Worst place in mandeville to go, no water no customer service, nasty rooms, the experience was horrible, management has no manners , it’s a place I will never return to... guest house from hell..

The guy that answers the phone have no customer service ,he answers the phone like it's his personal phone, behave as if he's not interested in talking to the customer. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone

The service at this place is from a horror movie. The old man at office was totally belligerent and act has if he was doing us favor when we requested a room to stay. I would should recomend this place even to the dead

This place is super wack... Unprofessional very dirty.. outside is really nice but the bedrooms are super nasty not to mention the bathrooms.. I wouldn't recommend here to anyone ..

First of all the customer service is verrrrrry bad was told so many badwords by a black guy.no water,no soap and when asked for soap we got fab,no TV, place stinks. The bed was very itchy. overall review of the place was just a very bad,we will never go back there. I am just so upset about the whole situation and treatment. The way the man spoke to us my 1 year old baby started crying. Travellers do not stay at that place.

No water worst experience won't ever go back

Bad customer service... You go there and press buzzer for how long and they come to you when they plz. I stayed at the second house and the bathroom leak and ran straight in the room... Had to walk in the water to use the toilet.

It's the worst in mandeville it's infected by roaches and no face basin in one of the room the rim during times they turn off the water and the toilets are not flushing some of the face basin is not running water there is no tissue it's disgusting I turn back it's a place that's has no decency

A fat dark lady works there in the night. She's I'll mannered.. Dont kno hw to deal with customers. Apart from that the room i got was ok. Smelled fresh nd all. Its worth a try
