    Okay, this is an honest review. I think it's an okay place. But for starters, I think they're a bit unfair when it comes to weight and the price of products. Eg. If the item is 1.1Ib, they charge you for 2lbs which I believe is a rip-off. I understand it's their business and we as customers cannot choose their pricing, but I pretty much think that something should be put in place for that. Secondly, I don't believe some of the items are weighed fairly, "just my honest opinion". Thirdly, I think customer service on a scale of 5 would be 3. I mean, depends on who you come into contact with. Sometimes they give okay services. If anything changes, then I might give an update. But I only use their company because people ask me to order things online for them. But I think I should stop because they're getting out of hand regarding the weight of things. But overall, it's an Okay company that can be used for overseas shopping. Anyway, that's my two-cent opinion. Update: customer service starts to increase with satisfaction. Just saw the owner's response. Okay, sir/madam. I understood what you're saying. But this is my opinion and you offer service to the public, so, therefore, we as consumers have all rights to voice our opinion. No business is perfect, there will pros and cons. With this, you can weigh your options and find the good and bad in them.

    A nurse doesnt own a hospital A nurse governs the ward at which she is assign and i can safely speak on their behalf to a say if a relative comes on the ward at 12:00noon he or she is not denied entry because a nurse's time is saying 12:01pm. The difference is we have empthy and good work ethic to an extend where they do not go toe to toe with a client and how the situation is dealt with at the end shows what customer service is like. Alternatives where placed on the table and was denied with,with a lie to say system is shut down at 3.so whoever comes in at 2:59pm its a waste becuause they will not get thru intime the system will shut down on them in the building?. I have called in previous times and the phone has being answered and its alot of talking in the background on my credit before im being acknowledged so your in no place to tell me what good customer service is. Your dealing with the name above and not A NURSE.so if ur previous encounter with a nurse that is ur personal problem with them at the hospital. Dont use that to justify anything to say your close or a bank would not let u in at 3:01.place urself in the position and im sure u would not want to be denied at 3pm your phone time to collect something that is to be used the next day(sunday) at a graduation when at 3:00pm ur told to come back monday because your time is saying 3:01pm. Ridiculous!!!!

    While I’m located in St Catherine, I rely on This great company to handle my cargo and shipping needs for both my businesses and my personal effects sand they have proven time and again to be fast, courteous and above all honest. I can swear on a bible i’ve never lost so much as a pin and the rates have been the best so far. Top class quality service and beat value for your buck.

    To be honest I have been using Shipinville since they opened in Mandeville and at first you could always rely on them to get your packages here and on time, however since the past year they have been slacking. Outside of peak season there’s just no excuse to have someone’s package sitting in your warehouse for more than a week with no movement when customers place orders with urgency. You guys just continue to disappoint every time since of late and that’s it for me .

    They are very affordable and provide online access to tracking of your every online purchase with your assigned delivery address. The staff is professional and courteous. I definitely recommend this company to facilitate your shipping needs.

    For me, the service is not what it used to be. Delay in customs seems to be more common and frontline employees can only provide the generic information on screen...no value added to understand delay besides notice shared via email or website update. Invest in customer service training, while I understand that there will be hiccups at time, the "how" it is communicated to customers will make the difference to their frustration. Please work on bringing back the "A" class customer service and reliability on timely pick up service (eliminating frequent delays).

    Hands down thee BEST shipping company I’ve ever came across…. I’ve been using them for a couple months now and I have not one bad experience with them. I get my packages one time it usually takes like 3-5 days the most and if there are any delays trust me you will but updated. Their customer service is A1 they make you feel so respected they are so pleasant. The aesthetic of the place is 10/10 it’s always clean and smells good. They are however a little bit on the pricy side but trust me for how fast you get the packages and get them in good conditions the price is definitely worth it. I don’t think I need to say anything else…people if your considering using them don’t think twice they will pull through trust me they are a 10/10 I would definitely recommend!💕

    I'm a new customer and still waiting for a package 2weeks now they claim is lost because if siv# it was a total of 4 orders with the same issue , I got 3 orders over priced , more than what the actual purchase was now I'm still waiting for 1 order , no communication or update as to whats going on with my order not even a phone call , not good for business treat your customers right they make the business

    They are a reliable but have gotten slow. Items that used to come within two weeks are now coming btween 3-4 weeks. So they have to really focus on that. The way the price is calculated is overwhelming but given how the economy is going is still better than others. Just need to work on getting back to the speed they started with.

    Recently I tried out your service though i usually use Shipwize. I bought two items and sent it to the address you gave but both of them had delivery problems so I didn't receive either of them. It says my package "Might have been lost". This has never happened to me before... I have a feelings you guys gave me an invalid address and I am very displeased.

    I really like shipinville. To start, I called their phone and got a rep answering my call. Furthermore, I had a unique request and they facilitated me without hassle. I thought they would be in the town of Mandeville but they are a little in the outskirts. The office ambience feels fresh and like foreign. There is a sign in pad but you can also walk to the counter. The silver and white finish with cut stone looking edges and clean finish is a game changer. The reps were courteous and very patient. My package took a few minutes to locate. Perhaps because I didn't sign in, they didn't have a head start. The reps are pretty young. I was happy to wait by the side while other clients were served, yet the rep delayed a little before taking me up on the offer. I met an empty hall, but by the time I was at the counter a queue had grown to some 10 people. Three reps were on hand. There is also a set of trendy seats to the side. After 3 mins side wait, I was processed. The rain started so I had to run a few paces to my car. Thanks Shipinville. Wish you were in Old Harbour.

    I have been a customer here for over two years and at the beginning the customer service was so good. I had no complaints but overtime this factor started to diminish. It has gotten to the point where I have to think twice before entering the building as the cashiers are extremely disrespectful and have no regard for customers feelings. I would not recommend.

    ok. now that I see my package was found after calling down Forever 21 and FEDEX and SHIPINVILLE, where I had to deal with your unknowledgeable staff who kept spinning me around the globe before I had to reach out via Email to get my issue resolved. As I said the SIV number had nothing to do with my package, as I have shipped items to your warehouse before, where the SIV number was left off and I got them. What about my tablet?, that is still on pre-alert I'm sure the SIV number was included. I am most certain I emailed two separate invoices to you for comparison. Stop blaming my customer number when you are provided with a tracking number on your pre-alert platform. KMT!! I think that you need to train your staff on how to resolve issues instead of giving them a band-aid to cover them up. Their ineffectiveness played a huge role in my frustrations. As I said once I clear my other packages I will just continue with shipwize cause Lord knows I really cannot take the stress. I'm gonna add two more stars to my review because I definitely appreciate the quick response and assistance I received VIA the email platform. Thank you. I am still waiting on my one little package that I have emailed you guys on numerous occasions about. Send my package or refund me my money! Simple! kmt and after that please close my account.

    Worst shipping company in mandeville. Do not ship with them . How can you say customs charge for a package that is value under $49 usd . It's a merged shipment. 2 Items value under 50 usd . This is a thiefing company.

    Transit time for packages from the US is pretty quick and cost effective. customer service is just ok. The wait time to collect packages is a bit too long. The point of punching in my SIV # upon arrival is to have my package right there when I get to the counter (not counting when the place is empty). A better flow could be implemented. However, Shipinville is one of the best courier service providers in mandeville.

    I shipped my package to them a day after they got my package they started adding money talking about us rate ago up etc kmft anyways I asked for delivery because I am in portmore I paid for delivery and these people send my package to portmaria kmft now its Saturday my birthday is Monday and I will not get back my package

    Easy to use. Fast and very reliable. I've been a customer with them from the very start however I stopped using their services for a while as they were getting a little pricey. During that period I tried 5 different shipping companies and ran into all sort of problems. I'm terms of fast and efficient it would definitely be them and Shipwize as I can literally tell exactly when I will receive any item that I ship. The difference however is the pricing as they come out significantly cheaper so I had to come back full circle to them. I've been using shipinville now for more than 6 years and has never once had an issue with any package so continue doing what your doing.

    Shipinville is a very good shipping/courier company. I've been using them for several years. Their service is quite fine, but it can be better. Their rates are relatively low. They also communicate with their customers regularly. There are times when there are undue delays, but they would communicate and reveal the reason/s. In many instances, Jamaica Customs is the reason. Would I recommend Shipinville? Yes, I would.
