Customer service is good. Courteous staff. The plaza that it is located in has limited parking, so try to go early.

It was not hard to find and I found the security guard to be personable. As for inside the business i found the staff to be quite pleasant especially my attendant Stacy. I will go back as they stock the parts for my vehicle.

In person the service is very good. I was in and out un under 5 minutes with exactly what I needed and received friendly, efficient service. Their over-the-phone service could however do with improvements. Prior to my visit I called in to find out if what I desired was I stock (to save myself time of course). Initially I was told the parts I desired were not in stock, however after appealing for them to check their stock I was told that they did in fact have the parts I needed, I concluded that either their system needs to be carefully maintained/updated or their rep was lazy and did not actually check their system before giving me a response.

Knowledgeable and attentive staff. Generally good experience with no unecessary delays. Very appreciative of their readiness to assist with good advise and recommendations.

They are a little bit pricier than Bert's and Shawn auto but they have a good customer service and open on Sundays

There are a fairly wide variety of parts available here with wheelchair accessible parking and access to the premises. The three start rating is also due to the service being a little slow but this can be improved, and the restroom being located to the rear of the property, unfortunately there was no tissue paper or even paper hand towel for drying hands.

I received very good service from Shelly here on more than one occasion. I appreciate her patience and willingness to help. Keep doing great and give Shelly a raise! 👍

Miss Sharon and Apple are the best nail technicians and wig specialists in Kingston. They are located upstairs in Exquisite Beauty Salon. The Barbers do a great job with eyebrows too. Real one stop beauty experience.
