This establishment is the one stop shop for all your household products. Whatever you need to beautify your home, from rugs, curtains, sheet sets, tables and chairs, even appliance, they have it. The prices are affordable and the service is top notch. I must say hats off to "Kristah" for displaying such efficiency and Professionalism. If customer service was a person she would be the one. She made shopping for household products a lot less tedious than it is.

was traveling from kingston inspite off our efforts we got to the mandeville branch alittle to closing time but wasn't allowed to buy what we needed had to go back the next day to get it..when u r on a time limit (vacation) every second is important..nevertheless staff is very attentive and they answer the phones when you call (hallelujah) 😀 unlike some businesses 😉 😀 👍...thanks Bashco...

They have a lot of products that I am unable to find elsewhere in Jamaica. Customer Service is usually good, always clean. The products are sometimes more pricey than other places but the quality is usually of better than other places. Shopping here is more convenient than shopping in most places in Jamaica.

Had to leave an item because staff was taking too long to get price tag from shelf. Need better inventory software.

Bascho is no longer a cheap and reliable escape from then originally market. Right now Bascho is more expensive than many other stores. I am guessing inflation moving from 3 to 11 percent does that 😕 🤷

You can find very nice stuff mats mirror chair household stuff and even snack. Love this place and very affordable

Parking is a problem as I had to park at a nearby plaza. Shopping was pleasant, got the usual sanitizer and temp check and was in and out in no time. Sad to see the passing of the patriach Mr. Azan.

Great prices for the quality being offered. The staff were quite helpful except for the young man who was tending to the entrance to the store. I must say apart from that minor discomfort I was happy.

They've become very expensive and they didn't have majority of the things I needed. When did Bashco become sooo Expensive!.....it's better to go shop at the regular Chinese haberdashery these days.

My go to homeware supplier. I like the choice and great quality of products here. Customer service is always good and the shop in my opinion is never too busy.

I think the holiday press has so.e workers on edge. Some were really customer friendly. Spoilt by others who allow the rush to make them become unnerved

Getting a little pricey. It use to be the cheapest. But I don't know what going on the Chinese now doing a better deal.

I when to Bascho Mandeville 2wks ago wanted 24 chairs and no customer service so I took the chair code with my phone and brought it to the cashier, still nobody to assist me...... And after the cashier was finish with the customers in her line she went upstairs for the 24 chairs and brought them down from upstairs she also cashed them and make sure I was okay I big her up her name is Tamika big up yourself cashier you are the best
