Pizza didn't taste good , it was so soft we could not pick up a slice. The standard is so far from what I remember when I would buy it in Montego Bay.

From the young lady that took the order over the phone to the young man that handed me the pizza I enjoyed the experience. I pre-ordered and was told 20 minutes and I must say it was indeed 20 minutes I didn't have to wait for it. My only wait time was to cash out my order but other than that I liked it 💪👍

Pizza or bread sticks were not ready in 15 minutes (30 minutes)
No explanation was provided but they insisted that it was ready on time and there was no issue with the equipment.

I ordered a vegetarian for a friend who was staying at my house they apparently was making a pepperoni covered it with cheese then add the vegetarian stuff. This was my first and last time.
The 1 star is that they served in the time period promised.

There was a foul moldy smell in the store that was coming through the ventilation system when I ordered my pizza on Feb. 21st. I am concerned for the employees that are breathing this unhealthy air. The pizza (Supreme) tasted great but unfortunately projectile vomiting within an hour afterwards is not a good sign! I won't be visiting a pizzahut again.

It's a Pizza Hut. You go in. You order. They give you great pizza.
In all seriousness the service was good. Our pizzas were ready in short order and the staff was helpful in explaining a menu item I didn't fully understand.
We were sanitized at the door and no dining was allowed inside but the staff was polite in maintaining those rules wherever there were breaches.

Pizza well done and delicious however customer service needs improvement service is too slow. U will order and fo in store for pick up and cash quickly and then everything slows down and your there waiting for ages for a worker to bring your order thats already made and in the warmer up front. Food wise, it's as expected. The service is sometimes slow. I always have a few minutes wait because there is some delay finding my order. With the dealicious pizzas, I find that the toppings aren't spread well and there is often too much crust. The parking spaces are small. Getting out of that side of the road to go towards Acadia is very difficult as there is no light signal for there.

The customer service was good. While we waited outside in line, one of the staff took our orders so that by the time we got inside we just had to pay and collect.

Best Pizza available in Mandeville at the moment, very slow service, but my lack of alternatives and refusal to snack on celery sticks sees me making a visit once in a while. Best approach is to call and order then go 20 minutes later to pick up. Don't bother with delivery, they don't offer it, pick up will be quicker in most cases. Also, I don't want some random delivery service carting my food around in a station wagon with whatever other type of items they 'deliver'.

Do not and I repeat. Do NOT. Order pizza during quarantine time. We ordered a large half Hawaiian half vegetarian pizza with a side of cheese sticks. When the food was delivered to our house we got a huge chunk of Hawaiian, Iil bit vegetarian, 2 slices of cheese and two slices of pepperoni. No cheese bread. Complete disaster. Never again. We finna stick to dominos.

It was OK we had ordered ahead of time as soon as we got there or order was ready and waiting , would recommend ordering ahead of time I went there and saw people waiting waiting in lines to place orders.

I like this food.
The food tastes good, too.
I recommend cheese stick.
Also cinnamon stick too.
Employees are kind.
The atmosphere is good.
Overall, it's neat, and nice.
There are some people on the weekends, but not much else.
It's good to have a short waiting time.
