Customer service was poor! I stood unattended for almost 40 minutes while every person who walked in and shiuted was attended to before me. Called the day before and was told the part was available and told a particular price of $X (after giving make, model, and chassis #). When I was FINALLY attended to I was told the part is not in stock and quoted a price of $X+300. Best part of the service was the parking attendant 😒

I've been here a few times. They dont stock much Subaru parts so I dont always get what I need. However they do tend to have some smaller hard to get accessories for my particular car. Parking lot is small which sometimes pose a problem if many clients are present.The place is laid out nicely and they do seem to stock quite a huge range of vehicular part (except mine😀). The wait time could be improved though....and they could benefit from having someone to address the customers as soon as they arrive .

Quick service, they are willing to help with simple installations e.g wiper blades

Not bad at all however be careful that you are given the right part for your vehicle, save yourself 2 trips! Update: They DONOT open at 8am!!

This is very popular parts place in Ocho Rios even though it's a bit out of the town. They have a wide cross section of parts for the major cars in Jamaica - Toyota, Nissan and Honda. With its popularity and small parking space, one can expect to face some challenge with finding parking at times.

The staff members are respectful and eager to please customers. Ocho Rios parts Center have a wide range of parts for different brand vehicles and are reasonably priced within the Ocho Rios area. Customers will have an issue with adequate parking when assessing their services depending on the time of day. Inside the establishment is very clean and welcoming.

Descent place for car parts they stick a variety of parts for a good amount of common and hard to find vehicles. Prices are low too
