    The service in a small country without competition is really bad, except the price is premium, any service here is not up to the standard that a Mercedes should have.

    Dissatisfied customer. Poor service quality, follow through and lack of customer centricity experienced. Very bad representation of the brand. They should stick to selling new vehicles and not actually servicing them..transactional vs relationship seems to work best. Pity there is no other dealer option for this brand locally
