I am normally quite satisfied with my purchases at Bashco but the return policy is annoying. I am renting an apartment and need matching sheet sets. Last year I saw a sheet set that looked like pure cotton and bought 11 packs just to make sure I have a reserve. Unfortunately I used the first set after 2 months. One wash and the material got fuzzy and had tiny knots. On top of it the guests complained that it was too thin and scratchy. I went back to Bashco Savanna la Mar and tried to exchange the brand new, unpacked sheet sets and was told that too much time had passed. I did not even ask for a refund, just for an exchange but my request was turned down. I would not even say anything if I had just changed my mind but the qualitiy of this sheet set is just not acceptable. I ended up with spending all that money on sheet sets that are of worst quality and not usable. I still have all these packages but will probably end up throwing them away. I'll never buy any other sheet sets at Bashco.

The store is pretty loaded with most utilities, furniture and electronics for a household. The store is large with everything organized in a very easy-to-locate manner. The prices are pretty competitive and shopping at Baschco has always a fun experience. The parking situation is not the best.

I got the exact items that I was searching for.

They have a wide variety of household items, appliances and even groceries. There are refrigerators with even cake inside. The prices are great, inclusive of gct on the tags. They even have a few brand name appliances. Everything for your kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, back to school items, party items, some liquor too. The furniture and storage containers are quite nice. Its a nice one stop store, with decent prices. Definitely go there rather than running around 8 places.

When there today got few items, but the most important one I need they didn't have. Also can u get some Delmay hardcover writing book.

Their card machine wasn't working at closing time. I asked if I could go to the machine...the cashier wasn't very accommodating but the manager allowed me to go and come back.

No social distancing at all at check out..no parking because they allow many vendors to take up valuable parking spots.leavi g only 5 spots!!!!!.no makes being worn by customers .an absolute disgrace owners should be ashamed
