Great shopping experience and a wide variety of brands and options for the household. Also has in house bakery that supplies fresh pastries daily. Pet care and dog food (my favorite) at great prices. Amenities include: restaurant, pharmacy, ATM, numerous cashier for speedy checkout, and wide isles for your shopping cart.

Nice atmosphere, helpful staff. Things are a little pricey, but I keep coming back. I left my wallet at the check out counter. It had my phone, credit cards, $500 US. I got home and realized that was the last place I had it. Sure enough, the cashier greeted me with a smile and my property.

Very wide selection of groceries and household items, Even motor vehicle accessories, prices are a bit more than other bargain centers of the same category. They have an ample parking convenience.

The food court opens late every day. Last Wednesday the opened at after 8:15 am. Thursday was the same experience. This has been happening for months now. Food court is to open at 8:00 am as stated on the door, however every morning it opens late, as there is either no cashier or no line staff to serve. The supervisor never comes and apologise to customer for the delay. Every other food establishment in Mandeville opens b4 8:00 am except megamart food court

The parking was what did it for me. I find that parking in the town is extremely difficult or does not exist at all in most shopping areas. Be prepared for higher prices compared to other supermarkets.

It was a nice shopping experience, didn't stay long but I could tell that it definitely gets full during the seasons, there cakes are still as tasty as I remembered, didn't have every thing I wanted but I'd like to believe it just wasn't the day, would definitely recommend there for getting house supplies and other home accessories as they do come with a lovely variety.

MegaMart has become one of my favorite places to shop because of the convenience witj parking and staff that are friendly.....still reserving my thoughts on pricing

Big super store. Sometimes items I need are not as readily available. Supply is not consistent. The bakery only bakes on some days so you have to wait especially on sandwich bread. I hate having to stop at the security guards for them to check what you have bought it takes up my time. It's an ok place to shop nothing extra ordinary and the prices are highest in the town.

It's definitely not as nice as it looks on the uploaded pictures. It's run down and a disappointment for anyone who is used to Walmart tye stores. There's limited choices of everything. The prices are decent for a tourist. I don't know what they are like for someone who lives here and earns a JA wage. If you're driving more than 20 mins to get there then it's really not worth it.

They've really let the place run down. On a whole you can still get groceries, but the outside looks disheveled like management has neglected the place. They should do better. Have some care about the place.

Not the cheapest store in the area but it is well stocked with all that you need and I found the staff very helpful.

Tried to cancel a purchase right after cashing an item because after taxes were added,the price of the items were more than 50% of that at other popular supermarkets...I was told by the cashier that the sale had already gone through and could not be canceled. After being sent to customer service,I could only get a store credit. Ridiculous!

All in one convenient store from pharmacy to groceries, to having a meal or a nice treat

My second time at this store and I love shopping at Megamart. I never have to go anywhere else to find the stuff that I need, however, I was short on cash and decided to use my Discover credit card and was told that the store does not accept this card and also American Express. I think management needs to keep up with the times since they carry a lot of American products. Update your credit card system it’s antiquated.

Your one-stop-shop supermarket, bakery, food court, and bank, and they even have an indoor NCB Multilink ATM, which is awesome! This supermarket is one of Jamaica's successful chain stores, this one is the Mandeville branch. Of course, the aisles are very spacious and clean, and of course, shopping under air conditioning makes shopping comfortable. They accept cash and cards. They have wheelchair access and parking, which is a plus. Customer service is top-tier, from the security guards right up to management. They have great customer parking compared to other places in the town. five stares. Way to go, Mega Mart!!

A bit higher priced than Shopper Fair but it's a huge space like Walmart and not cluttered. Provides boxes if you forgot your shopping bag. Sometimes gives a free desert if spending over (usually) $5,000 before tax. May get held up at the door because they need to check your receipt which no other store I've ever visited requires.

Empty and slow

Lots of options to shops not available elsewhere, loved the selection of meats and finally found lamb to make for christmas dinner, friendly staff and it was empty to explore and shop at your pace, will be there again soon

One of the best stores in Mandeville to purchase groceries and household items. The facilities are clean and well maintained although the store's square footage was reduced a few years ago there is still adequate space and variety. In addition, very good parking available with ample security. Definitely worth visiting.

Stocks a wide variety of products and lots of parking

EXPENSIVE! They are so expensive compared to other supermarkets and they don't have much choice the only advantage they have other other supermarkets is that they are always empty!

Since they changed the layout a few years ago, I REALLY don't like going to Mega Mart! It doesn't make sense how things are organized. You can't easily figure out where to find things. Things that you'd normally find in the same aisle will be at opposite ends of the store. The layout also looks horrible - like you're walking through canyons with high walls. It makes the stores feel claustrophobic. It feels more like a maze. On another note, the prices have increased and the quality of many of the goods has gone down. You see a greater proportion of brands in other languages that you wouldn't be familiar with. I'm very disappointed in it. I only shop there now when it is the only convenient place at the time.

you really have to comment on this place it just is astonishing how low grade the staff and management are ,two weeks ago a fight happened between female workers hair pieces flying everywhere . speaking to fellow shoppers they are disgusted with the workers attitude . The workers contaminate the shop to the extent that rats and mice would improve the place.

It can be a lot more expensive than other supermarkets, the only plus is it might sell you products the other supermarkets don't stock, also has a Scotia bank cash machine that rarely has a queue
