multiple orders there were a few delays with the sides [festivals, steamed bammies and turn cornmeal]. There are multiple options for dining [indoor, outdoor downstairs and also an open but covered area upstairs]. Upstairs is more private and is nice and cool. The staff was also very courteous. Shout outs to Abi!

Worst food I’ve ever had . And terrible service . Chef is full with attitude and doesn’t fix his mistake . Looks like he was upset cause he had to be working on this rainy day . Ask for steam bammy , the bammy look like dog food. Ask for festival the festival cold and hard like rock stone . Asked for pepper in the curry lobster while I’m speaking he walks off , for the lobster not once of pepper. Confronted the chef about the issues and he wanted to argue instead of taking ownership . Fry fish don’t have a ounce of seasonings or taste. Never will I come back here . Complete waste of money

Duchi very nice ambience. Fry fishes are very nice just tell them exactly how you desire it whether steam roast or fry.

The food is really good fantastic! But the ambience is awful. The place needs to fix up and the outside needs to clean up too much rubbish.

Ambiance is good. You get to choose your fish an its prepared how you want it which whatever sides you order so be prepared for your food coming out steaming. You can eat whether outside in natural lighting or inside. There is a bar, a television, great service. Won't regret it

Fantastic experience! Once you decide what you would like, you pick out your fish and tell them how you would like it prepared. I had grilled lobster with the most tasty seasoning on top, festival and bammy. I also tasted some curry lobster and garlic shrimp and fried fish... A definite MUST!

They have the best tasting curried goat.

Okay let me first say the presentation of the food was horrible. I almost walked out and left it. However, interms of taste it was okay could eat.

This mandeville location is really bad. Customer service sucks. They need new workers. They are very sloppy in there work. No pleasantry. The one in St. Elizabeth is so much better.

So let me start off by saying, the large fishes are LARGE (just keep that in mind). The bar area looks good, you are able to have a few rounds comfortably. The usual liquor choices are there with a few not-so familiar ones. The food to me is Ok, nothing to ring home about but it's not the worst. They have a wide variety of seafood to choose from and a wide variety of sides. In summary, it was an ok experience. Would have rated it 3.5 star if I could.

I visited this location on 17/10/2020. The wait time is ridiculously long. The food was horrible. Absolutely no taste of seasoning or spices. Will not be going back.

This place is horrible. The only place somebody waits more is at the Hospital or Tax office. There is no management in sight, so workers walk around and act busy. It's all about friend business, or you will sit for the whole night sipping mouth water and airy pie. Honestly, what the hell is this supposed to be , with a piece of lime or grapefruit on the side?
