I will never come back to shop at your store...I came here this morning to get some simple items and was overlooked not once but four times by one of the customer service personnel....First time coming there first impressions count and I will never come back there...I wont even send anyone there...horrible customer service.

Visited store today with my father, after queuing for approximately twenty minutes we were told that we both could'nt enter the store at the same time, I explained to the so called security woman that I was unsure of what I required so needed my father to advise me of what to buy, she then let my father in and consequent other people who were behind me in the queue totally ignoring me. I called my father out of the store and left. Poor customer service before you even enter the store, absolutely disgusting. They are lucky to receive one star from me.

Best service from a hardware store I've had recently. Staff was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable, even made a good recommendation.

Followed a coworker there to pick up some items, environment is clean and quiet and spacious. Staff is helpful and prices are good. More parking space would be nice. And the location is wonderful meaning it's not in the middle of a busy Mandeville, it's right on the outskirts.

The prices are competitive and reasonable on most items.

Pro hardware is a one stop shop, everything I need was there and I was surprised with the prices, it even gets more interesting, they work with your budget and fix prices to accommodate you. Very flexible store.
