  Absolutely robbery. $890 for a 1/4 chicken box lunch? Their menu doesn't reflect the prices that the cashier quotes. Their website disclaimer that 'prices change without notice' is hogwash. How do you realistically get from $720 to $890 and not have customers know ahead? The drive through is garage, why hasn't parish council done anything about the traffic they cause? You can find a much better, a wider selection and affordable food places at Manchester Shopping Center, right across the road from Island Grill. Don't waste your money at island Grill as the same and better is available close by!

  I like this food. The food tastes good, too. Also they have various foods. Employees are kind. And the overall atmosphere is good. It's neat, and it's nice interior. Remember one thing! There are many people during weekends and mealtime, and it is not complicated to spend extra time.

  Although I seldom purchase food from Island Grill, I enjoy "The Satisfaction" meal very much. The other meal deals are also worth trying too, as well as the local dishes. You can get a super large fries for a great price and the mango flavoured drink will quench your thirst. The staff is courteous, pleasant and always try to be as efficient as possible to ensure hungry customers get their meals on time. There is a drive-through so all you have to do is sit in the comfort of a vehicle to collect your food. Are you feeling hungry now? Head on over to Island Grill. You won't regret it.

  Pretty much an in-and-out experience using the drive-thru. Staff was quite efficient to keep the line moving briskly. Food was good and the ripe plantain was spot on!

  I was surprised at how tasty this local fast food diner was and would certainly recommend them if you're about and just want to stop off for a quick lunch. They have a seated eating area which wasn't full when l visited so was able to make good use of it. It's nothing flashy, and other diners were respectfully quiet at their tables.

  If you're extremely hungry, you can do a lot worse than island grill. The food is just ok, nothing to rave over. The food is usually warm not hot even when dining in and you actually see them sharing the food. Putting it aside in the open air to wait on another part of the meal probably contributes to it. Slightly overpriced as you can get a lot more for the same if not less just up the hill in the same plaza, minus drinks. Staff is friendly though so that's a selling point right there.

  Yes finally a foodstore that has dishes for vegetarians also, and on top of it opens late when most restaurants close already. Hope it pleases your flavor as it has for me. The food is served in solid carton boxes of different sizes. Clean kitchen and good presentation with lovely freshly served fruit juice. The price is a little over the Lokal prices especially the juices... Enjoy your dinner

  Overall, the food is excellent. However, sometimes the jerk can be a little burnt. Love the peas soup, not a fan of the chicken soup. It always tastes like it's watered down. I absolutely love the fact that I can use debit/credit cards at the drive-thru window. That's number one for me!

  Reason I don't like here is because the Managers and Supervisors are very uneducated! Simply put! They always put customers first even they are wrong, and leave the workers to suffer.. I was a customer and acted just to see if this place would be different. Terrible place.. Some workers are great, while others are not. But it all reflects on the manager and supervisor. I can read a lot base on my observations. I hope one day the owner will find smart education managers.

  Server on one or more occasions forget to put ketchup in the bag. Another time she forgot the fork. Drive through is very dangerous as it is in the lane of the main road. If you are not careful, a car can either reverse on you or due to the small walking space that is left on the main road, chances are you have to be careful not to run over by a motor vehicle.

  The worker name Christina need to go wash dishes and not serve customer her attitude was more than stink not only that seems like they stay from out side and look after the food I bring it home and not even my dog wanted it to eat I took one bite and that was it the food was so cold and insipid island grill in Montego I'll never go again!...

  Service was ok but food does not live up to the price. We almost brought the food back because we were in disbelief that this was really a full meal. Very sad, I'm not exaggerating but it seemed like the worker measured our food with a small measuring cup (you know the one's you buy in Walmart when you're baking)to be precise as my husband's food also had the same amount. We understand this is a pandemic but you guys gotta do alot better man.
