From the manager to the clerks need some good training in customer service. The manager speaks with commanding authority which is good but needs to use knowledge and human respect when speaking to customer. The Sunday Cashier, so named because I see her on Sundays finds it comforting to ask the customers to leave the store in no uncertain terms. The Mandeville branch customer service is lacking deeply in customer service.

Exceptional service. Friendly, clean, and welcoming surrounding. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. and the cosmetic line is "top-a-top", not to mention the young ladies that model the products, (ever look professional."

You may have some customers who needs guidance especially if it’s there first time making a purchase at an establishment. Now I’m not sure who is operating the phone lines in the Mandeville location but lady you need to get your sh** together before dealing with people. I don’t know what problems you have and you taking it to work and then out on customers. I had the worst experience here and I will forever be talking about it. Imagine I needed a Valentines gift and I’m asking you questions and you there giving me attitude and then have the audacity to disconnect the call. It’s your job, if you never want to do it then find something else.

Fontana is one of my favourite store. I find items that I can not find in most other stores. Sometimes I ask for items they don't have and they get it for me in a few days time. The employees are very helpfull.

Great variety store, lots of options across several categories of items. From toys, to electronics & medication to printing & make-up. Whatever you need you're likely to find it here. There is also a tourist section where you can buy Jamaican memorabilia & t-shirts etc. You can also get gym items here as well 😁 The pharmacy is typically slow and as such I don't normally use it

I called from outside of Mandeville to get a birthday gift basket made. Timone was super helpful, and made the process really easy and quick!

Beautiful environment however customers not told about no warranty on items before purchasing

Customer service as usual great! Stationery needs a bit of stocking. But that could be subjective comparison to KINGSTON outlet. Love this place tremendously. As a senior great for browsing. Be careful though, you will surely see something you won't leave behind. So if the budget is strict, beware! The check out lady is a peach the gentleman is nice too.

Cant get my order I order online. Keep getting the run around and dont want to answer when i call

Fast service I forgot my mask and the security guard was kind enough to buy the mask inside for me.

Out-of-the-town shopping so things run a lot smoother. Welcoming atmosphere. You can literally get anything here. Household supplies (bath and kitchen), cosmetics, small gifts, snacks etc. Prices are a bit upper-middle class to upper class.
