The place needs a bigger area...the line is always a long bend towards the exit and remember the area is already crowded... The service wasn't bad for the most part the male moved fast in getting the order out my issue was only one cashier was cashing one person handing out the male If he had a second the waiting time would be exceptional but the experience was good.... Give it a four-star rating

They have gotten a lot better since Wendy's moved into town because you used to have to wait almost your whole lunch period to get a sandwich. Burger, whichever one is #3, (bacon sandwich) was excellent and if I weren't already full, I'd have gone for another. Didn't have to wait too long but the way the line starts is weird. Why not put it back in a roped curving pattern to the cashier so people don't block others coming in to join the line and block those where are exiting? It's probably due to space but I'm sure another solution can be found. Good to see them hiring disabled (hearing impaired) persons as well. Very good. Overall, I have no problems currently with BK. Service is fine, just the strange line and too small lobby are the minor grouses. Definitely come here if the KFC line starts from the highway.

The restroom was out of order, and we couldn't use it. I don't think they should have open the facility for business if the restroom is broken. People consider places like this as a rest stop when traveling and if you can't use the restroom when you come to buy food it's just a hassle for families traveling with kids.

We bought fries and orange juice on our visit, but let me tell you.....Burger King you need to do better, the lobby was filled with smoke from the kitchen, the bathroom was a disgrace, the ladies bathroom have a hole in the roof.....not a good look at all.

Drive through had a few cars but walking in that's what I did, as soon I I walked on I was cashed cause there was nobody there. Cashier was awesome had a smile until we were served.

Typical burger King, empty so there wasn't a long wait. They had some flies which was a turn off, they didn't have any ketchup, I only got one, and the young lady serving didn't mention that to me, if I wasn't dining I wouldn't have known until it was too late. She wasn't pleasant either. Could have had a better experience.

I'm not the one to leave reviews good or bad but I have to this time. First off your not allowed to take pictures of the menu as I can see. The tables are a mess. Customer service is a joke. My burger was salty But not my fries lol (I have to laugh) But the bathroom is clean. Burger beside bashco is busy and crowded but I've always been treated kindly food preparation on point and if I have a problem always fixed. Won't be coming back.

Burger King in Mandeville is the best place to dine. As soon as my boys realize that we going to burger king, it's an immediate smile on their face. Burger king provides clean environment, friendly customer service, affordable price and a great time management because i receive my meal on time. Imagine going to the restaurant, deciding to go inside instead of the drive through because the line inside is shorter. At the cashier, card machine not working, having to walk all the way around to the drive though to pay and then come back to the restaurant to collect your oder. One word, "FOOLISHNESS"

This BK is not bad at all, and the line is definitely more doable than the KFC next door line EVERY time. Drive thru usually operates at a fast pace, food selection is good, only been there once or twice and they mentioned not having something on the menu, so you should be able to leave with what you want. Can’t say that about a lot of fast food, and restaurants. I’m only giving 4 stars because I’m tired of the cologne man walking through the drive thru all the time spraying me with random scents lol

Why won't they mix your hot chocolate before they hand it to you in the drive thru? Now you have to hold up the line because you have places to go and can't mix it while you're driving. It's a dumb rule and I wish they'd change it.

I am a burger lover and this BK was not short of the norm. I got through fairly quickly and my order was upgraded. Ordered the usual a number one with OJ and go large. The first bite was crunchy and that's when I realized that it had bacon.. This was the more expensive meal and though that's not what I ordered, I didn't make a big deal. I ended up waiting on my friends because they went to the neighbouring KFC. Meanwhile waiting I used the rest room which was mostly clean and free from a fowl smell. Taste did rule your way and I finished my Sandwich happily.
