So,
here
we
were
in
Chudleigh
and
starving!!
Asked
around,
a
few
calls
made...we
wanted
somewhere
elegant
to
dine.
We
were
referred
to
St.
John
Bosco...I
know
of
the
Boy's
home,
didn't
know
they
had
a
restaurant.
So,
we
drove
down
and
it
was
raining
on
our
arrival,
didn't
deter
us
though.
On
arrival
we
were
greeted,
had
our
temperature
checked
and
properly
sanitized.
I
fell
in
love
with
the
atmosphere
on
arrival.
Our
very
courteous
waiter
recommended
the
soup
to
start,
and
it
was
superb.
Oh,
my
daughter
had
the
very
succilent
wings.
But
the
ambience
was
so
gorgeous,
that
we
left
the
soup
for
a
few
to
capture
some
awesome
shots
close
to
the
rock
waterfall.
Then,
main
course...oh
my
gosh!!!
Oxtail
and
beans,
calaloo
rice
(it
was
basmati)
string
beans,
cauliflower
and
carrot;
I'm
still
licking
my
fingers!!!
Did
it
stop
there??
Oh
no,
homemade
lemonade
over
crushed
ice,
for
dessert....tada.....the
absolute
best
bread
pudding,
lemon
cake
and
key-lime
pie
(not
for
me
alone!!!!
Three
of
us...lol).
We
went
for
a
stroll
in
the
gardens
viewing
the
rest
of
the
beautiful
property.
Thanks
to
our
tour
guide/waiter
Demarco!!
He
was
fabulous!!
Thanks
for
the
